I came here a couple of weeks ago because i was really impressed by their work on Instagram and was so happy it was close to my house. To start, it took me 5 days to make an appointment ( I shouldve know right there) anyway i booked it and showed up on time. When I got there they were teaching a class with over 10 girls in a tiny space. The guy greeted me and told me to wait for my nail tech. She showed up 15 minutes late and didn't even bother apologizing. The whole time he was teaching the class I thought i was going to get my nails in a separate room but no, i had to sit there uncomfortable, sharing a space with an on going class, listening to 3 different speakers & music and people talking over each other. He came by the table a couple of times and said " let me see" and checked out my nails as if he didn't trust the nail techs work not sure if she was new or had just finished their class. Anyway, once i was going to pick the color i asked her if i could see them and she said " well tell me which, they are in the back i don't have a color palette." As if there is not a million shades for each color, i said white to not complicate things. Then i realized they dont have gels only color acrylic powder. The nails were uneven and i had to tell her to please even them out but still left them thicker on side than the other. Anyway she finished and i payed $75 dollars for a full set and was not happy. They dont even do pedicures so it was too much stress & not worth it at all. Their instagram is full of false advertisement and will definitely not come back. To set up an appointment was a little annoying they require a $20 deposit through Cash app in order to hold the appointment. I had to pay $40 since it was an appointment for my daughter and myself. I arrived 15mins prior to my appointment and the door was locked. We waited like 10 mins outside and confused as to why no one was there. I saw a lady coming from the back of the place and knocked on the glass door and she opened and asked if I had an appointment- I told her that I had already paid for my daughter and myself and was confused as to why no one was there besides her. She tells me that it is only her there and that she would be the one doing our nails! Wow that just means that we are now booked for the next 4 hours to do nails. They don't do tradition acrylic nails. They build the nails from your own nails with acrylic and a nail clamp that hurt so much!! It was so painful and uncomfortable aside from some liquid she put on my nails that burned like hell!! I didn't scream or say anything I just took the pain. After 1hr and a half she was finally done with my set. To the naked eye at first glance the nails looked pretty - but once I came home and really looked at them I noticed they were uneven and completely different sizes!! Not just mine but my daughters as well. Smh! $200 later and I'm so not satisfied and wasted 4 hours of my time in a nail salon with 1 nail tech and my daughter. Overall, I will not be going back to this nail salon. It is completely misleading - the owner that set the appointment up for me should have been honest and told me ahead of time that there would only be 1 nail tech available to do both of our sets. Just like her I am a business owner and my time is valuable. Overly priced and extremely time consuming nails that are not worth it. read more

The customer service is horrible. You have to jump through all kids of hoops in order to even get an appointment much less a answer. My first experience was horrendous they allowed someone who was in training to do my nails which yes they warned me but i didn't imagine that the work i would receive would be that bad. My nails were thick uneven bumpy a whole hot mess. At the end they tried to charge me 70 dollars for the mess they glued to my nails which mind you took 3 hours to mess up. I then allowed them to fix it. That experience was better but she was only diligent to bring me back into the shop to fix them because she wanted her money which is fair. Came to this salon for my birthday a couple months ago, everyone was really nice! I ended up paying $120 for my nail set which was a good price for what I was asking for. I got a gel pedicure set , and a full set with designs. Although, one of my nails broke a few days later (on my birthday) and I was out of town so I didn't want to just go to any salon, who probably doesn't use the same products. As well as my gel polish on my toes completely coming off after one day at the pool. That has never happened to me with gel polish before. I haven't gone back since and I don't wanna judge over one bad time but I just don't want the same thing to happen! Hopefully the next time i try it out I won't be disappointed:( read more

Be very careful going here. I called and made an appointment to have a full set done. They charged me 20.00 to set an appointment which is annoying but I understand te reason behind it. The person who set my appointment told me my set would be 45.00 which is pricy but I thought if they were done well I'd be fine with that price. When I'm there I find out it's 45.00 without even painting the nails. I had brought my own polish but that didn't matter, fine. I ended up paying 85.00!!!!! For a set of nails. My nails were just OK. They weren't almost 100.00 after tip worth. After they were painted and walking to my car I had to go back to get the top coat fixed because my nails were warped. This made my nails that were already looking bulky even more bulky and thick. I really am not happy. The area where this salon is is not a place you would imagine paying so much for your nails. The designs are amazing but I have to say I won't be going back there due to how they do customer service and booking appointments. Before had no hot water for pedis and scolded my friend's feet from boiling water too hot. Her toes are black and blistered. Been several times myself: first time was good the nails held well but they took extremely long. I wouldn't suggest going when you are crunched for time. The second time was for a color change that took 4 hours-yes, just a color change. I was there for an hour after my nails were done before they finally got to my toe polish change. Then, last time I went was for nothing at all prompting me to write a review of my overalls experience there. They do their scheduling through Instagram which I think is very sloppy and could be organized better. I was told to contact them through there and replied immediately (within a minute) to which opening would work best for me with all my info. I had planned for this nail appointment all week. I called to confirm that afternoon, they told me to message again to see my profile about the appointment. I see that my message is seen (with no response) and head that way just to be told when I am there they never confirmed it and are completely booked. I drove across town and had to go back in afternoon traffic, all for what? The lack of communication with clients is what really got me and I won't be going there again because of it. This place was really unprofessional and my experience turned me off. I had set my appointment from early in the week for a Saturday appointment for 10am for a refill. I sent my deposit and my appointment was confirmed. Upon arriving to my appointment, the shop was locked and there was a line of people outside. The owners show up after 10am. That's fine things happen. We get inside the shop and apparently they host classes to teach nail techs. The owner instructs me to wash my hands and have a seat as the nail tech who would be doing my nails was on her way. After waiting a while, it was clear that the nail tech was not showing up. The female owner sat down and began to drill down my nails to do my refill. Her husband walks in and sees her and asks her what is she doing. She says she is doing my nails because their nail tech didn't show up. He refuses to contact the nail tech. The female owner continues to do my nails and her husband began teaching the class. After a while, he comes back over and tells her to stop and tells me that he has to cancel my appointment and they will give me a 50% discount off a full set because she cannot continue my appointment. Mind you, she had already drilled down the nails and was going to start applying the powder. I was upset and it was embarrassing. I felt like I was not a priority for them and the class was their main focus. I did not like how I was treated and I asked for my deposit back, which she did give. I won't be going back there and they have lost a customer. Horrible customer service. You can't charge so much and have bad customer service. read more

Not bad but I'll pass on coming here for a pedicure. My toes started to chip within a week and that never happened too me unless the salon used a diluted substance in the nail polish. I would come back here for nails. I didn't get her name but she is absolutely the best! I still have my nails on despite of everything I've been doing to these nails. I'm still searching for a good nail technician for feet. Let's just say you would walk out that salon spending close to $100.00 for nails and feet and of course depending on what you want. Overpriced but definitely worth it if you had the same nail technician that I had only on nails though. I'll probably give 2cute another try only if I bring my own nail polish this time.
