I have chronic back pain and work at a job that causes it to flare to the point where I can barely drive home and get into my house. I was seeing doctors that practice traditional medicine who were hinting at surgery, which I absolutely did not want to pursue. I mistakenly thought chiropractic care was all woo and snake oil sales but at HOH it is not! Every employee I come across there is kind and relaxed. I also love Alli at the front desk, she fully accepts that I am a flake! Next week I am trying a massage and can't wait! I cannot recommend this place highly enough, I am paying out of pocket because my insurance doesn't cover it but their services and my back pain relief are priceless! Thank you Dr Clark!

I had no idea how beneficial this would be for my health journey until I received my detailed report. I unfortunately, however, will be searching for a new chiropractor because I feel like I was wasting my time here. I'm pregnant and was constantly expressing my concerns only to be told it was normal because of pregnancy but was not offered any alternative forms of relief. I feel like the doctor just did his five minute adjustment routine as protocol and didn't really listen to me when I expressed constant discomfort of my lower spine. The pain is to the point where I am quite nervous to go into labor. I guess I just wish he would have offered to try other methods of adjustment instead of just sticking to his routine and chalking up all my suffering to be an "unavoidable part of pregnancy." I do understand that there are some things you are going to expect with pregnancy but I didn't seek care to be told it was just how things were going to be, I seek care to find a solution to my pain. In his defense, there is a limitation to what can be done on pregnant women, but I feel like this isn't that surface level. I just didn't feel like he actually cared or was listening to what was hurting me so badly. Try the place out for yourself though, and don't let my opinion stop you from seeing them.

In addition to her being an extraordinarily well respected doctor in the community she is known by doctors all over the state and further for her expertise and has the utmost respect from every doctor I know. Whenever I am asked who I see as my gyno and mention Dr. Helen Lacoste I get the same reaction. Oh, I know Dr. Lacoste she is known very well, and I have met her personally and have worked with her personally in some capacity whether for referral or at some sort of conjoined effort for certain needs that I've had over the years and the single thing that people always mention is that she is an incredibly knowledgeable and continually one of the Most respected doctors in her field and among others in the state of Michigan, that they know I've always said she also has an incredible bedside manner unlike any doctor I've ever met before my entire life, and if someone with an extreme phobia and white coach syndrome, this quality is a true gift and effort on her part and part of who she is I have never met someone with such care and dedication to ensuring I am taking care of myself and the best way possible but also she's getting to know me as a person so that I feel comfortable with her and she is very diligent about follow up making sure things are as easy for me as possible as I've gone through surgery with her among other things and I have a couple friends who by chance have also had her to further baby and she was wonderful with both of my friends that had unexpected changes and had to see someone right away and ended up with Dr. Lacoste by chance their experiences were second and none. I consistently tell Dr. Lacoste that every appointment I see her at that she is not allowed to ever retire because I will need her the type of quality care the experience and attention to my medical needs and health for the future are always half of mine for her. She never forgets anything and ensures that I have things in advance that I'll need example a breast cancer screening and mammogram order. Has me an MRI order for when I have to make my appointment so that I don't have to call back and make them even though it's a month in advance or so, she makes everything as easy as possible. She is incredibly kind and will spend as much time as she needs with you when it appointment to explain things and make sure you feel comfortable and understand what's going on. I could not recommend someone more and although she is a very popular demand person, I strongly urge you to make an appointment with her and you will thank yourself. She also speaks French fluently if you happen to need French speaking doctor! phone: 2486624388 https://www.uwhmichigan.com/providers/helene-lacoste/

I would strongly encourage anyone considering this office to be extremely careful when financing a…read moreprocedure through CareCredit. I visited this office on June 12, 2026, for an Ultherapy consultation. The consultation itself was informative, but I explained that I needed to discuss the cost with my husband before making a decision. The staff suggested I apply for CareCredit so I could finance the procedure with six months of interest-free payments. They assisted me with the application using their iPad and helped me obtain a $3,000 credit line. I scheduled an appointment for the following week, but after discussing it with my husband, I called on June 15 to cancel. The office accepted my cancellation and even sent me a text confirming it. Almost two weeks later, I discovered that my CareCredit account had already been charged the full $3,000 on the day of the consultation, even though I never received the procedure. I was never told that my account had been charged, and I did not believe I had authorized a payment for a procedure that had not been performed. When I contacted the office, they refused to reverse the charge and told me that I had signed authorizing the transaction. My understanding was that I was signing documents related to the CareCredit application on their iPad, not authorizing an immediate $3,000 charge. Because of this dispute, CareCredit opened an investigation into the transaction. As a result, I lost access to my CareCredit funds and had to use another credit card to pay for a different medical expense. My experience has been extremely stressful and time-consuming. I recommend that anyone financing through this office carefully review every document before signing and request copies of everything immediately.
