I recommended people to Andres and bought gifts cards for people to see him. I've been asking for almost 2 months where he is and everyone was playing crazy. Today I hear there was some corporate decision made, and he was let go. That is absolutely unbelievable he is an amazing person and one of the best massage therapist I've had. I'm not sure when the corporate structure took over but over the past few years everything seems to have declined. The ambience (there really isn't any anymore) and the maintenance of the place is not the same. The recent and continuous corporate changes have changed the entire operation. The the worst part is that everything seems to boil down to making money . They now have a system for leaving tips for the massage therapist that requires the customer to pay a fee to leave the tip. That seems insane to me. The straw that broke the camel's back for me was that for almost 20 years they've called the day before to confirm appointments. I had an appointment scheduled and had not noticed, and did not receive a call. When they called me at the time of the appointment, they told me that the policy had changed and that corporate had directed that the front desk was no longer to make those calls. They also didn't advise of the change.I wish "corporate" well because you need a heart to go with all the corporate brains, and without it, these kinds of corporate policies can end this business.
