They proceeded to say the mandatory "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" line and without my consent they shared my contact information with other businesses prior to the cancellation. So they knew they were going to cancel beforehand and they didn't have the courtesy to let me know until the last minute. Instead they shared my contact information without my consent. Disorganized, shady, unprofessional, not reliable. I hope they do better to the next person.

Alejandra and Olga from Amy's Angels have been doing monthly cleanings for us since Sept 2022 and…read morethey are doing a wonderful job. In three hours, they are able to efficiently clean our (3br/2ba) home, top to bottom. What we love about Alejandra and Olga's work: 1) They arrive on time and finish their work in a timely manner. 2) They are always pleasant to be around and are receptive to our cleaning requests (for example, please start in this room, could you be careful about this thing, etc.) 3) Our house always looks (and smells) amazing when they are done! One of the best things is, in the next few days after their visit, I keep noticing little things that they've cleaned, straightened, or made better! Additionally, scheduling through the website and with Crystal in the office (via email or phone) is exceedingly easy. I don't know why I waited so long to set this up!

Update: It should not matter when the feedback comes, especially when you sign up for recurring service. You didn't clean the freezer, which I spent over an hour cleaning myself. **5 stars. Would let them into my home again (and I do, every 3 weeks).**…read more I've used every cleaning service known to humankind. Not all companies are created equal. NeatO is the one that finally made me stop looking. Let's start with Doug. Doug runs the show by text. He sends reminders, "on the way" updates, and payment links, and he handles every last-minute "can you squeeze me in?" with the calm of a man who has seen it all. Doug is available at all hours. Doug, please go to sleep. The website is colorful, easy to use, and has a spot for parking passes and street cleaning times, which is the kind of detail that tells you these people *get it*. The crew shows up in pairs with matching branded shirts and bags, like a very clean superhero duo. **April 2026 (Nashly & Sylvia):** Move-in deep clean for a 2-bed, 2-bath. The previous situation included dog hair, a balcony with furniture covered in mystery debris, and corners and furniture undersides I emotionally could not face. I added every add-on I could think of: second bathroom, balcony, fridge, oven, the works. They got it all. Immaculate. My move went from "chaos" to "calm," and I will never know what was under that couch, and I'm grateful. **July & August 2026 (Ana & David):** Maintenance cleanings plus the extra bathroom. I signed up for every 3 weeks, then immediately needed to reschedule. Doug did not judge me. Doug just fixed it. **October 2026 (Sylvia & Juan):** I always request the same crew, and Sylvia was FINALLY available again. A reunion for the ages. They are 100% on time, actually early, which is frankly suspicious in this economy. The time estimate (about 4 hours for my place) is accurate. Everyone is professional, lovely, and someone you're happy to have in your home. For context, I clean daily. I own Bona mops. I have a vacuum I'm a little too proud of. I used to think a responsible adult should clean her own home. Then I witnessed professional, commercial-level cleaning, and I realized I do not have this skill. I'm not sure I could master it even with training, and at my height, some of those surfaces are simply out of my jurisdiction. NeatO leaves my place at fancy-hotel level. I didn't know my apartment could look like that. I no longer see it as an extra housing cost. It's an investment in my life and my living space, and my sanity is part of the rent now. Pricing depends on size and add-ons. I've been in the $200 to $500 range, paid through Doug's link, and I tip each team member $30 to $50 in cash because they earned it. If NeatO serves your zip code, stop reading reviews and book them. They give me the "I've got it together" aura, and honestly, that's priceless. (It's not priceless. See above. But it's worth it.) Thank you, Doug, Sylvia, Nashly, Ana, David, and Juan!
