I couldn't be happier with the service and experience at 3 Ravens. Trinity was knowledgeable, kind, gentle, cool, adorable and has the aspirations piercings you'll want and will help you plan your piercing journey. 10/10 will return and would go back tomorrow if my body healed faster. Also, the atmosphere was cool and homie, lots of plants. Everything was clean and sterilized. Love love love! read more

Great customer service!! Made appointment the same day and attended me right away. Talked me through the whole process as I was getting both my nostril and naval pierced. Made sure I felt comfortable and left happy about myself read more

I ended up at 3 Ravens after a disappointing (read: super rude & off-putting) experience at Walk The Line. I inquired about a tattoo, but actually ended up getting my septum pierced with Miki. I didn't intend on getting it done when I came in, but the girls we worked with were so cool, attentive, kind, & just awesome while they switched out my friend's cartilage piercing, I knew I wanted to give them my business as well & go ahead & get the septum piercing I'd been eyeing. The shop is super aesthetic, which I personally like, because if they put that much care into how their shop looks and feels, I know they'll take care of my body, too. Miki was awesome; I get nervous with piercings (definitely more of a tattoo girl) but she put me at ease instantly by saying it was her favorite piercing to do, so I knew I was in good hands. She explained the full process, took her time, and didn't flinch even when I bled more than I expected (she said this was normal!) and my eyes watered like crazy. For anyone considering the piercing -- it all looked & sounded worse than it was! Not very painful at all. My friend & I left HUGE fans of the shop & the people that work there, & will definitely be back! read more

Can't say enough good things about 3 Ravens as a whole. The staff in its entirety is super friendly and welcoming, the process of the tattoo from appointment request to appointment was smooth. The communication between my artist Kevin and myself was open and easy. I can't wait to go back for more work! Only wish they'd had the hoodie I wanted in my size so I could rep them out and about! read more

Great people and do a great job of making sure you get what you want! I respect 3 Ravens for the end product I got and comfortability I received for my first ink. read more

I previously got a wonderful tattoo from a traveling artist they were hosting, and I was really happy with the service and end product. However, I recently tried setting up an appointment along with my girlfriend...only for them to decline (via email) to tattoo my girlfriend as "the artist wasn't interested in taking on this project". No follow-up on why, no recommendation to a different artist, nothing. Would have been fine if they said it was a style that wasn't in the artist's wheelhouse, but to just flat out say "not interested" was really jarring. Needless to say, we're getting our tattoos elsewhere. read more

They are helpful and responsive. I am unfamiliar with many of the technical terms, but both the owner and the front desk person took their time answering questions. There was no pressure to make purchases for tattoos. The customer service really is warm and inviting. read more

I got my lobes pierced by Kai and the whole experience was phenomenal. I called in and got a quick appointment for 30 mins later. I was super nervous because this was my first "real" piercing and Kai was the perfect person to pierce me because they walked me through everything they were doing during the process so I always knew what to expect. It came out perfectly and I'm not even feeling any pain or discomfort from the piercing site. Super easy & thorough process, I'm no doubt coming back to Kai for my third! read more

I got my double lobe piercing here done by Jay and my fourth tattoo here done by Caroline - such an amazing experience each time! I cannot speak highly enough of this place & it's staff. 10/10 recommend! read more

Easily the best tattoo parlor in Athens, and I've lived here on and off for 10 years. Excellent all around; clean, professional, welcoming atmosphere, accepting and talented staff. Can't recommend them enough! read more

This is the worst experience I've ever had at a piercing place. I'm not sure who they think they are but charging $35 for nose jewelry is ridiculous. Nonetheless I pay for this $35 nose ring and come to find out it isn't the right size. I call the establishment to see if they can put the piercing in for me, and they say it's $15 JUST TO PUT IT IN MY NOSE. I've lived in New York my whole life and I'm used to paying no more than $10 on a stud, never had a problem with the size, and was NEVER charged to put on a nose ring THAT I BOUGHT THERE. I'm never coming back, nor will I recommend this place to anyone. Overpriced for shitty quality and for something that doesn't even fit. Waste of money. read more

I got this BEAUTIFUL chrysanthemum on my back yesterday, and let me tell you... Kevin is absolutely amazing. The shop in general was clean, and everyone made me feel very comfortable (this was my first tattoo experience). I would definitely recommend 3 Ravens to anyone who is looking to get tattooed in the greater Athens area. read more

Trinity was such a doll, and even though it was just a lobe piercing was so engaged and attentive. They look amazing and were so well done. I'll definitely be going back. Also the whole shop was such a vibe and aesthetic. Nothing but amazing service! read more

My boyfriend and I went in today to get tattoos and it was amazing! Everyone that worked there was super friendly, the atmosphere was super relaxing, the decor was great, music was awesome, etc. Mr. Jim did both of our tattoos. We both wanted simple tattoos (no shading and super small). Out of the 5 different artists who have done each of my 5 different tattoos (all from different shops), he was the first artist who could confidently do thin clean lines on dainty tattoos. Not to mention he was super nice and personable. 10/10 will be back!! read more

Super friendly and clean. Got my helix pierced and was in and out in 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend!

This place is terrible, I mean really. I've came in here in the past, had great experiences, and given this place my business and money. Yesterday my girlfriend had literally the shop minimum, that her mother scraped up to give her for a birthday present. Right in front of her mother the owner of the establishment, claims that doing the tattoo, which she charged 150 for when it was only worth 80 at best, tells her right in front of her family, that shop minimum is not worth this time after we drove all the way there, an hour drive mind you. after telling the owner how I felt about his customer service, we then left for midnight iguana right around the corner, and they gladly did the tattoo for $80 and told me that he basically out-priced us. that means he didn't feel like doing it and jacked up the price because we couldn't afford it. it was her birthday present, and we were with her family, and had been here many times before and this is the way we were treated. it was the worst experience I've ever had at a tattoo shop, keep it local Athens. Go to pain and wonder or midnight iguana, this place shouldn't even exist, all it does is Jack up prices to college kids who know nothing about the cost of tattoos. The best artist they had there is gone anyway, do not waste your time or money at this establishment read more
