So I requested this service to pickup my infant son and wife at SD airport and asked for a child car seat which I was charged additionally for, totally cool. Only issue is, the driver was over 35 minutes late, and upon arrival the car seat was there but wasn't even setup. I wasn't there so I wasn't made aware of this until 2 days later, so when I called, the office explained that they would look into and get right back to me. Cool. Well that's not what happened. 5 minutes later I get a call from the driver and he said that my family was lying and that he did "the right thing"!? What's does that even mean. He then proceed to threaten me and when I got more aggressive vocally, he said he was going to call the cops on evils on me. Wow. I was pleased with this transportation service until I got the invoices. I was shocked. I was never quoted a cost for round trip service to the airport from Escondido. If you look at the rate page on their site, it says $79 one-way (for Escondido) and at the bottom it says they will add a 20% service charge. Nothing about including all kinds of extra costs like: it's a per person rate, a gratuity is included, taxes, etc. It ended up costing $310. Plus we tipped each driver $20 not knowing they were already getting a tip. The cost should have been $173.80 including the tip. The 365 Limo transportation cost more than one of our airplane tickets. If I had been told the cost I would never have booked this service. So beware. read more

365 Transportation and Sam are top notch! I have been using professional transportation services for a decade and these guys rank among the best. I have been searching for a reliable service in SD since I moved here from AZ in 2008... and until I met Sam, I had been very disappointed. I came across 365 Transportation when I was looking to spend an evening downtown SD. I live in Carlsbad and taxis generally cost over $100 each way to get to/from downtown. Sam offered to pick me up in Carlsbad at 730PM and make another pickup in Del Mar before heading downtown. We also needed a return pickup at 130AM to take us home. The roundtrip rate was $90 and Sam requested 50% to be paid in advance (credit card or paypal). Sam arrived at my place 10 minutes early in an immaculate, new model SUV. The whole process was very smooth and he was incredibly professional and prompt. And he suffered a trio of moderately inebriated passengers very well. Great on-time (or early) airport door-to-door transportation service. The shiny black vehicles were classy, new, and made the trip comfortable. The drivers helped me with my bags and were pleasant (and interesting) to talk with. I used a Groupon for the south direction trip, so in the end I saved money over an airport park-n-ride since I was gone for 16 days. No hassle, no schlepping stuff, and I was dropped off and picked up at the airport curb since I'm disabled. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They did not pick up my passenger at the airport. When I called them first they said I didn't confirm the reservation, when I advised I had the confirmation email they said Oh yes you did confirm. Then they tried to tell me I had made the reservation for Friday 10/6, 10/6 is Thursday, look at a calendar. They than advised they got the days mixed up & a driver would not be picking up my passenger. I am extremely upset with this company! read more
