Have stopped here a few times now and the chicken gyros never disappoint! The chicken is juicy and well flavored along with a GREAT pita- ugh the pita is so good! I don't have a picture of the fries but they are delicious and crisp and also well seasoned! The place has a modern vibe to it and the staff is always friendly. Bonus- they have a drive thru and the quality was just as good and they are very fast although I only ordered 2 items from the drive thru!!!! read more

Stopped in for a quick lunch with hubs. I tried a California gyro while he went with traditional lamb. We both had the combo with fries & a drink. Our bill was about $28.00. There was an abundance of outdoor seating and there's a small indoor area to sit. They also have bathrooms inside. Service was extremely fast. Food was made fresh to order. The California pita was delicious. Great amount of cheese and fried onions. The pita was very fresh. The regular french fries come seasoned with salt pepper and a slight dusting of oregano. I'm not a fan of oregano, but they weren't super overpowering. Nice little local restaurant they do have a drive-through, indoor pick up, curbside delivery. Give them a try. read more

OK, well I totally forgot to take pictures of this food, but I was so hungry when I got it. I had gone to Pennsylvania to lay my aunt to rest so this was my first day there and I was so terribly hungry so I and my sister after we viewed the body we drove around trying to find something that kind of sparked our interest. Well, she didn't care but I said OK. Well, let me pick so of course I opened up my trusty yelp app and look for a place to eat and low in there. It was this wonderful Mediterranean place smack dab in York Pennsylvania, so I went there and ordered two lamb want chicken, a salad and some hummus and everything that we got there it was absolutely delicious. The Taziki sauce was so flavorful and added just the right touch to the meal and I wanna thank them for The quick and accurate making of our food because my sister was very specific about the things that she wanted and didn't want so they handled that like a champ. We've driven past this new restaurant a bunch of times and finally had a chance to check them out. They did a nice job creating an interesting atmosphere inside the restaurant. Revisited and it was awesome. It was so good I ate here twice this week. Thursday I had the lunch special. Lamb gyro, fries and drink for discounted price. I stopped Friday for same thing and I was told they only have the lunch special Monday-Thursday. Well the kind of made sense why I was charged more in a previous post. However the price was still much less then the $17.00 I was charged . I consider this an accidental over charge. I will keep an eye on my bill in future . This place is awesome!!!! Very clean. We were down the street at a soccer tournament and I checked Yelp for a close by place to get food food. We were not disappointed. We used DoorD to order and after a short wait and quick drive I picked up our food. We got two lamb gyros and a medium fry. The order was exactly perfect. The one was order with Tziki on the side for my son and the other was just the way I wanted. It was piping hot, the lamb delicious and flavorful and the vegetables were fresh and perfectly matched. No wilted greens, or old tomatoes. They look like they take their time to get fresh ingredients. The fries were crispy and seasoned with salt and pepper and again - crispy. I love crispy fries and sometimes it's hard to get them. These were great. The staff was quick getting the order and friendly. We used to live in Dover before they went into business but I for one would be there at least weekly to get some excellent food if we live there still. It really hit the spot!! read more

Really enjoyed this place. It's a smaller mom and pop shop type but everything was fresh and the food came out great. Fries have some sort of house seasoning on them that is really good as well. Weather wasn't that good the day I went but this would be a good place to have lunch and sit out side on a nice day. I would love to see them get a Gyro Spit. We ordered home delivery on a Saturday night, a couple of weeks ago. This was the first time of ever using this small business. It didn't disappoint! We both got the lamb gyros & the Greek fries (I think they're called?) Everything was totally yummy & hit the spot just right. The first time I ate here, I was very surprised. It's a great little restaurant with very high quality food and fresh ingredients. The service itself is good, but it does seem that every time I order from here, they forget something. For example, I ordered 2 deserts and only got one last time I ordered from here. Just ordered a gyro from here. The pita was still cool to the touch - not grilled. It had two small slices of pale tomatoes (Fresh local tomatoes are currently in season.) Meat was barely warm even though I ate it immediately in the parking lot. It did not come with fries or anything else. For $12, I won't be back. read more

The staff were really nice. Ian was especially helpful and thoughtful. The place is clean, the staff was clean and prepping food with fresh gloves. The baklava wasn't great, but the platter was good. Lots of meat provided, rice was hot and portions were large. This is one of the few places that still takes care of running their business right. read more

We got take out, and I must say it was delicious. More than I could possibly eat. My husband loved his full combo gyro meal. I had the BLT COMBO. Had to save for tomorrow. Loved the strawberry lemonade, and those little donuts with cinnamon and honey were great. The service was very fast and efficient. In fact I was surprised they had it ready so fast. All we had to do is drive up to the window and pick it up. Great pickup service. I got my husband extra meat on his and he said not to next time. The original has plenty. This place is a frequent haunt for our family. Everyone loves it here! We've never experienced bad food or bad service, even when they're completely slammed! I'm a traditionalist and enjoy a lamb gyro every time. It's consistently EXCELLENT! Friends & family have enjoyed some of the more "fusion" gyros, so I feel confident in saying everything is good! Don't sleep on the fries! They are THE BEST FRIES! Perfectly seasoned, ask for an extra side of tzatziki for dipping! Don't skip dessert! The baklava are excellent but the baklava cheesecake...to. die. for. I mean really, hold my beer, I'll do some real stupid stuff for that baklava cheesecake! Environment is so cool! this place had been one of my favorites for a quick Dinner. Unfortunately it is hit or miss. I went around 15 minutes before closing and ordered the grilled chicken pita. The chicken was only about half to 2/3 normal amount and many pieces were dried out. I think it's because I was close to closing (but not too close). My guess is they had a head start on cleaning the kitchen before I got there. This pita was dry and really not quality like I have had in the past. I love local places. Been waiting to go here for some time as I love greek / middle eastern food and have had it all over the country. Well...this is without the worst "Greek ..Greek Fusion...Middle Eastern" food I have ever had. The Falafel pucks ( not balls) were over cooked and tasteless. The rice was also without any taste even the sauces sadly also were unidentifiable (how can you screw up humas)? Even the pita was disappointing...soggy. All of it had an aftertaste and I suspect may have been stored for too long in a frig or freezer. Hate to say it I will never go back. read more

We've tried it a couple of times now, and it's okay, but nothing spectacular or so good that we feel we have to go back. We've tried their lamb gyros pita sandwiches, as well as their falafel. They are stingy with their portions, so the lamb gyro has very little meat or even other toppings on it. The falafel is served with tahini sauce, but really should come with tzatziki sauce instead. The problem in York is that there's really not a good place to get a good gyro. Used to get good options at Gyro Express, but they closed, so this is about the best option in the area. Sure, Arby's also sells gyros, which may be as good as this place does. read more
