Exceptional service! I absolutely loved visiting this coffee shop! It is perfectly located in Terra Square and has a drive thru! Very convenient. The inside is cute and welcoming. The staff were helpful and friendly. Their menu has some great options and they even have a holiday menu! I ordered an almond milk latte and it was so good! Prices are very much inline with other local shops I have visited. I will definitely be back. They have great parking but also offer a drive thru option which is placed between the to buildings so pay attention or you might miss it. They take credit card and cash. read more

When we moved to this area, our kids each got us gift cards to 317 Coffee (unbeknownst to each other) , we thought "What are we going to do with 3 gift cards to this place?" BUT, once we went, we were hooked! The coffee is truly 'the good stuff', the ambience is pleasing to both the eye and the heart, the servers were very caring. Unlike another review that unjustly mocked their choice of musical genre and obviously had a problem with them choosing a missional focus to reap some of the benefits of the profit but didn't even rate their coffee or sweet treats (including gluten free), I'm here to state that I was very satisfied with their product and their treatment of their customers. My husband and I came here for the 1st time today. It's a super cute place with comfy seating and tables and chairs. The music is on the religious side but at a sound level that's more like background music. I had a delicious tea latte (iced) and he had a mocha. I swear my tea latte was the most delicious drink I've had in a while. I will be back just for that again. I really enjoyed the atmosphere. It was peaceful and quiet and I felt like I was on my couch at home. We would've stayed longer but we arrived about 10 mins before closing which was 4pm on a Monday. Everything I've gotten from here is so good! The cinnamon roll was huge and delicious, drinks were good. The ladies working gave suggestions and customization suggestions! While I have not been inside yet, I have really enjoyed the hospitality offered at the window. And my daughter and I love your Açaí bowls. Oof, Just a heads up this isn't your average cute local coffee shop. and TRIGGER WARNING: if you have religous trauma, might not be the place to go. For sure couldnt tell if I was walking into church, or a coffee shop to do my schoolwork. Blasting worship music, Prayer Request forms when you walk in, asked for a round up for a "donation" that I didn't realize was actually just going to a church ministry, and just overall haunting bible verses, and stuff like "Jesus and germs are all around you" in the bathroom. 317 coffee is a favorite coffee shop! The atmosphere and decor is nothing short of lovely -- the style is farmhouse shabby chic. There is plenty of seating to choose from including tables and comfy couches and chairs. Lots of natural lighting and spaces to read or work. The service is great, the staff is very friendly. You can get a nice cup of coffee or tea, and the prices are similar to other local coffee shops. All of the mugs are unique and different which is fun! The music is great and not played too loud. 317 is a Christian owned shop and offers a "Mission of the Month" that you can round up on your order to donate to the chosen charity of that month! Still loving this place! They cupcakes are now in! Also please, if you have not tried the "Celebration" whoopie pie cookie, it is certainly a must. When I visit the drive-thru, and they have it, I order it (sometimes two). So I celebrated y birthday last week and ordered a chocolate on chocolate cake and almond on white cake. In one of my last visits, I tried their bottled kombucha - which was excellent, very refreshing. On another visit, I ordered a "dirty" which is just a shot of espresso in the ice lavender basil latte. When there is a line, it moves pretty fast. Oh yeah, and the inside is now open to the public. This coffeeshop is Christian based and they let you round up your order to the nearest dollar to donate to a charity of the day. Most people sitting around seemed to have bibles and were talking about Jesus. There are T-shirts with Bible verses and things hanging on the wall. The vibe is very farmhouse chic. Lots of things painted with chalk paint and cute ecletic places to sit. A floral couch, high back chairs, cowhide chairs, little tables whatever you like best! As for the coffee, I ordered a cafe Miel with almond milk and it was mediocre. It wasn't bad by any means but it's wasn't remarkable either. It cost just as much as a high end coffee shop though so it didn't seem worth the price. The barista had to look at instructions to make the drink which surprised me. If you're looking for a place to bring a friend from church I'd highly recommend it but if you're looking for a great cup of coffee I'd look elsewhere. read more

Love the decor and the layout of this place. Comfy chairs, and regular tables to sit at make a it have a cozy atmosphere. My friend did ask for her smoothie to go through the blender one more time since there was large chunks of ice. But they staff was friendly and they bring your order to the table. My friends said the decaf coffee was good. Prices are similar to other independent coffee places. They offer a punch card and with a drive thru service I can see using it more. I would like to go back and try their baked goods as they did look delicious. The parking is an issue and this is not 317 coffees problem but Hudsonville. If spaces fill up on weekdays I can imagine on weekends how hard it will be to get a spot. read more

It's fine. Considering the demographic in which it exists (white Christian women), it's perfect. 317 is not hiding the fact that it's very Christian in a very Christian town. Worship music is the only thing that plays and you can find scripture references everywhere, including the lids of your cup. It's a bit too much for me, having some religious trauma myself. I think the messages on the lids are what finally convinced me to stop going. People that work there are kind and good at their jobs. Just overall not a place for someone that's not Christian or someone questioning their faith. read more

The light and openness in the space really make it seem inviting. The service has been good each time I've been in. The location is a little odd, but the drive-thru really helps alleviate any potential traffic issues. I've never had an issue finding a parking space. I've just gotten coffee, but it has been good. A little on the acidic side for my taste, but that's just personal preference. They have a lot of fun things on the menu, like lavender lemonade, but also lack a few things, like a larger tea selection I might expect of a place like this (independently owned, mom and pop kind of coffee shop). I don't want to seem mean spirited but the religious overtones were a bit much for a coffee shop. On the upside the decor was eclectic and the store was clean and the barista was friendly. My biggest complaint was the coffee drinks. My wife and I had lattes one was sugar free and they both tasted bitter. Mine was sugar free and it also had an after taste of artificial sugar. Frustrating because while I waited some workers were chatting with customers for a long time while they could have been helping their coworkers. My bagel was made after all the drink orders were done and the cashier noticed I was still waiting. I thought I would try again the next week and use the drive thru. No one actually answered the drive thru, had to drive up to the window to see if the speaker was broken. Nope they were just busy, and "were having problems with the drive thru".
