BUYERS BEWARE! I used 3 guys and a bus for our wedding on 10/22/22 and they sent us a bus with…read morebroken AC and inoperable windows (only 2 windows could be cracked opened on the entire bus). The bus driver felt so bad as it was 80 degrees out and the bus was extremely hot upon boarding it. She tried to call the company but she got no where. The AC had quit working when she was on her way to pick us up. We were able to help her get the AC going for about 10 minutes before it broke down again. We only had AC for about 10 minutes for the 2 hour bus trip. We had 3 small children on the bus with us and they got extremely crabby from being so hot. We were able to crack a couple of the windows open, however most of the windows would not open and everyone was hot and miserable. We called a few days after the wedding and Stacy with 3 guys and a bus was not compassionate at all. She offered $50 back out of the $800 that we paid. It was rather insulting, we thought maybe she was not understanding the damper this put on our after the ceremony pictures as we had a 20 minute drive to the first stop. We tried to relay this to Stacy a second time and again was offered the $50. We had asked for $200 of the $800 back and asked for the owners contact information after the second time of being offered $50, Stacy then came back and said she spoke with the owner and they were now offering $100. This was a ton of back and forth and disheartening that Stacy AND the owner felt this bad experience was only worth $100 when we paid $800 for a dependable and reliable bus for our very special day. We are leaving this review for the public in hopes to spare someone else of this same experience. If you decide to go with 3 Guys and a bus for your special occasion, I suggest asking them to provide some type of guarantee that you will have heat and AC on the bus, especially if you will be using it for 2 hours like we did. I can't stress enough that If you want to hire someone that is concerned about the outcome of your special occasion, I highly suggest looking into a more reputable company.

If it weren't for those two factors, it'd get a 1. If you're picking someone up at this station I hope they have a cell phone, because the agents can't seem to give you any idea of when buses will arrive.

This bus was scheduled to board at 12:50am. At 12:56am we pulled in front of the commercial building the station is located in (which was closed and riders stand outside of the darkened entrance) and didn't see a bus waiting. We didn't think too much of it because 3 weeks earlier the bus didn't arrive until 1:15/1:20am...also scheduled to board at 12:50am and leave at 1:10am. Imagine our disgust as 1:10am, 1:20am, and 1:30am rolls around and there is still no bus!?! Finally, at 1:40am we leave. Now the family member can't take care of scheduled business in the destination city, and likely won't be able to get a refund. This is such a poorly run company, how it can stay in business this long is a sad commentary on the b.s. consumers have to put up with. No bus, no notification or a cancelation, no ability to track the bus, no ability to speak with an actual human being for assistance....greyhound has got to be one of the worst companies I've ever encountered. I feel horrible for commuters that have to rely on such inept service and professionalism. Do better, greyhound!

Not once was there a single moment where I was confused as the staff explained everything to me (arrival time, layovers, restaurants around around the area) in great detail. Now if they'd only put as much effort into their driver hiring and training. Had a waaay too tightly-wrapped driver out of Chicago today who started by barking at me about how to hand him the ticket, and just seemed like he was losing it, a lil bit. He had this thumping, pounding music cranked on the bus, then switched it to classic rap & R&B, but you know, it's a bus, people want to sleep and watch their own movies, read, etc. The audio assault went on for an hour, and then he put on one of those screamy, obscenity-ridden, violent shoot-em-up movies. Oh, and he'd already made it clear that we were NOT to talk to him while he was driving unless there was an emergency, so no "hey, fella, how about turning it to headphones only". Nevermind kids on the bus, people trying to rest, etc. I finally went up to him at a stop and asked him to turn off the noise, and he got super-defensive about it, explained at me what he was doing and what he would do and when in a weird passive-aggressive way. Then he did the same overexplaining at the rest of the passengers over the loudspeaker. Very glad to get off that bus. Ride takes 1.5 hours longer than Mega, is like a remake of Do The Right Thing, minus good pizza. Maybe I'll just drive next time.
