Stop by 319 Broderick. And mannnn I must say that this was a hidden gem. Parking lot located right outside the facility so very easy to park. Beautiful artwork on the walls on the outside. As soon as we entered we were greeted and seated quickly. Water within 2 mins of sitting down as well. Viewed the menu even though we knew what we wanted. Ordered an old fashioned and a cider on the side as well. The burger, juicy, flavorful and good bun too. The fries, I do wish were a bit more crispier. Will be back and will be trying dessert this time around as well. Good place for family of all ages and friends too. Our server Alyanna was great. Small glimpse of the restaurant is on my IG @smittyy.91

Gold Rush Burger with Banh Mi Fries

When we walked in there was plenty of seating. I liked the 5% discount if you pay cash. It's not much but it still helps. I ordered the Gold Rush burger and it was yummy. Enjoyed the bacon Mac and cheese in the burger. I made my fries banh mi fries. It was worth the extra $7. The ranch dressing was really savory with the added dill. I took an extra dressing to go. Our server was friendly and chill. The only thing I'd say was he didn't ask us to refill our waters. He mentioned shots and dessert but we declined. I would recommend this place for a good burger.

We had shopped at IKEA and worked up an appetite. Looked for a restaurant nearby that was open late. Pulling in there were several cars and neat artwork on the building. We waited at the front to be seated by Alejandra who was waiting on a large party. We were seated timely with a smile. The menu was typical bar fare but touted their buttermilk fried chicken, beer battered fish, and home made corned beef. Also highlighted their homemade dressings. We opted for the chicken strips with garlic fries and the corned beef sandwich with salad. Everything was brought out timely with good temperature. The chicken appeared dark and overdone but upon trying it, it was double fried and delicious, the meat was extra moist we opted for ranch and bbq sauce. The garlic fries had an aioli with large pieces of garlic, they were amazing. The Ruben corned beef was served on a hamburger bun with large chunks of meat, house made thousand island, sauerkraut. The blue cheese dressing too accompany the salad was very well done. We were pleasantly surprised by the food, service, and our experience, we will return. Note the 5% discount for paying with cash.

We found this place after being at IKEA in West Sac. We arrived around 8pm. This is definitely a hole in the wall hidden gem. There was a large group at a table that the server was assisting. We waited at the door for a few minutes and then were told to sit anywhere that wasn't reserved. The menu is good sized for a small place. We started with the fried zucchini appetizer. The dish came out fresh and hot. We chose the Rueben sandwich w/side salad and the Chicken tenders w/garlic fries. The chicken was amazing! The batter is homemade along with the ranch dressing. The batter was crunchy and flavorful and the chicken was tender and juicy. The Rueben had home cooked corned beef, homemade thousand island dressing and sauerkraut. It was served on a bun. I wish it was rye bread.... But it was still wonderful. The garlic fries were tossed with a garlic aioli and were so good! Overall we were very pleasantly surprised with this find. Side note-in December 2025, a car careened into the bar/restaurant while involved in a car chase with police! There are signs of the repairs. Luckily no one was there as it was in 1:30 am. How scary! Broderick is near the Rivercats stadium and I am sure it is a busy place during games!

319 Broderick was our venue for a group of 30 plus friends celebrating the holidays. What was amazing about this place is the bartender. He had three roles which were bartending, server, and cashier. Amazingly he held down the front single handily taking care of not only our group, but other hungry diners. Two stars for that! One star for their award winning Johnny Cash burger and a star for their pumpkin stout.

Down to earth local burger place with good selections of beer on tap. My salad delicious with nicely seasoned chicken pieces with fresh salad, avocado, bacon, blue cheese. Chicken was very tasty that I really didn't use dressing at all. Good service, good burger.

Reviews were kinda iffy..I'm not sure what people were thinking though. This place was amazing. It has awesome art on the outside and the inside gives tavern vibes. The waiters and waitresses were great not only did they serve the food but bartend as well. Wait was not long at all despite it getting busy once we arrived. Came from Stockton and it definitely did not disappoint. Can wait to come back again and try the wings as they looked amazing and different burgers/sandwiches

We came here for lunch. We met Gordon who is the general manager. He was very helpful and gave wonderful suggestions. Our waitress was great too. I believe her name was Alehandra. I ordered the Johnny Cash burger with garlic fries. It was so good. The ambiance was very cozy. We will defenitly come back soon.

Burger and fries here are excellent! The house made pickles are a story unto themselves. Service was a tad slow but friendly and efficient.

Broderick's always hits. Drinks are great, food is better. Average price for a burger is around $20 but will leave you satisfied for sure! Super cozy tavern with great food and service!

Fantastic Spot To "Pregame" Shows @ Goldfields Next Door…read more SITREP We descended upon the Tack Room an hour before our show for "Ally The Piper" (both the classical AND heavy metal bagpiper extraordinaire) began her show! THE SETUP Goldfields is a charming, rustic country-western stylized saloon that serves up beer at good prices. But we weren't interested in beer and wanted quality cocktails. Hence, our pivot next door to the Tack Room! QUALITY COCKTAILS & DRINKS! The Tack Room specializes an amazing array of martinis, bourbons, and other deLISH cocktail drinks at really really reasonable prices! So this was an excellent choice to chill, thus avoiding the tremendous *noise pollution* we were immediately subjected to upon entering Goldfields an hour later for our show. THE LOWDOWN This is a quality bar with plenty of comfortable seating to relax and have quiet, intimate conversations. So if you and your later friend(s) want some privacy, cocktails at a reasonable price, etc., this is a good way to go.

It's themed around horse racing, but not in an overbearing or... tacky way. The mixologist was delightful and had great recommendations, the lights were dim, and the drinks were all on point. The highlight was the espresso martini, which is among the best I've had. It was reminiscent of the one I had at the Starbucks Roastery in NYC, which is high praise. The other coffee drink that surprised me was the Revolver. I always forget about what a good pairing orange and coffee is, and I'll be taking this one back home with me to try! Every other drink we tried was delicious in some unique way. The Pho drink was savory and surprising, the New York Sour was rich and flavorful, and the Practical Move was refreshing. Will definitely return here after dinner to sip an espresso martini for dessert!

There was this girl waiter (I forgot her name) she gave us a table but less than one min moved us from a diff table because the server for that table was on break which is fine. Andres was our server and he is super kind, patient and funny. We had him pick out recommendations for the mimosa flight and for the meat with the tortillas. The food wasn't good at all, didn't live up to our expectations. The mimosa flight tasted so warm and watered down that we couldn't even drink it. The steak was super thin so we couldn't distinguish if it was cooked medium well. We all agreed that my breakfast burrito was the only one that tasted good out of the 2 dishes we ordered. The chicken didnt even taste like chicken either, tasted artificial. I thought my friend ordered a pita bread with tortilla and beans etc. The bathroom is disgusting, super dirty, not kept clean. Toilet paper everywhere, toilet dirty etc. The restaurant looks pristine but once you go to the restroom, super gross and makes you rethink if why a restaurant looks so bougie but can't keep their restroom clean. Most likely we won't come back. I think people come here for the river view.

I RARELY HAVE BEEN THIS IMPRESSED WITH A RESTAURANT/COFFEE SHOP/ETHNIC FOOD SPECIALTY LOCATION. La Cuidad really has it all. The place is an art display, everything has purpose and arranged in such a way to be pleasing to the eyes. I would love to interview the artistic director of this restaurant. West Sacramento has never had a place of this caliber within the city limits. There are nice eating places, but none that take this amount of care to be pleasing to the eyes and very comfortable. I really wish it is a bigger place But again the size makes it intimate and great for a date or special occasion for your significant other. It is carefully crafted to be pleasing to the customer without being overwhelming to give you an environment that is not only relaxing but allows you time to enjoy your food without the sometimes overwhelming noise of traffic, air conditioning, loud talking. For some reason the place feels quiet and conversations are muted. I believe the designer may have inadvertently, or purposely reduced the ability of sound to reflect off walls and ceiling. I have eaten at Michelin restaurants that are so loud I could not eat comfortably. I was relaxed ate slowly and tasted every bite. Our server was fantastic. Coffee was great and our drinks never went dry. Food was great. Real Latin style dishes in just themo no in right amount to enjoy but not overwhelmed. Just the right amount of heat on my breakfast. And a amazing amount of tastes and colors. We will be trying every restaraunt in the group.
