We asked 3D Brick Paving to do our drive way, walk way and patio. The team did an excellent Job. On time and on budget. Ricardo and his team were very professional and experienced. They also solved a water drainage issue around the house. Mike and Alex gave us great advise and they were pleasant to work with. Best value for the price. We recommend 3D Brick Paving. Thank you. read more

3D also provides snow plowing services. I would not recommend them as a contractor for any housing complex. They tend to be haphazard with their plowing - putting snow in assigned parking spots, blocking cars in with snow, etc. If you bring a problem to their attention, they will "forget" to plow your parking area in the future. read more

3d brick paving did an incredible job creating a backyard oasis. When we bought our house, we had no patio and a grill floating in the middle of our side yard. Enter Mike D and family with great designs and fair prices. We had an idea what we wanted but they provided us excellent advice to create the perfect patio. We love the results and many neighbors have already asked for their info because they were so impressed with not only the design but the speed in which it was all completed. Awesome all around! Thanks!! read more

Had a horrible experience with this company! Had a gentleman come to the property to check out a project I needed done. I was told I would have my quote the week after. I followed up multiple times since. It has now been 2 months and I never received a quote. I don't live at my property, so it is frustrating to have to get up early in the morning on a Saturday to meet someone and explain what I needed done, and never hear from the company again. read more

Noell and Gustavo did a great job! They worked hard--it was quite hot- they adjusted the height of the walkway perfectly just as I needed and that was a bit tricky. They arrived the next morning, as promised, to seal the walkway. I was so pleased with their work. They were so accommodating and easy to work with. They are gentlemen. Their pricing was well within reason as well. I would highly recommend them. read more

3D installed a brick walkway at my home 20 years ago. Even though it looked great after all of these years I decided to expand the walkway into a patio with seatwall. Mike and his crew managed to incorporate the new pavers with the old ones and it is impossible to distinguish what is old vs. new. The new seatwall is fabulous , too. The crew who worked at my house was extremely skilled, polite, and clean. I could not be happier with the end results and would highly recommend 3D to anyone who needs brick work done. read more

We scheduled a visit for them to come and quote. They scheduled us 2 weeks out. Then the guy came and was very rude and dismissive. Said he would get us a quote in a few days. We have had others quote the same day! It has been 3 weeks and no quote!! Don't waste your time they are rude and unprofessional. read more

Our condominium had the backyard replaced with patio pavers. 3D Brick Paving did a wonderful job. The backyard looks so much better now, and we can finally use it! Frank and his crew were very professional. Frank explained everything that they were going to do. He responded very promptly to emails and telephone calls. Frank came to onsite to give us our estimate. The estimate was comparable to others that we received. The job was done in a timely manner. We definitely recommend Frank and 3D Brick Paving. read more

I am not one to write a review but I was so displeased with our experience that I needed to share. We are in need of a new patio and this company was recommended to us by a family friend. The sales representative was on our property for maybe 5 minutes tops and said he would have a quote out to us within a few days. Over a week went by and I reached out to their office via phone & e-mail because he did not leave his contact information like he had promised when he left us with a packet. Office staff was rude and suggested that I check my "spam" folder. I then sent a follow-up e mail and left multiple voicemails with no reply. I called again 2 weeks after our consultation and was told that it takes 5-7 business days to receive a quote and it has not been 5-7 days yet... I did not even feel like arguing at this point and did not want to call this individual out on their improper math. It has now been almost 2 months since our consultation and we have yet to receive a quote or any sort of follow-up. My husband works in home remodeling sales and is a field supervisor so we are very well versed with in-home consultations and the process. My husband ensures he sends quotes out within 2-3 hours of an appointment. This company is completely unprofessional and I would not recommend using them. read more

Pete really took good care of me he's an honest person and was all about customer satisfaction my new patio looks gorgeous I came home and my neighbors were in my back yard talking about how beautiful and professionally done everything looked awesome plus Pete has great taste and was helpful with the design process I highly recommend this company I'm very happy!!!! read more

I did a lot of research when we decided to install a brick driveway. 3D was one of the very first we contacted, and I liked their proposal but decided to talk to a few more. I drove around and spoke with at least a dozen homeowners. Many chose a contractor based solely on price and all said that is a huge mistake. Complaints ranged from time over-runs, inadequate clean up and most significantly, poor quality. Within the first few years bricks shifted, becoming uneven and sinking. Their "cheaper" contractor ignored requests to repair, even though promised at the time of promised. After months (& miles) of research I selected 3D and am SO glad I did! They do everything they say they will and beyond. read more

I think the best thing that can be said about 3D is that their work is quality AND it lasts. They sealed our patio 10 months ago and the look / glaze still looks fabulous and the quality is high. They are a great team and were very customer oriented. Call them - they are reasonable in pricing and high on customer service. read more

From our initial interaction with Frank, we knew we were dealing with professionals. He was knowledgeable and honest, didn't try to upsell us, and had realistic projections for our big patio project. Although we did obtain multiple other quotes, and 3Ds wasn't the cheapest, you absolutely get what you pay for. We are so glad we went with 3D. Javier and his crew were so professional, meticulous, hard working and honest. They were easy to communicate with, worked with us on some of our nitpicky preferences, and our final patio with built in fire pit, seating wall and built in grill is gorgeous! We would recommend them to anyone. read more

We had 3D Brick Paving replace all of the concrete around our home -- driveway, patio, sidewalks, 3 stoops and a wall. We are thrilled with the job they did. Not only did they start the job earlier than we expected, they were professional, prompt and responsive to our concerns. The installers were very artistic in putting a wonderful pattern in every area. We got three estimates for our job and this company was the only one concerned with drainage issues on our property which is an issue in our area. It was a pleasure to work with Frank. He made some excellent suggestions and was very patient. You won't go wrong using this company. read more

I promised to get this done and then got lazy. Truth is Mike OVER DELIVERED on everything. He worked hard to stay in my budget and then came back on a SUNDAY to do some finish work that needed to be completed!! I absolutely LOVED my patio (3D installed years ago) and called them back when I had my 18' round pool removed and wanted a new gas fire pit. OMG better than what I imagined or dreamed. My friends keep calling me "better homes and garden" and I blush with pride at every compliment. He took a hole in the ground to heaven on earth in two days! Thanks Mike and your installation crew, you were all AWESOME!! I added before and after pictures, but I'm new to Yelp reviews and don't know how to attach them! read more

While there does seem to be very good reviews on this company. I will not get the opportunity to see what they can do. I sent a request in a few days ago and was called the next day by an estimates who indicated they would be out on Thursday of the same week between 10/11:am. Around 11.30 I called them and was told nothing appeared on their schedule, but the lady who does the scheduling would check with the estimators and get back to me. It's now 3:15pm and no call back and no show. I took a day off work because this is important and can be quite and expensive undertaking. I don't appreciate being ignored or snubbed. Ken read more

I feel like it's been 4 years, but it has actually been 4 months since I had a contractor complete a brick paving installation in my patio (40'x20'). Within days of the installation, it began raining horribly for the next few weeks. If I remember correctly, it rained for months, which resulted in water seepage in the wood frame and into my basement. I had door installers, three landscapers, two waterproofing reps, and three brick paving companies tell me unequivocally that the problem was with my patio installation. I called the contractor that installed my patio to explain the problem and even though it had only been 4 months since the installation, he refused to take responsibility and correct the problem. Keep in mind that I have a 5 year warranty on the labor and work. I had to get the BBB, Lisa Madigan's office, my village and Unilock (I learned afterwards that my contractor falsified being Unilock certified). After months of frustration, stress and no response from my contractor, I was finally connected with 3D Brick Paving, and specifically with its owner Mike D'Aiello. Unilock sends Mike out whenever there's a complaint regarding a poorly installed brick paving job. Despite me calling Mike around 6 pm one evening, he attentively listened to my problem and to my surprise, he came out to my house that same evening. Mike brought his lasers to professionally assess for the pitch in my patio, which after nearly 2 hours we realized was the problem. Mike determined that because the entire project had little to no pitch overall, the water did not have the ability to wash AWAY from my foundation and home. After speaking with Mike about what I should do next to get my contractor to correct the problem, I asked Mike how much I owed him. I was shocked to hear him say, "You don't owe me a thing. I simply feel bad that your patio was improperly installed and I take it personally as an authorized Unilock and Delgard installer in this field for the past 30 years. I will gladly guide you as to how to get this problem fixed." He advised me every single step of the process through this horrible experience. Mike told me who to call, what to say and what to expect. He also made phone calls to the village inspector and engineer and advised them on how the proper installations should be done, which was enforced in my original contract. After 4 months of my contractor refusing to answer my phone calls and come out to discuss my concerns, Mike got involved and immediately started the ball rolling. My contractor finally came out last Friday (10/2/15) and began removing, regrading and reinstalling the entire patio and walkway. Having Mike D'Aiello serve as a consultant throughout this process, seeing the respect he commands from the village inspector & engineer (as well as from my actual contractor), I wish I would have spent the extra money to have Mike's company complete my project. I now know and will use 3D Brick Paving to complete my driveway project next summer so that it's done correctly the first time. I reviewed 3D Brick Paving's reviews on Angie's List & Yelp, and despite a few negative reviews, Mike's company is stellar and above all others. The 2015 Best Pick Reports rated 3D Brick Paving as the best pick to have install brick pavers. I should note that the negative feedback I read on Angie's List and Yelp was not based on 3D Brick Paving's work, but on frivolous complaints from people that didn't appear to even have a contract with the company. Mike is an honest guy with a wealth of knowledge and experience in this field, and I look forward to the quality of work his company will produce next summer with my driveway. read more

Anyone that has been researching a patio paving company will hopefully find this review helpful. My paver patio/garden wall was installed by 3D eight years ago. Mike and his team did an outstanding job from the initial design advice to the final clean up. They were timely, efficient and just plain nice. We ended up with a beautiful backyard patio that was truly the 'talk of the block' but this is not what this review is about........ What is truly noteworthy is what happened 8 years AFTER my patio installation. After this long period of time nature had it's way and my patio needed a good refresh. I contacted Mike who gave me a fair estimate on power washing and re-sanding the patio. As I am retired, I am always looking for a way to save $$ so my husband and I decided we would attempt the job ourselves. I thanked Mike for his estimate and told him we were going to do this. Well lo and behold, the job turned in to everything we had hoped it would not. It looked TERRIBLE! I contacted Mike and do you know what this wonderful man did? He took his time (during what probably is his busiest time of year) and gave me detailed information and instructions, products and places to purchase, and even ENCOURAGED us to move forward with our DIY project (second attempt)! We all know we can sometimes get a wonderful job by a company we hire, but isn't the AFTER customer service just as, or even more important than the initial work? If you are considering a paver project, call Mike. This guy is truly 5 stars*****!! P.S. Word from the wise---don't attempt this job on your own unless you have a wonderful and patient husband. Remember also that you will be cleaning sand out of your hair for days:) read more

This company was unreliable and unprofessional. The work that they did had to be redone by another contractor.

We had a concrete front & back walkway removed. They installed brick pavers in front, back and added a large brick patio as well. Looks fantastic! Can't recommend them enough. Marco and the crew at 3D Brick Paving were fantastic! Great communication, willing to come back and fix anything that's not exactly how you want it. They weren't the cheapest or the most expensive. They're prices are fair and the work is fantastic! read more

3D Brick Paving gave me the most beautiful patio! I contacted 6 places in total, and 3D far surpassed any other. Arranging an appointment was easy, Frank came over and explained all my options and told me exactly what they do when removing a concrete patio and putting in brick pavers. Frank gave me an estimate on the spot, which was the only company did that. Some companies took a week to provide, and that was after several calls. The price was mid to high range, but worth every penny. This was the only place that has a showroom, where you go and select your brick color in person. I am extremely happy I did that because I wouldn't have selected the color I did. Frank showed up on the first day to outline the new patio and talk with me and the workers. The workers were great, all very friendly and respectful of my property, and my neighbor's. They completed the job in about 1 1/2 days. The patio and step turned out amazing. They also took the time to cut down a bush that was in the way (with my permission), filled in the soil all around the patio edge, and put my yard back to exactly how I had it. I highly recommend you use this company for your paving needs. read more

We had two companies come out and give us a quote to remove some pavement and install a small patio and path in our yard. Frank from 3D responded quickly, came out exactly when he said he would, got us a quote in a timely manner, and ultimately did the job right on time. Aside from his professionalism, his crew was great. They worked very hard and did a beautiful job. They cleaned everything up -- you wouldn't have even known they were there. We're really happy we chose them. read more

Frank at 3D worked with us to quickly quote and install our patio as we had a tight timeline. Our patio looks fantastic! Besides providing us with a great price, the tight timeline, 3D also has responsive customer service. When our landscaper stained one of the bricks on the new patio, 3D came out to change out a brick before our big party. We would definitely recommend 3D Brick Paving! read more

Description Of Work: We had a combination of old crumbling brick walk in our back yard and cement. 3D removed the cement, stacked the bricks that were salvageable where we asked and removed the unusable bricks. The great crew of Ricardo, Jose, Sergio and Alex then did the extremely professional job of digging out back walk further down, using machinery to smooth the material, putting in gravel, then angular sand to help with the solidifying of the bricks when in place. The with great artistry, they installed the new bricks we had chosen in the pattern we wanted. Metal supports (unseen to the eye when done) were installed to keep the bricks in place. Then they put more sand over the bricks and put grass seed along the walk where they had had to dig. They cleaned up superbly. Voila! An amazing work of art that we can walk on. Comments: Hah!!! It was BEYOND wonderful from start to finish. Pete came out within days of my call that he retuned right away. Pete was so helpful in explaining options and what would be done. He sent the estimate in a day! and it was very reasonable for the work to be done. The scheduling went very smoothly. The crew was hard-working, careful and talented. The work was done within 2-3 days. My husband and I had high hopes for our back walk to look beautiful and it far exceeded our dreams. We look out at it and smile. Walking on it is lovely and no puddles like with the old one. We would highly recommend 3D without hesitation. That all projects would go so smoothly and well done! Thank you so much Pete and crew! read more

After many years of being in my house, I decided to make the jump from having a deck to installing a brick patio. As most folks do, we did our research and acquired (3) bids. WOW...what a difference between the firms in terms of design, ideas and attention to detail. 3D will show you different options for arriving at just the right price for your budget and desired outcome. The crew foreman was amazing asking us each day if the quality of work was to "our liking!" Each night they cleaned up and left our yard in tact! These guys are TRUE PROS and only do Brick Paving (vs. other services like lawn cutting, snow removal etc) which is what you want for a long term installation. These guys are the ticket if you are looking for a quality project that looks beautiful and ends on time for your summer parties! We are very happy and I would recommend them to anyone! read more

We are extremely pleased with the professionalism and craftsmanship of the work 3D Brick Paving did on our front stoop and walkway.
