Management local Houston Office were awful overall, no matter what good they did on a few problems being resolved, it gets overshadowed by the lack of follow through, and non-truths. They assisted me with moving a minimal amount of items from our garage in the inner loop to our new house in the Woodlands, the main reason I hired them was to move other larger pieces that were already in the new house, to upstairs, and assemble three beds. They did a great job and exceeded my expectations. They moved fast and efficiently. Very impressive. It was hard work as I moved to a third story unit with no elevator. In the end I had a couple of small cosmetic nicks to an end table and a nick on my doorframe, but all in all, it was a successful move in my book. At 6 :30 pm I was told they were 5 minutes away. They arrived at 8:30 pm. Because of this I missed another appointment.They request you pay $190 as soon as they arrive to guarantee they get paid for 2 hours. I requested a stop at my storage which was 2 minutes along the way to my new location. I was told $40, agreed to $25 extra. The movers were very young, but very careful with items. They drove slower than Mr Magoo. I was unable to put stuff in storage and now have to hire someone else to come get the items that do not fit!!!! Was told it was my fault for not sticking to the 12 pm time. WOW!! Would not recommend this company to anyone.

We are beyond blown away by what Action Piano Services did with our 1917 Schiedmayer grand, a piano we were fortunate to acquire from elsewhere -- a fine instrument visually and structurally, but in need of the kind of TLC that only someone with decades of experience could provide. I am not sure if anyone else in the Houston area does this kind of work.
