But I really want to give a positive shout out to a recent experience I had with WDC last month. I live at the beach, and my Miele dishwasher that's about 5 years old hasn't had any issues whatsoever, except, from being at the beach, and a second home (not used everyday) over time a couple of the racks have deterriorated with some rusting issues. I ordered two new racks online from Miele before Christmas- they were pretty pricy. But they arrived in what I would call 'funky' condition, there were a couple of loose pieces that both myself, and my super handy husband could NOT figure out. I was sure Miele had sent us defective racks... but before I called them, I decided to take them into WDC hoping that someone there would tell me what was going on. I showed up at WDC on a slow weekday afternoon, because I knew this might take some time, and both Martez Houffen (Sales/Order Fulfillment) and Robert MacDowell (Store Manager/Sales) were a little perplexed with the racks well. At first. But, with EXCELLENT customer service, they took the time to see that the racks were assembled perfectly. Problem solved. WDC is my go to for all of my applicance needs! Thanks Robert and Martez, you made my day!

They were rude to say the least- that's when they bothered to call me back!! As regards the stove, they delivered one that was slightly damaged and offered to replace the damaged part. The replacement was warped and the grates were chipping!! So I had to wait yet again for another replacement!!! WDC is by far the worst store I have ever dealt with and will never be returning there again. They are completely unprofessional and useless once they have made a sale. By the way, a note for the person who writes the apology notes- don't bother, I'm not at all interested.

We decided to check it out and it was just what we needed! Ryan was fantastic and super helpful. They have anything and everything in their shoe rooms to decide the cushion material, couch material and style. We were able to discover what our taste was and Ryan answered all our questions with great detail. I am extremely picky when it comes to feel of a couch and this place gives me extreme confidence that I can get just what I want. They will customize the couch in any way shape or form you want. And all for a reasonable price plus they are US made. The price is very comparable to off the shelf couches at other furnishing stores which makes this an extremely attractive deal to get exactly what you want.

The best part was it was delivered the very next day! Their delivery man, Al took our old sofa out to our garage and brought the new one in. Very professional. I recommend this company! How can that be, when Folke literally has an employee who has worked there for over 3 years, and is full Mexican? So I don't know what's up with the salty review, "G Money". Anyways, I first bought a set of beautiful vintage walnut side tables here about a year ago or so. Last week, I went in to buy some candles, and the owners were as sweet and easy to talk to as ever. In an age full of online shopping and cheap garbage, it's refreshing to me to find a store with meticulously curated products, beautifully styled. It's like a museum in there with all of the amazing designer vintage pieces by Eames, George Nelson, Saarinen, etc. I'll continue to support this small business, and recommend them to my friends and family. Keep up the good work, guys.
