The Google machine brought me to the visitors bureau. For $7 an hour you can rent a nice bike to use on the miles of trails surrounding the river. The bikes are new seeming Trek bicycles and you're offered the option of getting a lock and a helmet. There's also a water bottle cage in case you think you're going to get thirsty. The visitor's bureau is more gift shop than bicycle rental shop, but...there's a lot of neat stuff to see. They also offer segway tours throughout the week. I didn't have time or I would have checked that out, too. Definitely worth checking out if you're in from out of town and want to go exploring.

My wife forgot to pay for parking when she left the parking lot here. Our car was parked there for…read moreabout 3 hours total, and the daily rate to park here is around $3/day, so she should have owed around $1. A few weeks later we were sent a $60 fine in the mail, that went up to $100 if we didn't pay within a week. Horrible customer service for a genuine oversight on our part. I wrote in explaining our situation but couldn't get ahold of anyone and no one answered my emails. Such a bummer because we've only had good experiences here before this.
