Dirty sodas are your typical soda but with other things added to it, purée's, cream, a specialty syrup. I was so excited to come try their hot dogs and their drinks and to know they are open. They are located in the YMCA parking lot. So I ordered Peach n Beach with Dr. Pepper, my oldest daughter got ocean Breeze with coconut creme with an energy drink in it, my youngest daughter got Doc is in with Dr. Pepper, and my Hubby got Peach for the stars. I order the Guac N' Roll dawg because I love guac! We all loved everything! I especially loved the hot dog. I got my usual butter chicken with a side of roti and another side of naan. The butter chicken is even better here than at the brick and mortar restaurant in Eugene, which I didn't think was even possible. It is so incredibly creamy and I've tried many times to replicate it with no luck. The chicken is so tender and just melts in your mouth. The roti was a bit tough, but I had never had it before so I didn't really know what to expect going in. The naan was fantastic as always, and it held together well when I used it to scoop up the butter chicken and rice. The food truck is located in a little pod on a gravel parking lot. There are some parking spots but not a lot. I went on a cold and wet day so nobody else was there. The wait was long anyway, but I think that's pretty typical for food that is so fresh and hot. It was the perfect thing to eat on a rainy day. I dream of the butter chicken from this food truck specifically and I cannot wait to go back again.
