Around 8 a.m., I received an email from the manager, Fermin, letting me know I could either drop my car off and pick it up later that day or reschedule--great communication that I really appreciated. When I arrived, CJ checked me in. She was very kind and informative, providing an estimate for the repair and explaining that she'd contact me if the tire couldn't be fixed. About two hours later, CJ called to let me know there was a screw lodged in the tire and it wasn't repairable. She gave me a very reasonable quote for a replacement, and by around 3 p.m., my car was ready for pickup. Fermin helped me check out quickly and efficiently.
