A bad place to bowl. We always wait to be helped when entering to be assigned a lane, shoes, and for paying. No air conditioning in the summer and no heating in the winter. Facility is very old and not well kept. Equipment is very old and not well kept. No service at dining and bar areas. Way over priced for the services received! We gave them several chances to correct these issues with no results. We will never bowl at 300 Bowl in Conroe again! read more

We went for a friends birthday party and had a blast. We are in our late 30's and the place took us back to our teenage years with its crazy retro bowling alley charm. Owners, staff, management made sure we had fun. Cold beer on tap (cheap) and whatever music we recommended, they were happy to play! We normally go to Woodlands and spend upwards of $250 for 4 hrs of bowling, drinks & food. We were able to bowl, drink and snack all for less than $65. Saturday night 10-2 not busy at all! Maybe our new hangout spot. Equipment is not the best, but we are not serious bowlers, so it hardly was noticed. read more

Paid for the "premium" birthday package. Never received the free passes, the decorated bowling pin or the bowling invitations. The plates were supposed to be bowling themed. Pizza's were just plopped on a table, I had to ask for our pitchers of drinks. Currently waiting to be refunded the extra 175 that was taken out on top of my payment of 134 because the owner had everything separated for me, but left and the supposed manager who was a rude kid; helped himself to another charge. Almost 300 bucks came out on top of my deposit for a sub par experience. You can't take 175 dollars from a family who lives paycheck to paycheck and thought they were getting a good deal on a birthday party. Never again. read more

I chose this bowling alley because it was so cheap for all six of my kids to bowl. It was very ghetto looking on the outside, but once you walked in, you could tell it was somewhat updated. The music was sooo loud that we had to yell at each other to be heard. Then the girl behind the counter was controlling the music with her ipod and kept playing spanish music (even the one other group that was in the place kept complaining that she was putting on that music) - it was totally annoying. I got really ticked off when they started playing this rap music with a lot of cuss words in it - totally not appropriate for the children. When I went to complain to the guy behind the counter he just stood there and looked at me like I was stupid. When I asked him if he was going to stop playing the song or refund my money he had the nerve to tell me not to get an attitude with him. Although it was only fifty bucks for all six of to bowl for two hours - the time started as soon as you paid, so it was a total rip off since they didn't give time for all of us to get on shoes and so forth and when the ball got stuck in the middle of the lane, it took them forever to come get it. It was only us and one other couple in the whole place, so it wasn't like they were extremely busy. It was not at all a family oriented atmosphere. They blared the music as if we were at a club or something - so I would not recommend if you are trying to bowl with your kids or trying to actually carry on a conversation with whomever you are bowling with. read more

We were at 300 bowl for Special Olympics. It was freezing outside early this morning and there was no heat inside the bowling alley. They said they did not have heat in the bowling alley. Asked to buy some hot chocolate to try to warm up. Guy told us only have coffee no hot chocolate. There were some special needs people with medical conditions there and being in the extreme cold was not good for anyone. Whomever runs this bowling alley should treat people better. Sad. read more

This review will be called "Get What You Pay For." We've bowled here several times over the years, but I think we just visited for the last time. It no longer seems worth it. The bowling alley is dirty. The bathrooms are horrendous. The equipment is always breaking. Always have to move to other lanes. The staff is only friendly to the regulars. They treat customers like nuisances. The management is no better. The pro is conceited and has no patience working with beginner bowlers. He acts annoyed of you need drilling adjustments. Went there tonight with a wedding party that had 9 people in it to have a couple of beers and have some fun. but that ended pretty fast since they told us "we had too much to drink" which is complete bullshit considering each one of us had one beer each. I will probably never go back to this place again poor excuse for a owner and the employees are terrible. read more

The only reason I'm giving this bowling alley 1 star is because i wanted to write a review and doing zero stars wasnt an option. The whole place was the dirty in some spots the roof was caving in. Who knows how long it had been since the waxes the lane. The four employees that were there waxed two lanes for them to bowl on, when i asked to have them wax the lane my family was using they informed me that they would charge to wax our lane. I will never be returning to this bowling alley. The owner should be embarrassed to have a establishment in such array and such unprofessional employees. read more

We drive from The Woodlands to bowl here because even though it's not as nice as Bowlero or Main Event, the lanes are cared for and the other places don't take care of their lanes. I wouldn't have a party here as other places are better for that, but if you are a serious bowler, this is the place to go. Employees and A/C could use a tune up though! Worst experience at a bowling alley ever. We were asked to leave because we actually had the nerve to complain that the ball return did not work. We are not exactly a rowdy crowd. We were there with our grandchildren. When I asked why we were being asked to leave, the "facility manager" aka janitor, just keep repeating that we "gave him some attitude ". Classy. read more

I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. The employees do whatever they want and do not pay attention to the customers. The equipment operates very poorly. It's guaranteed that your lane will fail and get stuck at least 8 times in a game. Lanes are cracked, food is disgusting, the facility smells and employees walk outside frequently with friends to smoke. Yes, it's very inexpensive but once you see the place, you'll see why.
