My Sister and I went to 360 Nails & Spa and were very pleased with what we got. My cousin got a pedicure and a manicure. The pedicure was amazing. She got French tips for her toes. Her toe nails came out perfect and they look phenomenal. I also got a pedicure and it was amazing. I got a clear gel coat and it game out great. For her manicure it came out amazing. The design she asked for was spot on. It looked amazing. You definitely get what you pay for. The staff is very nice and 360 Nails & Spa is a definite recommend.

This place dose good pedicure depending on who you get but nails I won't recommend..there not up there with the snapping of the nails if u ask me and the gel manicure are not really my speed but it may work for an older person !

    This is what I got

I came in to 316 nails at a little before 10 AM for a full set of nails for my daughter my best friend and myself they did great on my daughters and my friend's Set however The lady that I had although she was very sweet she took 3 hours to do my nails and they came out nothing like I Wanted them to They are not Ombre like the picture they are all different shapes with bubbles in them and she did cut into my cuticles a few times everybody keeps asking why I didn't have them fix them but after sitting in the chair for 3 hours and leaving at 1:30 I didn't want to spend any more time in there I hate to say it because I do not usually give bad reviews but I do not plan on going back to the nail salon again especially after spending over $360 not including tip for these 3 sets

Amazing job on my acrylic mani! The lovely woman at station 9 (didn't catch her name but I'd love to know!) was so attentive to detail and took her time on each nail, resulting in a perfect manicure. Was accommodated the minute I entered the door without an appointment. Excellent service!

I stopped going here, they lost all their good techs and even those techs weren't great. The prices always change and appointments seem to mean nothing.

I hate to be the bear of bad news but this place has messed up my nails multiple times. The first time my top coat came off, the second time the nail polish went over my cuticle and the third time they put way too much nail polish on that my nails were bumpy and within 7 days the nails polish started cracking. I use gel polish.

So I went for what I thought was a basic gel mani on my own nails today. I leave, go home and eat lunch then wash my plate and the polish starts peeling off a few nails. Ok no problem , maybe the polish is bad. I go back and the torture I endured was unreal!!! The girl that originally did my nails was busy with someone else so they give me the girl with the knit hat and pom pom. She proceeds to take the electric drill to take the polish off instead of taking the time to soak the polish off. The bit that she had on there was coarse and she hurt my nails. I told her she was hurting me and they all come over and start speaking in their language like I'm the one that's wrong! They then usher me to another table and some guy sits down and starts with the drill again and I now tell him my nails hurt and to soak it off. So he does then proceeds to rip off a layer of my real nail that was sticking up from the drilling. I'm now sweating and telling him to stop (see bottom left corner). My nail is still hurting hours later btw! He then gets up and another conversation starts over me and the original girl sits down. I explain to her I get that sometimes the polish could be bad and that's not a big deal, just fix it but Im mad that I was tortured. I will keep go back there and I want my money back because I see a doctors visit in my future for an infected nail. Anyone have any recommendations for a place where they won't torture you and speak English so you can communicate they are hurting you? Manis aren't supposed to hurt like hell!!

I'm very picky when choosing a salon. Just recently I was traveling back to Brooklyn to see my nail…read moretech but the commute was a lot so I figured I'd try a place nearby. Initially, I wasn't going to give this place a chance due to the not so great reviews but figured I'd try them out. The first nail tech I had was Hao, but when he was unavailable he recommended I check out Sam. They're both good. Sam is ALWAYS up for a challenge & keeps me happy when I want my crazy designs. My husband also likes for her to do his gel manicures. The spa pedicures could def be longer, & at times I feel like the regular pedicures are rushed but overall it's a fun experience getting serviced here. You just have to choose your tech carefully, everyone's work is different. I haven't had any real complaints until this week. I called the store to ask their closing time & was told 8pm. On several occasions while there late, customers walk in & are still able to get a quick service done which is why I walked in. Two things that rubbed me the wrong way about this experience.. 1) The woman who answered the phone picked up & said "hello.. so I asked "is this Oc Nail? She replied yes. You should never, ever answer a business phone line this way; it's very unprofessional. 2) Upon arriving at the store a little after 7:30pm after a 30 min drive I encountered the woman who answered the phone & explained that I need a fill-in or one nail repaired. I was told they're closed, they took the last person @ 7:30pm. I asked if my nail could be repaired, again was told there's no one to repair it. I stressed my concerns to her about how she answered the phone & knowing what to say & what not to say because you don't know if you're speaking to an existing customer, a new customer or possibly someone looking to walk in for a quick service.. people are human, things often come up @ the last min, you have to expect any & all circumstances. I spoke to the owner & she also agreed with the lady so according to them I was in the wrong one & should never feel like that as a customer. My frustration stems from the lack of communication. Normally, another girl answers the phone. She always respectful, knows what to say & ask when customers call...her customer service is top notch. At any establishment, an owner is set to a high standard while ensuring their customers are satisfied. I'm usually satisfied with the service but wasn't satisfied with the way things were handled. Overall the business has a lot of potential, the owner's attention to detail is on point & they're work is good.. they just have to do better with communication.

Nails half painted, jagged cuticles, paint on my skin, my toes looked crustier than when I walked in there! I asked for someone to redo them and they were very defensive saying that it's the color I chose or the close up photos, instead of admitting it was a horrible job done by their staff. The second girl did a better job but at this point I had been there for over an hour and feeling impatient. When I went to pay I was stunned they charged me $40!!! I said I didn't think this was fair that I didn't get a decent pedicure and had to have it done twice, spend extra time and the aggravation of it all, and they did not budge. After reading some other reviews I can see they are known for rushed sloppy jobs and they really need to vet their techs because I will never be returning here.

The style I wanted, which was so simple he pretended he couldn't do. I have been going to this man from when he worked at Top Nails. He has always been able to do any design. I wasn't happy at all with the rush job he did with my nails. When it was time for my pedicure, he asked if I would wait 20 minutes while he did the walk-in nails. I told him no. I had just done 16 hours at work, I had a wedding to go to, and then I was leaving for vacation 2 days later. Do you know Jason walked away from doing my pedicure and said im going to do her nails because she has been waiting too long? I kindly got up, and I told him I would never come back to his nail shop ever again. I had an appointment, and you pushed me to the side for someone who walked in. All because he's money hungry. I told him, "You dont treat your customers that way. Remind you, one of his workers had dropped glue in my eyes, and I had to be rushed to the E.R. I could've sued him. But I didn't. The man who did my pedicure was thorough and would've been great if he didn't cut me on one of my toes. Linda, the manicurist who attended to me, went out of her way to do a good job, gently cleaning my cuticles, applying the polish with impeccable technique, and working carefully. I fell asleep while she massaged my feet and hands. Everything seemed perfect; I left a good tip and left happy. But it was only 24 hours before the bad stuff appeared and ruined my experience. Linda's excellent work was completely ruined by the low-quality polish they offer there. That evening, while traveling to Albany for dinner with my husband, I noticed one of my nails was getting damaged, but I didn't pay much attention to it. The next day, we attended a breakfast hosted by my husband's company, which was attended by his bosses, colleagues, and their spouses. During breakfast, I noticed that the polish on all my nails was starting to chip. I had to hide my fingers while I ate to hide my embarrassment. My recommendation: the business should invest in better quality nail polish. I, for one, would return just for Linda's excellent service, but I would bring my own polish.
