My goal was to get the knots out from my shoulders, back, and calves. After about 10-15 minutes, Megan asked me about the pressure. I said she could go firmer but I didn't notice a difference. I reached out to the clinic to ask about options for unused services, but was informed that refunds are not provided. I was told they would follow up, but I did not receive further communication. This experience was disappointing, as I was hoping for more flexibility given the circumstances. I recommend clarifying policies in advance before purchasing treatment packages.
