It's a nice boutique that has a curation of really cute items. They seem a bit pricey for the quality, so I would probably get it on sale, but I think you would come here more for their selection than their quality. The staff is also very helpful. They got me a fitting room when they saw I was carrying a lot of items and were very attentive in seeing if you needed anything while trying things on. And when you decided you wanted something, they took you to the counter and quickly processed your purchase. So overall great experience at this place and I love browsing their cute clothing. Parking: It was a bit difficult to find parking in Sausalito downtown, since many of the lots were full. We managed to get a spot after another car pulled out. My friend and I were exploring Sausalito and came across this beautiful store. Everything inside was beautiful from the clothing's designs to the overall aesthetic of the store. The atmosphere of the store was super relaxed. Everything in the store was relatively normally priced for the SF bay area. I bought a pair of sunglasses ($67 after tax, does not come with a hard case.) which I liked at the time. I later decided to return them after realizing it would not match the rest of my wardrobe. (There was nothing wrong with the item itself) I brought the receipt, original tag, and the item back on the same day of purchase; The staff returned them within a few minutes no questions asked. Classy, cool, and boho fashions abound in this, one of Sausalito's many boutique shops. Prices are not extravagant, but not bargain either. We were drawn in here while browsing the streets of Sausalito. My GF fawned over the flowy boho shirts, jewelry, and denim. She tried a dress on, hoping to re-ignite the magic of a custom, flowy miracle we should have bought in Puerto Vallarta a few weeks ago. It was close, but not close enough to make the investment. This was our last stop before our parking expired and it was hard to leave because there was so much to look at. The staff helped us with a dressing room and were generally friendly. Seating is available for the person waiting on the shopper to try on possible purchases, which I always appreciate. The store's layout is dense, but not overwhelming. The racks are arranged in such a way that there seemed to be discoveries around every corner. Would definitely be back in here on future visits to Sausalito! read more

I like the clothes here. The last three times here I have had such a difficult time returning things. The women who work here do not seem to know how to process returns. I have had to go through exhausting scenarios to return articles. Today I was told. Not sure if refund went through but come tomorrow or Dan Francisco to make sure. I said how are they going to know. First of all the staff is low key really creepy. I had gotten off work early after a tough day and I just wanted some me time to shop in peace. However this blond lady kept hovering over me and about 4 staff members asked to start me a fitting room. The people here must be on commission because I could feel the tension in the room and it was super uncomfortable. When I finally tried things on they kept putting extra things in my room. Like could you be more obvious that you were trying to sell me something? Additionally, the cloths were very low quality. The shirt I bought there ripped within a week and a lot of the cloths were itchy. Definitely overpriced given the quality. read more

If you're not dressed fashionably and you don't like being stared down while shopping, don't come here! I'm so disappointed in the service here. My mom and I are regulars, and visit from out of town often to shop here. My picture is even on the 2bellaboutique Instagram page! The clothes are always so cute and it's pretty great knowing that I won't find someone else wearing the same clothes as me. However the staff was hovering like crazy. Maybe it was because I wasn't dressed cute and my hair was a little messy. I came from a hike and was in active wear. Everyone else shopping around had the opportunity to shop freely and unbothered except for offering a dressing room here and there. I couldn't shop in peace, as the blonde woman would stand there and stare at me as I browsed around. I would move to another section of the store, and there she was, hovering once again. It was very frustrating. It's almost as if they think I'm going to steal something. But I wouldn't even have anywhere to hide items, I wore a CLEAR fanny pack. When offered a dressing from by the staff, we politely declined the two employees. To conceal the fact that they were watching us like hawks, they asked us about three more times about a dressing room. At one point, I had both employees staring at me with their arms crossed while I looked through a couple racks. These employees need to be retrained. read more

My daughter, son and I stopped in a few weeks ago after taking a tour from San Francisco and getting dropped off near 2Bella. The store had lots of cute trendy clothing and accessories to offer. My son was able to sit up front and watch football on the tv while we shopped, it was the perfect set up for him as he hates to shop. Really disappointed by the customer service!! I had a great experience shopping at 2Bella while on vacation-- however, as soon as I returned home, one of their shirts began falling apart the very first time I wore it. Over the course of a month, I called the store in Sausalito a few times (always during open hours, leaving a message each time with my number) and emailed the addresses listed on their website twice. No response. I tried messaging them on Facebook, and although it was Seen a week ago, no one has responded. I would love either a refund or some method of repairing the shirt that I purchased, but I don't expect anyone to follow up after all this time. I'm never one to leave negative reviews, but this has been a very disappointing encounter overall, despite my best efforts to reach out. Would not recommend. read more

The women's clothing store that caters to guys. I visited 2Bella by chance while giving my parents a tour of Sausalito. My mother was entranced by the store's doll like appearance and wanted to take a closer look. While I can only say that the clothing looked cute and pretty, I will say that the store accommodates non-shoppers very well. Near the store entrance are several comfy chairs facing a big TV, playing the local football game. A remote was sitting on one of the chairs. Truly a store made for everyone! read more

Such a wonderful boutique! Trendy, chic, and unique clothing for all seasons at excellent prices. The customer service was fantastic! I was strolling through Sausolito with no intention to shop and purchased 6 items ($150 total) within 30 minutes of being in the store. Nancy was the employee helping me. She immediately asked if she could get a room started for me and so sweetly made an effort to stop by and comment on each item I tried on. I ultimately bought a cropped turtle neck sweater, bralette, off the shoulder tops, and a romper. Nancy and the owner must have appreciated how happy I was with their apparel (or maybe the number of items I was buying!) because before I left they gifted me a ring for free. The clothes at this boutique are cute but the moment my family and I walked in, a saleswoman literally hovered over us. We felt so targeted. I looked around and we were the only brown women in there. Nobody else was being followed. The crazy thing is I shop at 2Bella in Southern California ALL the time and have never felt this uncomfortable shopping at the stores. Really cute clothing store on Bridgeway that pleasantly surprised me. They feature some name brands such as Tom's and Free People along with their own line of basics as well as trendy items. Most pieces were reasonably priced and they had a lot of "boutique" style dresses, cardigans, tops and sparkly jewelry without the "boutique" prices. 2Bella features a bright and open lay out, friendly staff working the floor and a 10% Bay Area resident discount. I wasn't too much of a shopping mood but still noticed some cute and unique pieces that were $40 and under. Great little shop in Sausalito that caters to a younger set. Definitely will come back next time I'm in town. Oh and at the front of the store, they have "husband/boyfriend" seating with comfy chairs and a TV with some sports playing. If that's not their cup of tea while the ladies shop, walk across the street and soak in the fabulous city views and the bay. Really wish 2Bella well and hope they're around for a while. read more

They definitely have some cute clothes here, but the issue is that most of it is swap-meet and low end shop quality. You can definitely save some money by buying similar (if not the exact same) items online or in different stores, as I saw multiple items in there that I already own, and bought for nearly half the price at other stores! Aside from that, I got a weird vibe from the male manager or maybe store owner, and thought he had been giving me creepy looks while I was there. read more

On our last visit we had the privilege to meet Carola. Carola and her staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. On a recent trip to Sausalito we had stopped in to just look around, when my girlfriend saw a romper that they had but unfortunately they did not have it in her size. Since I live in L.A. I went to the Laguna Beach store to see if they would have it the following weekend. I was greeted by Jessa, who was beyond helpful, I mean she was GREAT!! I tried to describe the item to Jessa but I was unsure which one it was, Jessa was so helpful she even tried it on and I was still unsure. Jana eventually came out to see if she could help me as well, I told her I was up in Sausalito the previous weekend and asked if she could call the woman up there that was helping us. Jana just happened to be up there the same weekend and had overheard our conversation with Carlotta...amazing coincidence...Carlotta remembered us and figure out which romper I was looking for. Eventually Jessa had called some other stores finding one in the size we needed, however, it was on hold. In my opinion everyone at 2Bella went above and beyond in customer service. On a recent trip to Sausalito during Memorial Day holiday, I stopped at 2 Bella and purchased a cute Maxi dress. I took it to be hemmed because it was too long and unfortunately, the alteration specialist stated that it could not altered due to the bias cut of the dress. I called 2 Bella and no one answered my calls and I also sent them an email to see if I could return the dress via UPS. Finally someone returned my call 3 days later and said I could return the dress. The lady stated that I would receive a refund of my credit card charge once they received the dress and the original receipt as long as it was within 14 days of purchase. I mailed the dress with the receipt with in 3 days of purchase. Since I live in San Jose, CA I paid for UPS to have it tracked and signed by the store staff upon receipt. 2 Bella received my return on June 7, 2016 according to the tracking information. It now has been over 1 month since "Jen" one of the store staff signed the receipt of my return package and I have not received credit for the return. I left 3 voice mails and sent 2 emails to their store and NO ONE one has contacted me. I am out of my money and the dress . BUYER BEWARE!!! These people are not honest and take your money when they see that they can get away with this type of behavior! I wonder how many customers they have robbed in this manner. When I stop in Sausalito sometime , I will drop by the store and demand my money back!!! I cant believe that the owner would allow customers to be robbed in this manner!
