Last week was my first time at 360 nails and I have to say I'm very impressed! The guy who did my pedicure was really nice and understanding since I am allergic to latex and couldn't use regular gloves. He even had a box of non latex gloves!! You don't find that normally at salons and I usually bring my own but of course I walked out of the house without them. I got to sit in the kids chair since I technically am the height of a kid too. I came in to 316 nails at a little before 10 AM for a full set of nails for my daughter my best friend and myself they did great on my daughters and my friend's Set however The lady that I had although she was very sweet she took 3 hours to do my nails and they came out nothing like I Wanted them to They are not Ombre like the picture they are all different shapes with bubbles in them and she did cut into my cuticles a few times everybody keeps asking why I didn't have them fix them but after sitting in the chair for 3 hours and leaving at 1:30 I didn't want to spend any more time in there I hate to say it because I do not usually give bad reviews but I do not plan on going back to the nail salon again especially after spending over $360 not including tip for these 3 sets read more

I came it to have my dip powder removed. Instead of soaking my nails, the nail technician ripped off the hardened nails with a cuticle cutter & acrylic nail tip. She broke one of my nails in the process! When I complained, she soaked the second hand! She filed my nails so abruptly and hard she hurt my hand! And she rushed through the coloring. she never put a fan to dry my nails! she just colored over it and stopped working on my nails demanding I pay before finishing. I will NEVER come here again. They kept trying to push me to get gel or more powder. I paid $10 to remove the powder nails they put on and $15 for a manicure... i could've saved $10 and ripped them off myself! read more

Cons 1. They absolutely never answer their phone so you can't make appointments. This isn't just a one-off observation. I called 3 different times in one day and the phone just rings. It's been a long time since I found a nail salon that I am truly happy with, until now. This place was perfect. First, they open early so you don't have to break up your day in hopes that you can stay on schedule and they take walk-ins. The manicurist did a wonderful job both shaping and polishing, no cleanups or corrections needed, and nicely built up layers. The pedicure was also perfect. A different manicurist tended to the pedicure and didn't just slap on a couple of coats of polish. She took the time to actually take care of the nails and always check to see how I wanted things done. What made this place especially relaxing was the fact that there was no incessant nagging to try other services. No one tried to up-sell anything. They simply gave me what I asked for and didn't try to talk me into anything else. read more

So I went for what I thought was a basic gel mani on my own nails today. I leave, go home and eat lunch then wash my plate and the polish starts peeling off a few nails. Ok no problem , maybe the polish is bad. I go back and the torture I endured was unreal!!! The girl that originally did my nails was busy with someone else so they give me the girl with the knit hat and pom pom. She proceeds to take the electric drill to take the polish off instead of taking the time to soak the polish off. The bit that she had on there was coarse and she hurt my nails. I told her she was hurting me and they all come over and start speaking in their language like I'm the one that's wrong! They then usher me to another table and some guy sits down and starts with the drill again and I now tell him my nails hurt and to soak it off. So he does then proceeds to rip off a layer of my real nail that was sticking up from the drilling. I'm now sweating and telling him to stop (see bottom left corner). My nail is still hurting hours later btw! He then gets up and another conversation starts over me and the original girl sits down. I explain to her I get that sometimes the polish could be bad and that's not a big deal, just fix it but Im mad that I was tortured. I will keep go back there and I want my money back because I see a doctors visit in my future for an infected nail. Anyone have any recommendations for a place where they won't torture you and speak English so you can communicate they are hurting you? Manis aren't supposed to hurt like hell!! read more

I only came here because my usual lady at another shop was way too booked and I wasn't able to book ahead of time since I didn't know my work schedule. Anyways, walked in to get a gel fill on a Friday afternoon. 1HR wait which wasn't TOO HORRIBLE since I didn't have any other commitments that day. There's about 15 technicians which is cool but I feel like they rush to accommodate their appointments and walk ins. The lady that did my nails was VERY NICE to me, but she kept judging my usual technician saying my nails were "crooked" (they weren't).....She missed some spots of nail polish, some of my nails aren't even the same square shape (my thumb nails are definitely distant cousins and not twin sisters), and the lotion/massage was mediocre. I am upset that I cheated on my other nail technician but I couldn't wait another week. I definitely do not recommend this place nor will I ever be back. The price of my gel fill was $40 which is the usual but damn....my usual nail lady is a QUEEN compared to the people at this spot. Ps. A spot that charges less than $30 for eyelash extensions, stay far farrrrr away. read more

Went here for a pedicure and manicure before my vacation which was a Friday. I did a gel manicure and pedicure because I wanted it to last for vacation. I got them done on a Tuesday and when I returned home I saw that my pinky toe was not painted and forgotten. I had to go drive all the way back for them to fix my nail. It is now 2 day later and I see that my other pinky toe's polished chipped all the way off and the other one closest to that has already chipped. Regular nail polish last longer than two days on my toes. I am very upset with the quality of this gel pedicure that cost me 50 dollars and did not even make it without a chip to my vacation this Friday. Now I have to find another place that can fix them before I leave since I am no longer in the area. I would not recommend this place to anyone if you want a high quality gel pedicure and manicure. TERRIBLE BUISNESS. DO NOT GO. I've been looking for a new salon to go to so I decided to go here. A man by the name Leon shaped my nails beautifully the last time I went, so I had requested him again today expecting the same outcome. If I had knew I was going to get assaulted for asking him to correct a nail Leon had left crooked, I would've never set foot in that salon. So this is a warning for all other women considering to go here. I got a pedicure and a manicure. The pedicure went fine so no complaints there. When Leon started working on my manicure fill, he was shaping my nails to be short coffins which I've always had. I've been getting them done like that for 5 years now. After he got done filling and shaping my nails I notice the nails on my right hand was crooked. I mention this to him and he immediately stated that they grow crooked. Which doesn't make sense.. if that were the case he should've filed them so that they were straight. So i reminded him that he was the person that did my nails last and they weren't crooked the last time. He kept insisting on it being me and that my nails grow crooked. Leon even offered to take a photo of my nails so that way he can compare it to my nails the next time I come in... at this point I just agreed with him just to get my nails done and leave. I had no intention of returning. He repaired the crooked nails but as he was doing so Leon kept repeating himself and telling me that I had to admit that my nails are crooked. He acted very unprofessional and wouldn't drop the topic until I admitted that my nails grow crooked. I've had nails done for years and they have never been crooked, and with that being said this was after the shaping and filing. So regardless of them growing crooked Leon could've just filled them so that they were straight. No woman goes into a nail salon and wants to leave with crooked nails. We kept discussing this back and forth. It got to a point were he raised his voice at me and I no longer felt comfortable in the establishment. I made an attempt to pull my hand away and during that he grabs my hand harder and doesn't let go of me. At this point I was alarmed and snatched my hand. I grabbed my belongings and went to the front desk to pay for my pedicure and leave. Jeanne, the woman in the front, told me I had to pay for the full service of shaping and the pedicure. Which I refused to do due to the way I was treated and I'd still have to go to another salon and pay for someone to fix nails and finish them (they weren't pained or buffed). Leon then came up to the front and began yelling at me about this whole matter, insisting that I had to pay. I held my ground and explained myself to them. Leon only got more aggressive and was yelling and getting in my face. I looked at Jeanne and asked her "you let your employees talk to your customers like that?" She ignored me while Leon continued to yell. All I wanted to do was pay for the pedicure and they refused to let me. With so much yelling I began to walk out. As I'm trying to leave Leon runs after me and aggressively grabs my arm and pulls me. He then gets in front of me and continues to yell at me. I'm panicked I explained all I'm trying to do is pay and leave peacefully. I asked him to lower his voice and not to yell. He then tells me that it's because of his mask that he is speaking in a loud manner. The whole thing was just so unprofessional and disturbing. I turn around and I see that I'm surrounded by all the other nail techs and they begin to insult me and tell me that I'm in the wrong... THIS IS ALL OVER A CROOKED NAIL THAT HE DID. A customer came out and asked what was going on. I explained the situation and she told everyone that I just want to pay for the pedicure. Jeanne finally agreed with that and all the nail techs returned to the building. I was freaking out and mentally was not ready to return to the building to pay for the service. I was yelled at and aggressively grabbed on to.. I just couldn't do it. So I called the police and my boyfriend so that he could go in and pay for the service. I start to walk to my car to sit there and wait for them. As I'm walking away Leon and Jeanne again start running after me, I told them that I'm not leaving and that I'm just going to sit in my car and wait for my boyfriend to pay for it. Leon kept screaming at me so I told him to go fuck himself. Once the police arrived, I explained everything to them and was told that nothing can be done since there's no proof. I paid $65 to insulted and assaulted. So ladies if you plan on going there bring pepper spray or a man to defend you because obviously they can assult women and get away with it. read more

I had a terrible experience here and I'm a pretty fair person but so much was wrong. Everything that is expected when you go to a nail salon they are not. Instead of telling me there was a wait, they put me in the pedicure chair with COLD water mind you for about 15 mins. When someone finally came over they were not very professional. She was not paying attention to what she was doing. Used the cuticle tool wrong, instead of sniping dead skin she pealed it off. Ouch! Instead of a complimentary quick foot massage all nail salons give you with a pedicure, she just rubbed lotion on my legs and feet. When she was done she just pointed to the area where the drying section was and walked away. My nails are all different shapes and sizes even though I asked for coffin nails. She ignored my concerns. Basically we threw 70$ in the garbage. My nails look ridiculous! So I went to get eyelash extensions. First, I showed up and they asked me to come back, so an hour and a half later I went back. The lady who did my eyelashes had an appointment that showed up, so she rushed to finish with me. Not even 2 hours later, I got home and was losing eyelashes. The next day, I took a shower, careful not to rub my eyes, and I lost about 6 pieces. I called, and went back to have them fixed. The technician admitted that she rushed because the woman at the front desk shouldn't have told me to come back because she knew the technician had an appointment. Now, 2 days later, after having them redone, I'm losing eyelashes AGAIN, when I was told they last 2 weeks. Also, I'm only losing them from 1 eye, and I have no rubbed, picked, or played with the lashes AT ALL. I've been extremely careful when washing my face not to disturb the lashes. I'm extremely upset with the quality, and now I have to go to another salon to have them fixed. I'm not going to waste my time going BACK to 360 nails, only to have the same issue 2 days later. I have a bit of a love-hate relationship with 360 Nails and Spa. Some of their technicians are really great and do astounding work, others are pretty "okay." I have noticed that sometimes they do a bit of a rush job which is kind of disappointing but they usually listen to what you want and are able to provide adequately. Service and quality points wise they get a 8. One thing I will mention is that they are a bit ridiculous with wait times and overbooking themselves. On multiple occasions, I have made my appointments well in advance for a specific date and time only to arrive to my appointment 10 minutes early, find that they have given my spot to a walk in, and make me wait for over an hour past my appointment time. For example, I had made an appointment at 1:30 pm, got there at 1:15 pm (15 minutes early), was told to wait for "20 minutes", but actually ended up waiting over an hour to the point where I just left because it was getting too ridiculous. In the time I was waiting (there were other people waiting with me) I watched maybe 3 women walk in and get helped immediately. They didn't have to wait. This has happened on multiple occasions. I have frequented this nail spa for maybe 10 years now and I have never experienced this until the past couple of years. If this keeps happening, I might have to part ways with my nail technician and find another nail spa that takes their customers a little more seriously. read more
