I've gone to this salon to get my hair done probably 3 times before. Teri and her assistants were very nice and do a fine job. However, I called recently to book again and the old lady on the phone was so rude to me. I booked an appointment and immediately called back to cancel because of it. I'd rather go somewhere else where they're respectful & pay more money, to not deal with someone who's blatantly rude on the phone. read more

Do not go to this salon. Their website clearly states that a partial highlight is $130.00 +. I didn't have any extra services added and I was charged $175.00. I was in shock. I was told afterwards that the website had not been updated in two years. What??? When I inquired about the price the owner, Teri Roberts, told me that the reason for the $175 was because the salon is has a nice atmosphere and is relaxing and not a Great Clips!! What does this mean? Most all salons I have been to have relaxing atmospheres. The difference is they do not deceive the customer and rob them. Who posts prices that are two years old and then does not relay to the customer there has been a $45 price increase??? The receptionist told me that partial highlights are now higher than $175. It's still listed on website as $130 +. That "plus" means a whole lot more & without added services. The owner was extremely rude and offered no apology for the fact that the website was out of date & extremely misleading. She responded like an angry child, not professional at all. She was extremely defensive and obviously didn't want to own up to her poor business practices of misleading/lying to her customers. What a mess! I can't stress enough to stay away from this business. P. S. My hair is much lighter on one side of my head than the other so now I will be paying someone to correct my botched highlights. #nightmare read more

Heartbroken, It was by far the worse haircut I have ever had. I asked for a layered V cut and I got very uneven layers with patches all over. I emailed the owner to have it fixed and never received an answer. It is very disappointing that we have salons like this in town. Do not recommend. read more

I got my highlights (half) done here about a week ago. The lady was super sweet. But she did not even touch my roots. There is a straight line showing the difference between my hair. It is so embarrassing! I definitely won't get my highlights done here again. read more

I came here to have my hair cut and styled for my wedding. The updo she made for me was excellent and it was just what I wanted. The stylist was able to replicate the style from an image I showed her. I had the perfect wedding hair. However, I did have some trouble with the cut originally. I noticed a lot of split ends only days after my haircut and realized that the razor she had used had given me some really crazy split ends. Some of my hairs were split three inches up! After learning about my trouble with the haircut, she very kindly offered to help fix my split ends by giving me a bit of a trim and a hair treatment. I think my hair is in much better condition after this recent visit! I really appreciated that the stylist offered to help fix my hair because I felt like she was really taking pride in her work and that she really wanted me to be happy. read more

One of the very few salons who open on a Monday. I called and was able to talk to a very nice woman who was very professional in selecting a proper time for me to come in. The place is very homey and quaint with relaxing music. There is plenty of parking spaces located in the back. I got an appointment with the best stylist I've ever had. And I've been to a LOT of different salons all over georgia. But she gave me exactly what I wanted and held a great conversation. I will definitely go back, it is worth the money for a good style. read more

The day of my wedding, twenty minutes before walking down the aisle, the woman who did my hair finished up, and asked for three times the agreed upon price. There was clearly a failure in communication between the woman I booked the date/details with at the front desk, and the woman who actually did my hair. Having literally no other reasonable option at that hour, and because the woman did a fine job, I paid it. I emailed them after the fact to talk about it, including a scan of the notes I'd written on two separate dates with their started prices in my little bride book, and they never replied. I had twice confirmed the price and details with the woman who sets appointments. The difference in price was hundreds of dollars. I had shopped around for weeks to find an affordable option, which vanished right before my very eyes into a ball of stress at the worst possible time. Having an otherwise successful interaction wind up being just another wedding racket - and at the moment when I could do nothing about it, about to walk down the aisle - was so disappointing. The fact that they never even responded to my emails (two emails) was even more disappointing, since I still believe all it really was was a mistake in their communication between hair person and main desk person. read more

I made an appointment at Blonde Beauty Bar to get my hair cut. I've had long hair all my life, but I was ready for a change. I was nervous about chopping it off, but felt at ease as soon as I stepped into the salon. The employees were so friendly and welcoming. Thanks to Blonde Beauty Bar my hair turned out fabulous!!
