I ordered from a few of the trucks (sorry, didn't take pics) and sat outside, as it was a nice day. They do offer indoor seating too, which I am sure is for the rainy days because Oregon. If you're in the Albany area, I would highly recommend checking this place out. I bet it's really neat at night, too. Thanks!

I saw Carbon 8's Instagram and was so excited that Albany was getting a specialty hot dog food…read moretruck. Then I saw the reason they were called Carbon 8 is because they make dirty sodas too. Dirty sodas are your typical soda but with other things added to it, purée's, cream, a specialty syrup. I was so excited to come try their hot dogs and their drinks and to know they are open. They are located in the YMCA parking lot. So I ordered Peach n Beach with Dr. Pepper, my oldest daughter got ocean Breeze with coconut creme with an energy drink in it, my youngest daughter got Doc is in with Dr. Pepper, and my Hubby got Peach for the stars. I order the Guac N' Roll dawg because I love guac! We all loved everything! I especially loved the hot dog. Where I used to live in CA we had a specialty hot dog place that I loved and have missed it the 6 years since I lived here. I'm so excited that we have a place now to get them. We will be back to try other dawgs and drinks!

This place is my go to…read more Hands down the best food truck I've been too. I found them once when they were on Pacific blvd and since then it seems like they moved to the barn at hickory station. No worries Kento, I would follow you anywhere. It's around $13.50 for a combo plate (I get chicken and steak) and I think that is absolutely reasonable. The other food trucks in the area charge maybe slightly less but you get cold, mediocre food. I would gladly pay for a plate of fresh made food that feels like it comes right off a hibachi grill. Service is usually pretty quick, but understand that they are cooking you food and not microwaving it, that takes some time. Overall I adore this place and anytime I don't feel like cooking I try to convince my husband to get me something from here. 10/10 will always be a go to for take out.
