I have made appointments so I've never waited longer than 5 minutes, but the one time I did wait 5 minutes they all apologized profusely. I've had the pleasure of being seen by Emily, Gwen, Sammy, and Emma. Every single one of them is so kind and fun to be around and have always made my nails look flawless. Anvy uses sterile practices- they have a box assigned to you, and any utensils used are pulled directly from an autoclave. Just a mediocre experience. I think they were tired and rushing because it was the end of a busy…read moreday. I got a gel manicure on my toes and dip on my nails. Great job on the pedicure, very meticulous, however, also very rough and made me bleed in multiple spots. She also only did one coat of glitter when the standard is at least 2. The dip manicure was really just application of a dip base with gel color on top. Not what I was expecting and it turned out very thick and not smooth. AND they only let my nails sit under the UV for max 10 seconds at a time, so I know the gel probably didn't set right. I didn't even get a real manicure either - no cuticle cleanup or moisturizer or anything other than a cut/file and color application. I had to ask for some cuticle oil and lotion at the end. I also think I was way overcharged ($120) based on the prices I saw on their menu.
