My husband and I came in to try the cryotherapy. We are a big believer in self-care and wellness so an easier option to cold plunges are a driver. Cryotherapy has been around since the 1800s, but was officially discovered by a Japanese rheumatologist in the 1970s. Cold therapy has been around for years, but being able to condense a treatment to 3 mins and help everything. I definitely wanted to try this. In addition to cryotherapy, we tried Restore's core services which include compression, red light therapy, and infrared sauna. The infrared sauna was one of my favorite core services especially since my husband and I could do this together. Most services you can do by yourself or with another person. After our first day, we signed up for a week of unlimited services. We wanted to evaluate the benefits with a week long of working out. We definitely saw an increase of energy, restful sleep, and better skin! Everyone at Restore is so kind and helpful! There was no pressure to purchase more or commit to a membership, which made me want to come back!

From our very first visit, she provided me with so much information and a variety of thoughtful options to address and heal my son's issues. Her genuine care and dedication are truly appreciated! Then on top of that she consistently follows up with us to ensure the plan is effective!! Which is something I have rarely experienced in past healthcare interactions. Having someone actually want to HEAL your child is the best kind of help I can ask for. I will continue to recommend her to all my mom friends seeking compassionate, thorough, and holistic pediatric care!

I have been wanting to post a review for quite some time but I was too preoccupied with trying to…read morefix what Gretchen broke, my child. I initially went to her for my child's lack of focus and behavior and what I received at the end was a serious gut infection that lasted over six months. Her protocol consisted of over 30 "natural supplements" per day, the majority, several times per day, for months, which by the way also costs a fortune. But don't ever complain about how much all these things costs because she will throw that in your face at a later time. It shifted my child's gut so significantly, that every board certified physician I consulted with, including pediatric gastroenterologists and functional nutritionists stated she should be held accountable for implementing such aggressive methods on such a little body. But wait, you are obligated to sign a 50 page contract that no one has the time to fully read and you are so desperate to help your child that you sign away your rights if she messes up. Lesson learned!!!! My poor child lost 10 pounds in a matter of two months, couldn't eat, sleep or attend any social events because of how ill he became. I trusted her and followed through with her protocol for months on end because "oh she had 4+ stars she must be good, right??" Not only was there ZERO improvement, but levels of colon inflammation that you would not believe. I put my child through hell and back with numerous appointments for months on end and I spent thousands trying to fix what she did. If you believe in holistic approaches, this is not what you are getting here. Rather, you are getting everything but the kitchen sink thrown at you in a "one size fits all approach" trying to see what will stick. If you want someone who will belittle you and speak to you in the most demeaning tone and make you feel like you have failed as a parent if you dare question the amount of supplements being given, then by all means. When I told her my child was getting more sick by the hour, she turned it all around like she's the one suffering and stated that my child's situation is causing her great stress and that I should email her instead, that she would get back to me another time because she's "going off the grid." Her EXACT words! When she finally got back to me, she continued to speak to me like I am the reason this is happening. I have never been so upset in all of my life. I cried and cried for months for what happened to my child because I entrusted my child in her care. Finally, after 8 long months and numerous specialists, my child is back to normal. Please do your homework and always, always go with your gut feeling.

He had surgery to remove 2 of the tumors., then completed only 3 weeks of the normal 6 week protocol of radiation and only 2 doses of an oral chemo drug due to a low platelet count. The surgery, radiation and low platelets left him extremely weak and tired with daily bouts of severe dizziness, blurred vision and right sided weakness. I took him to Dr Kong. He has been seeing her for acupuncture twice weekly for about 8 weeks now. His dizziness is markedly improved, his vision is better and the right sided weakness is improving. He's much stronger and less tired. (He actually rides a stationary bike 7 miles every day!) Dr Kong is absolutely amazing! I wish I could give her more than 5 stars. Only time will tell the status of his cancer but I can definitely tell whoever reads this that she is greatly diminishing the negative side effects of the surgery, cancer, and treatment and she is making him much stronger and feeling much better. She's a genius!!!

The concern I have with this Wound Care clinic is their use of IV antibiotics. They require their…read morepatients to get a pic line in order to be connected to an IV line. After the pic line is inserted, they begin receiving IV antibiotics every day. It is a requirement for treatment. They use the strongest IV antibiotics, Vancomycin. Most of the patients are elderly and vulnerable, making them easily taken advantage of. In my opinion, what they are doing is dangerous and unethical. A patient should at least have the opportunity to choose to receive IV treatment on a daily basis, if at all. I would expect this doctor to be aware of antibiotic resistance. In addition to the daily intravenous antibiotic treatment, many of the IV technicians treated the patients like they were a nuisance. I have never seen anything like this before. It was shocking, to say the least. I am not a person who is overly critical or judgmental, and I can understand how reviews can affect a professional. I am cautious when reviewing a health professional, but I had to say something about this as it is so dangerous in my opinion.
