Recently went again to the 35th north. I originally wanted one pair of dunks but went to return them and got another pair instead. The staff is on point super cool and that is good. Customer service is super important to me especially when it comes to streetwear fashion/ skate shops. In seattle there really is not many spots and the ones I have been to I was disappointed with. Not here though. In a week or two I will be back! Found myself a new spot to get my sneakers! read more

I love this place. Has the most soul out of any skate shops I been to. They carry some really nice brands (Upper Playground, Manik, etc.) and they're a good place to pick up some Vans Syndicates or some Nike SBs if other stores are sold out. read more

This place is great. I'm 26, and haven't really skated since college, but wanted to get back into it. I went in today, and one of the guys did a great job of helping me put together a great setup. He knew his products really well, but wasn't at all pretentious about it. Like I said I've been out of it for a while, but the prices seemed great. My only complaint is that they had too many clothes and not enough real skate stuff. But I suppose that's what the kids want these days, right? read more

Great experience! Got a board set up for my daughter who really wanted to learn but her old Target special was givin' her so much grief. Us being newbies, were treated very well. Great selection, but no overselling by any means. She loves her board! Had to break it in that night, and she was smooth ridin' first time out on it. Our guy was so patient with all our questions and really listened so he could put together something she could ride almost anywhere. And now she does! 35th North Rocks! read more

Rad crew, friendly and helpful service. Went in to see if we could get a tiny bit of grip tape to put on my kids' foot brake for his balance bike. Mike hooked it up, put it on for us, and even helped my toddler put a sticker on his frame. Thanks again! read more

Rad place... Haven't skated since the early 90's, and I found a board with the exact shape I was looking for. The price for a whole deck setup was better than I expected, and the service was fantastic. Really liked the shoe and clothing selection, as well as the music that was playing in there. I have taken my son to this shop a few times and the guys that work here and super friendly and helpful. They have a good selection of boards and skate necessities as well as shoes, clothes, and hats. When my son was there with his friends once, one of the guys showed them some good places to skate nearby, which was helpful because we just moved here from California. But my favorite thing about this shop is that the proprietor calls me "miss", even though I'm a haggard old lady. read more

This place is the best skate shop in Seattle. I love the local feel of the place and helping suport local skate culture. They have some of the best shop decks around for cheep and just about anything else a great skate shop should have. My 11 yr old just got into skateboarding and spent his own money to upgrade a junky board we got him to see if he liked the sport. Needless to say he fell in love with it! The staff, Tony, was very cool and walked my curious and excited son through all the options, costs and what to think about when buying a board. We gave him a budget and Tony stuck to it. What a nice and helpful place! I went there with my kids (two boys one girl) for the boys' birthday and they were very helpful in finding the perfect size skate boards for the two boys along with skate shoes. My girl was more into the girls (or the "ladies dept") section but they didn't make her feel like she didn't belong. It was a nice surprise to find a skate shop that had clothes and shoes for both a mom and her kids. We all went home happy as we each bought something each of us wanted and liked and it felt good to support a local business. read more

Best skateshop in Washington. For. Real. They carry all the skate hardware and clothing one could want, and the people are great. Tony and Mike are both super helpful, and it's a great place to meet other people who skate. Forget about shopping anywhere else! Their expertise, knowledge and service is the best. I went there with my grandson on a recommendation from a friend. Tony went out of his way to answer my questions and show us the various choices that would be best for a younger skateboarder. As a senior citizen with little to no knowledge as to what to purchase, after the time spent with Tony, I felt more than comfortable with the choice of gear. My grandson was thrilled!
