I tried this place for the first time last weekend. There was a long line which is understandable it was a Sunday morning. The problem wasn't the line it was the service. There was at least 5 employees there and not one had any sense of urgency. They all moved slowly while chatting and staring blankly at the line. There was also no efficiency. Instead of having one or two people handle the register/taking orders and two to three of them handling food, they rotated. The same girl would take the order, then make the order and bring it back when it was done. Meanwhile the line isn't moving because the other employees are all making orders too. It took us 30-40 minutes just to get to the register to place an order. I was going to order a breakfast sandwich and then I saw the microwaves. They take the eggs then microwave them in what looks like a plastic cup Meanwhile they sit in the deli section uncovered. (I have a picture attached) Lastly, all the employees looked miserable. There's no customer service and then they get surprised when you don't leave them a tip. Im a patient person with lots of food service experience so I understand things can get busy but there was just no love or effort being put in. The bagel itself was great! I don't mind a wait and I certainly wouldn't mind waiting for a great bagel! Again it was the service that ruined the experience for me.

    K. Wassel great chef skills...I mean magnificent!!! I got an egg and cheese and hash brown on a croissant and a mango smoothie! Great job! Give her a raise

    Food is cooked/made in Microwave

Bagels are tasty. Not too hard or soft. A little on the flat side but still good. Beside the usual choice of bagels they also offer other variations. Kudos for that. My only gripe is THEY USE MICROWAVES. I didn't see a grill....but did see *SEVERAL* microwaves. They should really invest in a kitchen grill. I'm sure customers would appreciate not eating microwaved radioactive food.

First time coming here, wanted to try the jalapeno cheddar bagel, but it was sold out at 10:30am. Got a fresh plain bagel with veggie cream cheese instead. The veggie cream cheese was good. I like that they do not apply a thick amount of cream cheese on bagel. The plain bagel was ok. Hopefully next time I come back they have the jalapeno cheddar. Got the frozen salted caramel coffee as well. It's extremely sweet. If you like your coffee sweet, I guess that would do it for you.

    Everything bagel. Scallion Cream Cheese

Great bagel -- very fresh and loaded with the "everything" topping. Cream cheese was good. Service was average, nothing over the top. The bagels are small, I could easily eat a dozen and hit a carb coma.

Everything bagel toasted with cream cheese, lox, and capers. HEAVEN.

I was so happy to find out about this place, as someone who is always on the hunt for a REAL good bagel. Hubby and I stopped for lunch after an appt nearby, and he got a lunchmeat style sandwich I got a breakfast type and it was OUT of THIS WORLD! I decided to spring for bakery goodies too... my black and white cookie was AMAZING!!

Grew up in Brooklyn where bagels are the best. These guys make the best bagels outside of Brooklyn, bar none.

No one wears masks. Woman who works there is surly and unfriendly. I like the bagels - but its not worth the attitude.

Microwaved eggs. The eggs are inedible and rubbery because they microwave them to death. The bagels are soggy and sad.

I was gobsmacked to see "Liver and Onion," which was the bane of my childhood. Yuck! I asked whether people actually ordered it, and apparently it's quite popular. Amazing. There are NO gluten-free bread, pasta, or baked dessert items. So I ordered a Monterey Chicken Sandwich with no bread, and a side of fruit salad, to go. Got back to the hotel, and there was a very thin piece of chicken breast topped with a huge piece of ham and melted cheese, accompanied by naked lettuce, tomato, and a slice of onion. Sigh. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. And there was no fruit salad. I called them and said that I didn't get it, and could I please pick it up in the morning? They very graciously said yes. Looked at my receipt, and no side was listed. That's why I didn't get it--he didn't note the order. I didn't want fries because I had some at lunch. This is a real middle-America diner. Nothing fancy, except the desserts, which looked incredibly delicious and made me sad. The salad bar was kind of scary. Lots of goopy things drenched in white stuff. Not a lot of healthy raw veggies, although there were empty bins that may have held them earlier. It's a nicely-decorated place, and they have GNOMES!! I didn't go in the lounge area, since I just got takeout and went back to the hotel. Service was very nice, polite, and friendly.
