Good skincare is a journey, not a destination. Finding the right professionals to care for you and…read moreprovide guidance along the way is essential. I have known Jenine and been a client of hers for close to 20 years. In her capable hands, I have undergone extraction facials, peels and microdermabrasion on a regular basis to keep my skin looking its best. I have also trusted Jenine with more intensive measures such as standard microneedling and microneedling with radio frequency stimulation to help restore collagen and elastin within the dermis. She has also performed fractional RF and Sublime, aimed at improving and tightening the more superficial layers of the skin. Most recently, she performed needleless mesotherapy aimed at providing deep hydration to the skin. Jenine takes the time to listen to my concerns and is constantly researching the latest methods and products to help me achieve my skincare goals. She delivers the best of both worlds - proven techniques and an elegant spa-like atmosphere. I am frequently complimented on my skin and I know Jenine plays a vital role in helping me look my best!

I was originally at the Pembroke Pines location since 2008, and eventually started going to North Miami. I usually had a massage at least once a month. I sent my family and friends to see Andres. I recommended people to Andres and bought gifts cards for people to see him. I've been asking for almost 2 months where he is and everyone was playing crazy. Today I hear there was some corporate decision made, and he was let go. That is absolutely unbelievable he is an amazing person and one of the best massage therapist I've had. I'm not sure when the corporate structure took over but over the past few years everything seems to have declined. The ambience (there really isn't any anymore) and the maintenance of the place is not the same. The recent and continuous corporate changes have changed the entire operation. The the worst part is that everything seems to boil down to making money . They now have a system for leaving tips for the massage therapist that requires the customer to pay a fee to leave the tip. That seems insane to me. The straw that broke the camel's back for me was that for almost 20 years they've called the day before to confirm appointments. I had an appointment scheduled and had not noticed, and did not receive a call. When they called me at the time of the appointment, they told me that the policy had changed and that corporate had directed that the front desk was no longer to make those calls. They also didn't advise of the change.I wish "corporate" well because you need a heart to go with all the corporate brains, and without it, these kinds of corporate policies can end this business.
