I am familiar with this brand's quality and fit. It is a "fan shirt" for a concert - so I wanted a feminine fit. What I picked up was unfortunately an XL in a different brand - it feels less quality that bella canvas, I'll have to get creative to make it fit how I imagined. I picked up on lunch in a rush and the concert is tomorrow. I'm gonna charge it to the game. A phone call asking for an alternative brand would have been appreciated. Secondly, there isnt really a nudge once complete. If I didn't call, there wasn't a way to know if it was ready for pick up. I work at a local org that need 300 shirts and I was hoping to use these folks but the communication needs just a bit of tweeking.

I paid upfront, and I got a message just 2 days later asking me to approve the placements and everything. Surprisingly, they finished it just one day after I approved it, even though they'd originally estimated a 4-day turnaround (including the weekend)! The…read moreimage I originally provided was bright and vibrant, but the final product turned out extremely dark -- even in natural lighting. It looks nothing like the original image I submitted. When we discussed shirt color options, I mentioned not using white. He told me gray would "bleed through," but I was not given a clear explanation or shown any examples of what that would actually look like. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that the entire print would come out this dark. What's confusing is that in his shop display, he has prints on black, red, and navy shirts -- and those images appear bright and close to their original quality. There were no examples displayed showing what "bleed through" looks like, which would have helped set expectations before I approved the order. When I expressed that I was unhappy with the result, instead of offering to reprint the design on a white shirt as a courtesy, I was told I would need to pay $20 for reprinting (though he said he wouldn't charge for the $5 shirts). As a disappointed customer, it felt frustrating to be asked to pay more to correct something I didn't fully understand would happen. I highly recommend anyone considering using this business to ask very detailed questions about how your image will appear on different shirt colors and request to see real examples beforehand.
