It is no wonder companies like Uber are taking lots of business away from companies like this that do not value their customers.

It was a good thing I did, because my flight was rescheduled and got me in a lot later than originally expected. There was some issue with the form, but I received a confirmation the next morning. The day of the flight, the driver picking me up texted me and I was in contact with him up until he picked me up from the San Diego airport garage across the street from the terminal. Would definitely book Flex again.

Even at midnight, LA traffic was backed up and several freeways were either backed up because of reduced lanes or completely closed, but Ahmed was familiar with the area and expertly navigated us around and got us home safe and sound and super quick. BEWARE OF FRAUD We…read morehave used this company for a long time. On the very last day of 2023 they charged me 7k out of the blue. I emailed the address listed on the website and in previous receipts and it bounced. I also tried to call for several days and the phone was disconnected. Finally on the second week of trying someone answered, who was clearly on a cell phone. Told me they can't help with refunds over the phone and they don't have any phone number to help. My only option was to email an address not listed anywhere on their website or in my previous receipt. No chance I'm sending personal information that way. Pretty unfortunate as we have used this service for years. Something happened at the end of 2023 and now it's super shady. I recommend using a different service. Also this company just dispatches to other car services. May as well go directly to those companies.
