However, upon calling to schedule my appointment I was informed politely by Kelly that the groupon is only for upper or lower legs (despite groupon listing it as a medium area) and that should I want my full legs done I would need to pay a $100 upgrade fee. She stated that it was a mistake on groupons part. I have gone back onto groupon and THE SAME EXACT GROUPON is still being listed showing "full legs" as a large area. Therefore, I highly doubt that it is a mistake on groupons part. Anyway, I scheduled an appointment and it was canceled several times. Very displeased. Tried to get a refund through Groupon but she had redeemed it despite me NEVER HAVING BEEN THERE! That is unacceptable and wrong. I've had laser treatments for hair removal and to prep for surgery, and the results are amazing. Jan's expertise with different lasers is impressive and completely painless. She does tattoo removal as well, and she skillfully removed a blowout on one of my tattoos while keeping the tattoo intact. I'm also getting a fresh surgical scar lasered off and some RF microneedling on it. The scar has gone from red to pink to white, and I can't wait for it to be gone soon. The results are unbelievably, but you have to wait 5 weeks between treatments. The spa offers a variety of treatments, I do try to experience something new every visit till I try all her beauty machines. I especially love the pod - it's a must-try! She was kind, understood my goals, and knew how to address my needs. In addition to hydrafacials, I had multiple treatments from ViPeels to lash lifts. JoAnne was my go to person for lash lifts. In early 2023, there was a lot of change. Jamie and JoAnne left and I was told prior to my appointment that both individuals were no longer with the company. I was transferred to Nicolette who was sweet and just as knowledgeable as Jamie. Prior to Jamie leaving, I had plans to do aerolase for my rosacea. Since Nicolette was trained and capable, I got a quote from her, which included my face, neck, and chest. She recommended that I wait until the Fall without pre or post sun exposure. I finally scheduled my appointment with Nicolette. I was greeted by Kyle who let me know that he would be providing my treatment. I assumed that Nicolette was sick and he was covering for her. After my treatment, I followed up with Kyle since I only received the aerolase treatment on my face. He let me know that Nicolette misquoted me and that face and neck were two treatments. Additionally, I was told that the price of treatments increased as well. The quality of treatment was good, but I was disappointed in the lack of communication prior to my appointment. I wasn't told that Nicolette left. I wasn't told that there was a price increase. I wasn't told that what I agreed upon with Nicolette changed during my treatment with Kyle. Without my inquiries, I would still be in the dark. I received quotes from multiple med spas prior to booking. Each quote was given to me verbally and in writing including my quote from Kyle Farr Aesthetics (written on my brochure and via text). Kyle wasn't the cheapest compared to the other quotes, but since it included neck and chest for the higher price, I went with the relationship I have already established. I'm the type of person that doesn't just get a quote, I put everything in a spreadsheet, evaluate the pros and cons, and then makes a selection based on the data I have. I did this with my selection for aerolase too. Unfortunately, there has been too much turn over and lack of communication for me. As a customer that has been going here for years and received the quote in writing, it's disappointing that the changes occurred without any communication nor will it be honored. Since I paid for a package, I finished out my treatments, but I will not be coming back here. The new location is beautiful and I received quality treatments, but this is not the type of place I want to support if I can't received clear communication through all the change this facility is going through.

My advice is to RUN; RUN fast and far away. I originally sought Ultherapy treatment. Since my previous med spa provider sold their practices, I thought it would be nice to give my business to an ethnic businesswoman. During the consultation, I was presented with a more extensive treatment package than I came in for. It was described to me as costing approximately $9,700 and including other procedures and promotional services. Laser Duet advertises $$. Their pricing, even package pricing is much higher than in other neighborhoods with considerably higher social economics.. Samar (the owner) gave me a verbal quote by monthly obligation and not services breakdown. I also found this peculiar. When I ran the numbers in my head, I specifically told the Samar the cost was as much a plastic surgery and not what I had intended on spending and that I need 24 hours to consider any large financial commitment. Samar suddenly found a mistake and took my monthly obligation down from $595 monthly to $425. She said that when I purchase two packages, I would receive another one of equal value free. She also told me that it was the last day of the interest free promotion, and that I could not benefit unless I was ready make a decision and that I had to purchase a higher priced package to take advantage of the promotional offer (this turned out to be untrue) she also told me that I could not use the remaining approved amount somewhere else for 6 months and that I would have to reapply. This was also untrue. I was approved for 27,000, a figure I believe Samar was relying on taking advantage of. She did mention that she had to help her son purchase a home and other expenses. I wonder if the approved amount was a trigger for her random cost adjusting?. Furthermore, and another red flag, Samar continued to offer "freebies" in abundance; also verbal. Was she sweetening the pot? From what I have read and experienced personally; I am certain this is Samar's modus operandi. Lots of information shared, none of it in writing, lots of confusion and pressure to act. It was a "shake down". As soon as I got home, I checked with Patient Fi and realized Samar was dishonest. I understood from the consultation that my monthly PatientFi payment would be adjusted from approximately $595 to $425. The financing documents and amounts that followed did not reflect what had been represented to me. I also have questions about the accounting for my $100 deposit. I dispute the accuracy and explanation of the financial figures used in this transaction. I contacted Patient Fi immediately. I also read the reviews on both Yelp and Google. Samar's lack of business ethics was very apparent by others. One of my most serious concerns is the signing process. The owner asked me to sign on a tablet that only revealed a payment option of 298.00; once again, Samar talked through the rest without displaying the completed document or all the terms to which that signature would be attached. Samar said that Patient Fi would be sending me the agreement directly by email so that I could review it. This goes against any business sense I thought I had; but, I guess, I wanted to believer her Additionally, I was presented with a document stating that the business had a no-refund policy. This should have been another red flag. I should have paid attention to my gut. I can in fact dispute the use of that policy to deny recourse for treatments that were not delivered or for financial terms that I believe were misrepresented. A no-refund policy does not necessarily eliminate legal remedies for unperformed services or misrepresentation, the circumstances and contract terms matter. The fact that Samar uses this document is in my opinion is not a sign of good faith. I believe Samar uses this as an intimidation tactic that others providing negative reviews also felt encumbered by. Only the part of the initial Ultherapy treatment was performed. Other substantive services in the package were not provided, and issues concerning anticipated follow-up treatment remain unresolved. This is not a case of simply changing my mind about a purchase.
