Before I got that far Harris tried to get me to go to the dealership because there was a chance that I could have the engine replaced for free through a warranty. They tried to save me $1800. I had only put 3000 miles on the truck and two weeks after the 90 days warranty was up the engine blew the rear main seal. new motor is $15,000. Do yourself a favor and don't give any money to this company. Not to mention they failed to disclose the premium trim wasn't 4wd. The truck had missing running boards that were taken off after they took the listing photos. And the rear seat folding mechanism was broken. Their "125 point inspection" is garbage. I have done over $70,000 in business with carmax over the course of 4 vehicles. I will no longer continue to do business with a company that has such little ethics in their business model.
