To give a little insight, I had taken my vehicle (2018 Honda Civic) to an Auto Shop in my area for a MPI to verify a dealership's findings. They told me there that I needed Rear Brake pads. Long Story short, they 'resurfaced' my rotors and replaced the pads. Brought it in many times and they basically ignored the issue. This other shop quoted me $1.3k for a 'needed' Caliper Replacement to resolve the issue. There I was with squeaking brakes, how embarrassing. That was until I came into contact with this Group, The AutoMedic. The two guys who helped me out were very open and communicative. They found that my rotors were not at all resurfaced by the previous shop. I honestly thought it was included to replace the rotors, didn't know anything about this 'resurfacing'. I knew that I would eventually have to change the rotors after researching resurfacing of rotors. Thankfully The AutoMedic had great pricing! Communication with their team was very helpful.
