Dr. Hassouna and his team are great! Always very pleasant and courteous. Couldn't ask for a better post care team. Thank all of you!

At my last appointment, I was told at check-in that my appointment was several weeks later. After I…read moreexplained that I had requested and secured this date and time due to my work schedule, the desk staff insisted that I stay and wait (2+ hours for the doctor to see me briefly). Also during my last visit, the specialist said the office would call me the next day to schedule an appointment for a loop recorder. No one called, so I called the following week. I was transferred to the back office and from there I was directed to text (!!!) someone for further instruction. When I requested a phone call via text, the person asked for my full name and date of birth and ignored that request. After I provided my personal information, I was not contacted by that person or the office to schedule the loop recorder placement. My second visit was for an echo and heart monitor. After my echo, I returned to the back waiting room. At some point, I asked desk staff if I was in the right place for my heart monitor and the staff member casually told me they "ran out" and I'd need to come back next week. Most recently, the office scheduled an appointment without my knowledge and sent an automated text reminder. When I called the office, I was told that this appointment was a follow up with the specialist. A follow-up for my follow-up? It made no sense. Had I not called or showed up, my insurance would be billed.
