Let's start with the pros: Easy to book, lots of availability. And my toes do look great! Unfortunately, the cons have me never wanting to come back. I booked a Refresh Pedicure with Gel for $57. While sitting in the chair, the nail technician handed me their laminated flyer with descriptions and asked me to pick a service. I (again) selected the Refresh with Gel. He looked at the page and pointed at the Recharge Pedicure with Gel, which was $67. I corrected him and pointed at the Refresh. He nodded and said, $57? I confirmed. At checkout, I was charged $67. When I questioned it, he told me it was due to the cost of the gel. To be fair, he may have given me the Recharge - but that was not what I asked for. The worst part of it all was that it hurt. I have never had a technician file down the sides of my toenails, let alone do it as aggressively to the point of tearing skin. He also sprayed my toes (twice) with alcohol, which burned due to the damage he had caused. read more

Literally just had the worst pedicure I have ever had. She cut me several times. Used a nail file to get the gel nail polish slightly off and left the rest. Ungodly job at shaping it didn't even clean up the new polish she put on. I ended up leaving before the massage because I was so upset and out of time. read more

Manicure Service: was not a good experience as nails show it. I had to ask the nail tech to redo my nails. The first time she made them too thick & I ask if she was going to thin them but she only thin the under nail instead of the top of the nail where it was too thick. A manager came by and I then explained her what I wanted the nail tech to do. After it was translated to her the tech seems annoyed and did what I requested. I would not recommend. Quality: not so great, for the price you expect better quality of service. The nail polish was sloppy and careless. See the pictures, I asked the lady that was doing my nails if she was going to me my nails and she looked at me as if I was asking something crazy. The pictures show the end product. I went here religiously for a year maybe more , and established a bond with one particular nail tech. They got comfortable enough with me to admit they REUSE the paraffin dip wax on my 120$ pedicure and " I probably got wax from the last three times " because they think the heat from re melting it " kills the germs ". As a type one diabetic who can literally lose their feet or hands from an infection I'm severely disturbed and lost faith and trust in all nail salons. I'm a DIY girl now and I'd rather them look not as nice because I did them at home than be a biohazard and an infection waiting to happen. This nail salon was the most aesthetic high end salon I've seen and I've been to almost all 50 states and received pedicures. If they're cutting corners and being cheap everyone's doing it. It's so sad I trusted them so much with my body and health.Please if you go here do not get the parrafin dip wax and make sure they're using clean sterilized tools as well as asking for new nail files and sand bands as they're pennies on the dollar and shouldn't be being re used on people. Do better. I'll never be back here. I discourage everyone from going here now as a retired regular customer. read more

the building itself was very nice but the service is a different story.... First she folded my nail to shape it and drew blood as she scraped it. Thier are also so many additional fees such as extra length which is understandable but the shape of my nails were almond and then the peak of the almond coming off my NATURAL nail about 2cm long was a 15 dollar charge?!? Then was told for my design which was French tips with white dots would also be an additional charge because I picked more than one color blue and white that was a 2 dollar PER NAIL charge!!! Also to get a whale shark painted 2 times one on each side would have cost 10 more dollars?! And after all this she asked for a tip not telling me that it wasn't already included and over charging me! and got mad when I didnt have the app to tip them I will not be returning!! She also didn't talk to me at all and I tried numerous times to start a conversation. She also walked away and helped OTHER PEOPLE MULTIPLE TIMES during my appointment. read more
