Not only does my lawn show no improvement, it is now a nightmare. Where there was thick green grass, crab grass has taken over. It's everywhere!!! The only way to reverse this is to strip the lawn and put in new sod. I'm livid, and they don't care. They've offered a free treatment but why bother? Treating it now will certainly have no effect since it's already dying and has already produced zillions of seeds for next year's crop. Any further treatments would be a useless as the treatments they've already done. Stay far away from this company.

I had canceled my appt for today and wanted to discuss a plan to get this correct. I was told that my account is now canceled because I only used them 4 times last year and now, I was only using them 3 times, and they have a 5-time minimum. The woman (Cat) would not listen she only repeated what she had said before and none of my thoughts were acknowledged. Then told me I was canceled. Not the best customer service.
