I had surgery with Dr.Brewster Big mistake 305 is ONLY in this for the money they state they are not responsible for your outcome. Say like in my case the fat doesn't stick and starts sliding down your leg. Well that's just too bad. There are no refunds and no revisions allowed. Do not trust these people. Please I beg you to choose a doctor that actually cares about their patients and actually cares about your results. I am stuck this way until I do a round 2. They did not offer to fix it and they just want more money it's insane. Now to go over the horrible customer service in their office. If you need to get in touch with someone after your surgery. You can forget about that. Your dreaming their after surgery number forwards to a line that just rings and doesn't take messages. They won't get back to you either. They also have so many people working in their office it's impossible to track someone down. If you go just be sure to get the names of the front desk ladies so you can refer to them. When you get to the massage center see if you can get a DIRECT number from who's working the desk there. As for the actual surgery. I came in at opening and I had to wait. Without a chair so ON THE FLOOR for most of the day until 4pm when they finally took me back. They basically forgot they had my surgery that day and ended up squeezing me in at the end. All I'm saying is please please choose a doctor that cares and not one of the puppy mills. When I got in the room with him he didn't look at one not one of the pictures I had. Why? I was super excited and stupidly paid for mine and my sister's surgery in FULL because the coordinator said that doing that was the only way to get a sooner date. Due to personal reasons, we had to cancel the surgery. It has been almost a month of calling/emailing refund@305plasticsurgery.com, mhewitt@305plasticsurgery.com, mreynalte@305plasticsurgery.com and dnoa@305plasticsurgery.com and minimal communication and no status update on the $13000 refund we have requested. I sent a follow up 4/2, 4/5 and 4/15 not a word from them. I am at a lost and trying to figure out my next step. Do not pay the surgery in full only pay deposit upfront. IT IS NOT WORTH THE HEADACE. They will take your money and run. I didn't even want to give them 1 star. I am pretty sure some of the things that they are doing goes against state regulations and laws. I called 305 plastic surgery about two weeks ago, and FINALLY got someone to answer the phone. She took my info and said the patient consult or whoever would give me a call. I asked her about how long would that take she mentioned she'll be giving me a call "today" that day went by and still haven't received a phone call yet. When I try calling them again, I'm constantly getting told that mailbox is full and to try my call again later. This is beyond annoying and disappointing. I'm trying to have my surgery in March with doctor Williams. The way things are looking it doesn't look like I'll be getting it done. They NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE. I was given the date 4/25/21 with the VIP option added for surgery with Dr. Williams. I paid the deposit within 6 minutes of receiving the invoice. I have both the invoice and text messages from the coordinator Rachel stating my surgery date was set for 4/25/21. After paying my deposit on a Friday I was told I was all set and the surgical coordinator would contact me within 3 business days. I reached out to the number I was given on Thursday since no one reached out to me. Mariana responds and tells me that she would be my surgical coordinator and that a surgery date was not scheduled by the previous coordinator Rachel. Mariana has been extremely rude and unprofessional, she told me " April 25th is not and WONT be available". She scheduled me a month later for 5/21/21. During this discussion with Mariana I have been in contact with Rachel who would continue to tell me " Hi love Mariana told me she did, she maintain april 25th because is not fair after having reserved a date that was available at the time, to move it. I have the proof that she left you on April 25". When I contacted Mariana to confirm this, she told me that wasn't true and that she can move me but that date isn't available and would be cancelled. I don't understand why my date was given away to someone else and the next availability I was given after the mistake they made is almost a month later. I also do not appreciate the attitude and the treatment Mariana has given me. I am a new client, who paid a deposit and agreed to pay more just to get a much earlier date. I have also asked several times to be contacted by a supervisor or manager and no one will return my call. I was told I can call and speak with Daynelis Noa but have had no luck. I have had plastic surgery before with another doctor and I must say this has been the worst experience, process and the fact that your not truly speaking to an office team but a call center is frustrating. Half Assed!! From start to finish everything was half assed literally! Poor communication from the jump. All they care about is money. Every single coordinator that contacts you is different and barely speaks English. They changed the price on me up $600 the day before surgery after I had already paid in full. They promised me a consult with the doctor the day before surgery but he conveniently wasn't there! Wtf!? Everything was super rushed. Dr. William met with me 5 minutes prior to surgery and would not let me tell him my wishes. Just started drawing on me and said let's go. You are treated like cattle in a slaughter house here. They only prescribe you pain meds for 4 days even though your pain will last weeks. I am now one month post op and results are minimal. My hips are very asymmetrical and chin lipo looks as if they did nothing at all. My butt has lost almost half of it's volume since the day after surgery and I feel as if I went through all that pain, time, and money for almost nothing! Ladies go somewhere else! read more

I wish I could give them NO stars but I am very disappointed in my experience with this company. I was robbed from my Vanilla card! I don't have a major bank to make the deposit for the surgery so I had to go purchase a non-reloadable card from Walmart. I loaded my deposit on the card and I was sent the deposit link by the person who was assigned to me Yusvania Alvarez. I attempted to make the deposit onto the link but for some reason I wasn't able to. So she asked me to send her a picture of my card information front and back (showing the card number and cvv) she then texted me and told me that my card was blocked. So I started growing a bit frustrated with the situation so I told Yusvania that I would text her later, she then continued to text me and pressuring me about making the payment so I told her I no longer wanted the service done and that I would find a new doctor. I went to check my card today because I found a new doctor and wanted to use the money I loaded on the card to make the deposit only to find the card completely EMPTY. All the money I loaded onto the card was gone. I then called the Vanilla card to see what happened and they said I had made 5 transactions at an unfamiliar place called "Sol-De-Janiero" I looked it up online and saw it was a perfume store & I grew livid. I told the Vanilla company to make the dispute on the transactions because they were NOT AUTHORIZED! I called 305 to report Yusvania and they went on about how she didn't need my money and that she had been working at 305 for a long time and she would do nothing like that. Then they tried to blame the Walmart associate who SOLD me the card saying that he wrote down my numbers and used my card. Lol I've purchased Vanilla cards plenty of times from the SAME Walmart and this problem has never occurred. I blame myself for being comfortable with her thinking she was trying to help me but when I told her that I didn't want to go further with the procedure she would do such a thing. Unless your booking 5 or 10 massages with them they will not help do anything . They are just trying to take all of your money . I have scheduled an appointment for 1 pm. No one called to confirmed, so I called in the morning to do so and they asked me if I could come an hour prior to my appointment and I agreed. After waiting 45 minutes, I see the doctor coming in from lunch. 15 minutes later I asked how much longer will it take ? The friendly staff said they were not sure cause the doctor was on surgery. Front desk stated that my appointment was at 1pm and had no idea they told me to come earlier. I would start off by saying that my doctor was very nice, his nurse very nice, the people behind the door very nice, but the front desk girl I believe her name is Daynelis is very rude and In over her head. She is the face of the office. She lacks empathy and professionalism and have to understand that it may be women getting plastic surgery to you nut it's still someone going under and the potential risk is someone life. If people are asking you questions don't just brush them off. Some of us ladies truly want to know next steps after surgery not from a medical perspective but our massages and things that we paid for. I paid the extra $2250 for the massages, that I was told was detrimental to my recovery and here I am going on day 4, no massage and no one has called me to book anything. I understand that the massage is third party company but as a business don't you think you should set your patients up for success to make them feel comfortable and safe by making sure the massages are booked. I asked her for the info she said they'll call you. I said what if they don't she said they will. I have yet to hear from anyone. Again my only concern is my health and if these massages are needed for my recovery why haven't they been scheduled. I also notice that they are way more patient with the Spanish customers than the black women. I've witnessed her just be rude to a few black women but pleasant with the Spanish ones. I believe this girl is way over her head and either need help or training. I get it we're women who are getting plastic surgery so you probably don't think anything of us, but we are still paying customers and deserve to be treated with some sort of respect. PLEASE READ!!!!! My 18 year old daughter is in the hospital after having a BBL complication From 305 Plastic Surgery! She had her surgery performed by Dr. Oscar Ramirez at 305 Plastic Surgery on Mar 1st 2021...4 days before her 19th birthday! There is so much more that happens here and if I wrote about that, I would never finish this review! This review is not to down grade what they do, but it is to raise awareness of the process! In the beginning everyone is so nice and treats you like you deserve to be walking down the red carpet in Hollywood! It's the aftermath they don't tell you about! 305 Plastic Surgery treats their patients like an assembly line! The doctors are there at the ass crack of dawn and don't leave until the wee hours of the night and then again show up the next morning doing surgery! Anyway....Not even 24 hours after my daughters surgery, her heart rate was uncontrollable! See 305 sends you out the door in a rush with most patients still knocked out from anesthesia! Yes, you are still knocked out in most cases being sent home for anything to happen to you! They don't tell you to get a nurse or tell you it is A MUST to have one either! So being a mom and working in healthcare I said I can take care of her!! The process after surgery is a nightmare and a disaster! The nurse hands you an envelope with prescriptions and a card that has an emergency phone number on it for you to call in case of an emergency!! Well what they don't tell you is that if you call that number no one will call you back! I called the number twice, no return call even days later!! Called 305's office before they opened and their emergency note taker said someone would call me back...yet still hadn't heard from NO ONE 4 hours later! So I took her to 305's office that same morning and even though they seen her they never checked her blood pressure, her pulse or her hemoglobin! When asked if she should go to the emergency room the office insisted not too! They changed her bandages and sent her on her way with a BBL pillow and her faja! When she asked the nurse about these things again, the nurse said you are fine and told her to eat and drink and that her symptoms were all normal! Well....THIS IS NOT THE CASE!!!! THESE SYMPTOMS ARE NOT NORMAL!!! A high heart rate is a sign something is wrong! She woke this morning March 3rd with a temperature of 101.3 and I then stated bump what 305 insisted about the ER, we are going and we are going now!!! My daughter is now impatient due to their lack for compassion, communication, and greed! Why did they not call us back...why after asking and asking why didn't Dr. Ramirez not call or be informed of her issues/concerns or why was the nurse so damn ready to get her out the office!!! Today is the 2nd day out of surgery and we have yet heard from anyone from 305!!!! I'm not telling you not to use them, but just be ready to be treated like you are only a number! Have been waiting for weeks to get my lab orders. I have surgery pending for may 26 and still don't know what they need.

i just came here to say these people played in my face . i wanted lipo done they told me i can add two addtl for free i chose my arms n inner thigh got my labs done sent and cleared by my dr before i arrived to miami! went in for pre op amd i just want to say the customer service is trash this is supposed to be a happy experience nobody smiles nobody greets you nothing that was a red flag ! anyway they told me i had to repeat one lab but it was fine i can still have lipo he just wants it repeated ! dr never saw ne during pre op but walked past me ten thousand times . the next day i arrived for surgery ! i had to call n tell them i was there then when she finally comes n gets me she claims she never received my clearance from my dr but yet they received everything else, i got my dr to refax immediately i go back take pics then after a few hours dr comes in he looks at my paperwork ! he puts on a friendly act but says oh you should be in the hospital you shouldnt even be here who schedule this your iron is too low . my iron was 11.8 they told me i would at least need to be a 11.5 to get surgery and i would have to get cellsaver before (let me just say this i had a tummy tuck about a year ago same iron level , no issues!) so he continues to put on a show and says well i cant do the inner thigh and arms only the mid section and back and says if he does my arms or thighs i will end up in the hospital because im so sick ! so im like ok so u dont want to do the surgery right now? then he says i can do your pubic area( which i said no and i can lipo your sides and back ! due to my desperation i said fine even though i was extremely upset! i wish i had left ! ok so i go back to start the procedure almost immediately woke up went home!later on i realize the faja they put me on was extremely too big smh they put me on a damn 5 x the thing was sagging literally n they didnt even bother to fasten it up ! then the next day i look at myself i look exactly the same like they put me to sleep then went on break ! mind you i had this done before i know i should see somewhat of a change even with swelling . days go by still no change so i started sending them messages and telling them they played me no way they did any work on me cause i still see no change then he reaches out to me saying his nurses notifyed him i wasnt happy so im like yea cause you did nothing but rip me off he starts giving me bs excuses ! i could go on but ill say this i scheduled with a special they had and i truly believe they did the bare and ripped me off because of this i didnt have that much tummy and if he truly did any work i should have been snatched the hell up ! stay away from these people ! read more

Hello, My name is Gabrielle And if you're planning on having surgery with the 305 plastic surgery group I would suggest looking elsewhere! They are by far one of the most unprofessional facilities I have ever come in counter with. I canceled on May 31, 2021 because my mother's cancer came back and she has to get surgery and I am her caregiver. I reached out to my patient coordinator which you can only reach out to you via text And informed her Being that she never replied to any of my other messages I was shocked to see that she actually replied but she informed me to contact the refund apartment via email. The refund apartment sent me a list of things that I need to send to them and order to start the refund. I sent back the information and never heard anything back from the refund apartmentZ. I have sent the refund apartment 19 emails with no reply. I have called the facility every day for a month asking to speak with a supervisor or the refund department and they take a message and say that they're going to have someone call me within 24 hours for a full month I have not spoken to a supervisor or the refund department. When you ask the staff what is the name of the supervisor they say they don't know. When you ask the staff for the supervisor or the refund departments phone number they don't have it. I have spent hours out of my day trying to get as much done as possible because I live in a completely different state I've had to reach out to the sheriffs department I'm going to have to take the facility to court because I'm not gonna get my refund back even though staff members are telling me my refund was processed within 10 to 15 days and it hasn't been. Then when you call back they'll tell you that they don't see anything in the system they have to do with your refund. When I finally thought I was getting somewhere I was informed that I was going to get a call from a supervisor and I got a text message from a patient coordinator who was nothing but rude and not helpful when I asked for a cancellation letter she said I could use my text message as proof because they don't give cancellation letters or any other type of proof that you canceled your surgery if you have to give it to someone like a bank. I have called several other facilities and this facility is the only one that works in this manner if you were thinking about getting your surgery done with him I would say think twice. read more

If you must have surgery save you life time and money go to a place that's going to offer a hospital stay which requires at least 24 hour monitoring. This is the most unprofessional place by far. Ladies if the staff is this unprofessional I wouldn't trust them. I sent in a request to get a quote for a tummy tuck and someone name Jasmine started texting me to send my full information and answer some questions. I answered all her questions and gave my full information. I heard nothing back for days. . I then decided to reach out to the number that text me and This Jasmine woman proceeds to tell me their waiting on my images. That was never discussed in the text message she sent me. I told her I prefer to speak to someone or have our correspondence through email since texting is so unprofessional and things get lost in translation. She called me and started screaming and over talking me saying " this is how we do business through text" and claiming she asked me for pictures when she never did. It became a screaming match with someone I didn't even know !!! I couldn't believe how unprofessional this young lady was..especially to someone who's trying to give potential business to this practice. Then the next day I have someone else from that office reach out to me through text message asking me to confirm my information. The front desk employee Danyella is extremely rude and unprofessional. She is very rude and disrespectful. As a front desk employee she should provide good customer care to all clients checking in. She answered questions in a rude manner and was not helpful at all. She was especially rude to several African American patients checking in. I had surgery with Dr. Brewster, I agreed because I thought it was in clinic 305, but no, there was only Dr. William, who apparently is the only good one, I regret having had surgery there, he kept me in a room half-naked for 3 hours The assessment was like in 3 minutes, he never showed me prostheses or anything, I heard the nurses say they didn't have my size, I'm almost sure they put me in the wrong ones, my breasts were big and deformed "snoopy face", I inquired with more surgeons, some who do know, and they tell me that a surgeon who really knows, does breast lift and does not try to put a larger prosthesis to try to "raise" everything, in the assessment he never said, al After a year my breasts never took shape, I call and they tell me that I have to be operated on again, I have to pay again and this time more AND THE WORST with the same surgeon wtf! noooo! She was there every time I have any fear or feel sad . She tried to calm me down and let me know how good the Doctor is. The doctors do their thing. However the front desk people and the nurses or the people that are handling patients after surgery or for their appointments are very rude and lack knowledge. You can tell there is a huge lack of communication between the staff. When my sister was released from surgery the woman that brought my sister down to the car did not say much. It's like the patient is done with surgery and then released right away barely awake, basically to go figure it out on your own. She did not inform us how to take care of her drain tubes in regards to milking them, or address any of the very important care tips for a post op patient. I was handed an envelope with care instructions that are very common sense. And was only told the antibiotics should be taken the following day and the injection starting the same day. We had some concerns and called because we weren't sure what to do and the person that eventually called back said that they didn't know that they've never had a patient with that problem and that if it worsened to go to a hospital. ?????? This review is specifically for the coordinators. It is very difficult to communicate with them after you have paid your deposit. My original surgery date was April 10 but it had to be canceled due to COVID-19, now that I have tried to reach out to them to schedule a new surgery date no one ever calls me back. I call multiple times during the day and even different days of the week. All I get is that a coordinator will be calling me back but they fail to do so. Horrible experience, the worst to be honest. Be careful think twice or triple time before giving then a deposit or money. Make sure they will actually do your surgery before giving them any type of money or deposit. I was so excited for my surgery on February 10th 2021 so happy but I jave a heart condition and there anesthesiologist didn't approve my ECG and because of their anesthesiologist didn't approve they won't be able to do the surgery, so my coordinator told me to get a clearance from my cardiologist so when I go to my cardiologist and he didn't give me the clearance I have pvc and arrhythmia so it could get complicated, etc... so am so sad and let my coordinator know of what's happening she said she is gonna see what can we do, days pass by and nothing so I text the lady the was the one who took my deposit and give me the quote and I explain her whats happening first she told me to go to a clinic in front or near where they are and get the medical clearance very weird cause my cardiologist already told me I can't have any surgery done and trust me I will listen to my cardiologist vecause I don't wanna die because 305 only want my money anyways I told her that my cardiologist already told me no cause everything could get complicated during surgery and they are not a hospital or anything like that, they only are a clinic anyways I talk to her and she told me its okay honey we will refunded your deposit here is the email to request the refund. I send an email to refund@305plasticsurgery.com and I explained everything I even send a copy of my cardiologist letter saying he didn't give me the clearance and am not supposed to get anything done, I even send them proof of what the lady told me they will give me a refund because at the end of the day 305 is the one who decided not to do the surgery because of my ECG and their anesthesiologist didn't approved it and thats why I end up going to the cardiologist and he didn't give me the clearance either and because is something out of my hand and my health am requesting my refund and they dont wanna give me my money and days pass by and they don't even respond to my email this is the truly the worst experience ever they are so unprofessional I feel bad for the Dr cause the team they have are the worst, they are nice at the beginning and very communicate well not the coordinator she was the worst and always with a rush and she didn't even knew what day was what anyways but the other lady was nice at the beginning but now the she knows I can't have the surgery because of health issues well heart issues she is not even responding anymore and there's nobody to help me so sad so pls be careful. Do NOT go to them they suck at communicating they get your contract wrong and when u cancel because of them being so unprofessional and unorganized they won't give you your money back even after they have told you you will receive it in 10 to 15 business days I cancelled after having so many problems I didn't feel safe with getting a procedure done after I have cancelled they send me a welcome packet 2 months later they don't answer the phones or emails in a timely manner read more

These people leave a very bad taste in my mouth due to the fact that they will not refund my $700 deposit during this pandemic. I am not from the U.S and various travel restrictions are put in place. Will update as I move forward; in the beginning, trying to contact my consultant was little to none existent and my previous calls weren't the most pleasant, honestly a bit rude. Today I decided to call again and a front desk worker named Mariana was extremely pleasant and helped me with all my questions so my rating increased because of her helpfulness, I hope the further process stays this way. read more
