They are the tastiest fries, cooked to perfection and the dipping sauce is best ever. Wish I had gotten a picture before my husband and I devoured the burgers. I don't think we could go anywhere else for a smash burger. The owners are super nice and the guy working there when we were there was really polite and friendly. I can't think of anything to say but great things about this place. I really hope people will try them out. You won't be disappointed. My husband had a double, I had the single. Since then, I've visited a few times and have ordered a few different types of pupusas, all of which have been absolutely delicious. Each pupusa is freshly prepared and served with curtido (pickled cabbage slaw). Each pupusa is a pretty large size - I order two each time, and 1 1/2 in, I'm usually pretty full. Pupuseria Del Valle operates out of a food truck in Common Fields. Unlike some of the other food trucks there, you order directly at the food truck's window. After ordering, you receive a restaurant pager, so you can sit down and wait for your food. The wait time is usually between 10-15 minutes. I'd never gotten a chance to try a pupusa (only gorditas, which are somewhat similar) before eating them here. I'm so glad I tried them for the first time at Pupuseria Del Valle, because they are now one of my favorite foods!

It had just the right amount of tang. The food was quite filling and I had to take a box to go. By the way, this is a food card with a secure location in a small food truck area located south of downtown, within walking distance of many shops. The two staff working were kind but there was some mild confusion when I placed the order, which was compensated for by them promptly making a correction to the order.

The pulled pork was my least favorite of the three meats I got, but even that was tasty and juicy. I got the BBQ beans which were quite good if nothing fancy. The cowboy corn I like but the jury is out for my family... needless to say it will all disappear. The servers were friendly, even in 95 degree heat. I really enjoyed the sauce for the Katsu, I added a side of Kimchi. We also ordered the Small Kine with Shoyu Chicken with rice and Mac. The serving portions are decent size.
