We needed to have my daughters iPhone 6 fixed. It was doing crazy things and we really didn't know…read morewhat the problem was. I looked into 3 local places and decided to try AVIES because of the crazy amount of 5 star reviews they had on Google. SO GLAD I chose them!! We took the phone in and were assured we would be called after some tests were run on the phone. Got a call a few hours later with some not so good news. They told me that they had done several checks on the phone, changed screens a few times, and were still having the problems. They would need to keep it over night to do a few more things. Received a call from Richard the next day. He concluded that the phone was actually bent and that's what was causing the "Ghost touching". He fixed the bend, put her original screen back on, and didn't charge us a dime!! Very pleased customer!

The seller wasn't sure if the Johnson Drive store had it but I went there first and wow! It was like being in a toy store. Tons of neatly arranged Mac Book Pros, iMacs, PC laptops, towers, displays, TVs, mobiles, refurbished and really well priced. And all backed with 90 day warranties and an interesting upgrade scheme where anytime in the next six months you can trade up for, I believe, $39 to a faster version of the model you bought. I rate them highly because the service was excellent. They let me test the epson with my MBP. On another visit a chill employee asked if I had questions. He and the others were all helpful and informed. Just a great place to check out for your next computer.

I felt like the price was extremely fair after recovering a $900 quote from Apple just prior. However, due to personal financials had to wait a couple weeks. I went back a couple weeks later and reached out through the number and was able to get the part ordered and I was kept up to date the whole time. The problem was fixed same day, I dropped it off in the afternoon and it was done a couple hours later.
