Great location! Very clean. Some of the people that work here don't have the right attitude for serving the public. I stopped by on a Sunday. Not too busy and not too dead. read more

I've only been here twice neither time was I impressed with the drinks but service is better upstairs versus downstairs at bodega. This place offers decent music usually from a DJ playing a variety of hip-hop, Reggaeton and 90s music. The vibe upstairs is much better than the vibe downstairs, but the seating is limited. read more

My first time going there I went downstairs Or should I say the 1st floor they send us to another door pay $10 to get in. And as we were leaving, we went downstairs, had to pay another $5. Don't ever go upstairs. It's more fun or downstairs. And I try to ask the manager why they do that. He just straight, ignored me three days. read more

On my first night out in Covina ever and we came here on a Saturday night. There was a cover at the door after waiting in line for the longest time. When we finally did get in, the inside bar area was overly crowded on all sides with just two bartenders. This is the worst setup you can have with the number of people here. After about ten minutes and no attention from any of the bartenders we left to go next door. I won't be coming back here it was just not fun. read more

Went to this place after a comedy show at the laugh factory and was told they were charging and entrance fee, when there's a sign and the website states there's no cover charge before 9:30pm. I was there before 9:30pm, the security padded me down and said there was no charge but then the host said there was a charge and stated it was free before 9:15pm.. wtf !! There's a big sign at the door with no cover charge before 9:30 and the website also indicates that.. they lost some business that day!!! read more

Planned a girls night out during the holidays. I used to always come here pre covid with my girls during this time of year.. food used to be real good miss the Cuban menu. This food was decent, tacos were good, and a friend ordered a burger and she said it was good! Service was subpar. Nicole wasn't that friendly as a server. Drinks were good be sure bartender was generous on his pours. Music was banging though! read more

Tiene un ambiente muy agradable y relajado. Los cantineros fueron muy agradables y atentos. Buena música un ambiente donde personas de 40 o más como yo pueden bailar y divertirse sanamente sin casi adolescentes fanfarrones. read more

This is a review for their Wednesday night dance class with Erika. I think the cover fee is worth it. Great group, not intimidating at all to take the class with. Very nice people. I went there on my own for my birthday last week and made such a great memory. I had a great time and it was nostalgic. The instructor was the kindest and funnest one I've taken a class with in a long time. She did half a salsa class and half a bachata class. She went out of her way to make a great memory for me on my birthday. I'm grateful for that. The ambience is always fun here, DJ Robbie is a great dj. He is nice about song requests when you ask too (not all dj's are). Thanks for making my birthday memorable Erika at Tres Vinos. I would highly recommend you check it out! Good vibes, nice people. read more

Awesome service Josh is an awesome bartender! Different varieties of music to choose from, great place to dance and have fun!

DJ SUCKS! Does not carry any bachata and is on only old school vibes ! Definitely need to invest I. New dj

Love this place! Ambience is always the best to hang out with friends. Can't wait for next time!

If I can give a 0 star I would. Bartender Anthony prefers his friends. I waited in line by the bar and he chose to service his friends and I was okay with it but then he saw a guy that he recognized and decided to help him first and then a group of women came next to myself and my girl and he decided to help them. I told him that I've been waiting for a min and he said he needs to go in order and I said what order because he clearly skip me multiple times. He then asked me for my order again. This is very rude and unprofessional. Big tip- accountability. Accept your wrongs. Legit. read more

the security is really rude, especially to service members, I came here when I was on leave and they completely disrespected me and my other friends who are services members. worst security I have ever encountered. read more

Great place to have fun celebrate events and socialize. The service has been always great, drinks on point. read more

Been here two times and we all had a great time. Only thing they need to work on is their security. Security guards don't pat down any of the guys when entering or check any of women bags. read more

First time here, had the most amazing service. Didn't know what to get and the bartender Ily recommended a drink and I loved it!!! Very friendly, very sweet and super quick.. will definitely come back again!AMAZING!! read more

The management is awful. They are so rude, they tried to charge us a entrance fee when it was free before a certain time the lady who has short hair I don't know if she is the owner or somebody, but she is awful.!! I would not go back here. Don't waste your money. read more

Is there a change in management??? Food and entertainment is still good. Love Covina . However , the service is not the same. As many have said , watch for hidden charges. I hope this place doesn't go down hill . read more

Don't come here on a Saturday night unless you want to pay $10 for a dj who always talks over the music and can't mix well.

I was at 3Vinos on Jan 6. I bought a glass of wine which cost $13.76 with tax. I gave the bartender a $2 tip and signed the bill. Turns out I had a charge on my bank account for $18.76. The bartender might have wanted more. I don't know. I called and spoke to a women and I gave her a picture of the receipt and a pic of the charge on my bank account in the amount of $18.76. She was going to call me back but I never heard from anyone. I've called two times but still no response. It seems that the management does not care that the customers are getting ripped off. It's not a lot of money but the point is why is it okay. Be careful out there and use cash if you can. read more

We recently got a VIP area upstairs. The package included reserved lounge area, personal server, and appetizer platter. That part was well worth it. The server was on it, it never took her long to come back and check on us, and we never had to send a drink back. My only complaint is that I would really like to see management consider the lost Gen X business. So many of us crave a place that plays disco/funk music from the late 70's and up through the 80's, heck even some 90's! When we were there, there was a lot of bachata, cumbia, and reggaeton, even though it was advertised as a top 40's DJ night. Most of the songs were in Spanish and later on the evening they all were. Funny thing, that in the beginning the DJ was just playing videos and a few were the 70's - 80's music....more people got out to dance and were enjoying than during the rest of the night. read more

Not big on writing reviews but I'll give this one a shot.. Went to new restaurant last night with my wife for dinner and a few drinks. Take my experience with a grain of salt and I think everyone should try this place out for themselves. Our overall experience is was very pleasant. Service- Very pleasant. From the front door to when we paid our check and left, all staff ( especially our waitress) were very friendly. Ambiance- welcoming appearance. Patio area looks great, the bar area is warm and pops, and the music is great. You'll be there for an hour without even knowing it. Food- Presentation and portions were very nice but we weren't very impressed with the food that night. First run out our meals came in undercooked, some food partially frozen. Wish some of the food was made fresh.. Not going to squash this place as it could have very well been just a one off their game. Ill go again one day and give it another go. Cheers. read more

this place never answers calls. Do people even work there? I call so many times in A row and never get a response and I the website sucks.

This restaurant is closed. A reopening in coming in a few weeks, but I believe it has neen sold and the new owner will re-brand this location.. read more

I've been here couple times for the night club. Last night, me and my mom came at 730 pm to try the food and it was amazing. The live music was playing an older, slower beats latin music to the beat of Samba, and it progresses to a faster beats to the rhythm of bachata, salsa. And at 1015 PM, it switched DJ playing more of Pitbull type of latin music. The food taste and price are decent, the drinks are good price and strong, and when after 1015 PM, they sell street Tacos, quesadilla for a decent price ($2 each or something similar). There's no cover charge, the waitresses, bartenders are polite and friendly and I spotted 2 (or 3) security guards. Its fun, its dressy-casual, and its in the neighborhood. read more

I was there three weeks ago on a Friday evening with my wife and another couple hadn't been in a while so we decided to stop. Ordered drinks and stayed for a while. At the end the bill came I was handed their mobile device to pay with a suggestion on the device to add tip. I did big mistake. Gratuity was already included and I then realized they had charged me for drinks we did not order. I reached out and a lady name Rosanna was very difficult.the discrepancy was 72.00 she offered 30 dollars cash and I would have to pickup. I also contacted Sandro who is the manager he told me he would call back. He lied. Please beware of your purchases and inspect your charges. This place is not Customer friendly. read more

Everyone would brag about this place for years, I saw they were hosting a sip and wine, how fun! I booked on Eventbrite purchased my tickets. When we entered no host, we stood around. Management approached us but had to contact someone to confirm my tickets which later .. came to be invalid?? They asked me to show them a purchase. Not very professional, they offered no solution. I ended up leaving I was shocked about the bad service. read more

Had a great time Saturday night with my wife, but they get a one star review because I accidentally left my card in the folder when I paid for our night. The next day an employee used my card to make fraudulent purchases. We all work for a living you don't have to play detective and track me down but a good business would of shredded the card. What a disgusting and dishonest POS to do this to people, I won't ever come back. read more

After spending hours here spending several hundred dollars I was escorted out and roughed up by their security. And even was called the police on me for me no legitimate reason. Nice way to treat people! The place was empty before I even got there and once business picked up you felt the need the need to treat customers like crap! Way to go guys read more

Good ambiance and good salsa music for all levels of dancers. Staff were friendly and it was clean.

friendly bartenders supercool jams and lights and seating reasonably priced drinks!!! 3 vinos i'll be seeing you soon!

Stopped by the location and spoke to the manager who was completely uninterested and useless with assisting. "Do you have the receipt?" ...No, I don't have the receipt to a purchase I didn't make. Check your damn POS system to see what the additional charge was for. Interesting enough, my bank stated that the fraudulent transaction was actually charged first seconds before the correct amount. This can very well be an accident that they used my card to pay for another table. However, their lack of support in correcting the issue is what is frustrating. If you scroll through the comments it's clear they constantly double charge or over charges guests. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. read more

I upped my review to 3 stars to give the benefit of the doubt that had my husband been let in it would have been a good experience. I hear that they are struggling with squatters and are therefore currently not open. I wish this business the best of luck reopening and with their legal battles. I do not wish for any business to go out of business. I look forward to checking them out when they reopen and i will make sure to call ahead to find out what the rules are. read more

Came here after a comedy show down the street. We were two couples and it was Sunday night. The venue has a bit of a weird layout but overall it was okay. This top floor is a club and they were playing nothing but salsa and merengue type music. A lot of people switched dancing partners so I assume they knew each other from possibly a dance class. It was a good vibe if you like that style music. The age range was probably 30s and 40s. We enjoyed the music the little while we were there but the drinks were not great. They were honestly whatever. Nothing special. Also, the wall that divides the dance floor and the bar area sucks. Overall, it's simply an OKAY place in my opinion. Would I return? Possibly. read more

Went here for some Disco music on Friday night. Great music and great crowd. Only down fall is the bar tender service. I stood at the bar for 30mins and no one ever looked me in the eye and asked if I needed anything! I would have left, but already paid $10 to get in. The was 1 girl and 2 or 3 guys behind the bar, but no one helped me. I finally flag down one of the boys wearing black T shirt fir a beer. He was like shaking his head no and pointed to the 1 girl for service. I had to flag her down before I eventually got a beer. I hate places with poor customer service. Be aggressive at the bar if you want something! read more

This bar, lounge, club!! What ever you wanna call it!! Please stay away from this place!! Don't bother to spend your money here. Owner doesn't care about customer service! Bartenders are turtles, water down drinks, and 30 mns to get 1 Saturday night and place was dead as F!! $10 at the door music doesn't make any sense! From Spanish to hip hop! I came for grand opening and gave it another chance tonight and is worse!! Go to long Beach or anywhere else but this place! Service sucks big time! They don't want you by the bar after you dropped $350 on water down drinks and place is empty read more

I was at the Laugh Factory and happened to see this place on a Saturday night. Decided to come back for Sunday for drinks and appetizers.
