I waited ten minutes behind a black GMC pickup that had been waiting even longer. No one came or acknowledged us. The pickup gave up and left. After awhile, so did I. The receptionist? Came out and sat in her car on the phone. She never even looked our way. I have to say, I have been used to much better service from my Cadillac dealership. I guess I'll have to try to take my car to Tyler or Longview. I hope their service is better than this.

Unfortunately, had I not asked to see the dipstick, they would have shorted me a quart of oil. After they shut the hood I asked if they had checked my washer fluid levels, they had not. They were empty. So they topped those off. Once they said we were finished I got in the truck and the service oil soon message was still showing. Nice guys, not great attention to detail. For $200, expect top-not service. If you frequent this location, be prepared to manage the project yourself.

I live out in the country and this my only vehicle. He and his mechanic set aside their plans, stay beyond their closing time and work on that car until it was repaired.
