I was also very pleased with how polite and helpful Todd and Joshua were. Turns out I am not able to keep my vehicle in storage due to the fact that it is not fully running at the moment but Joshua showed me units anyways to compare sizing visually and showing me the lay out of the facility. Todd went ahead and wrote down all of the info on the cost and additional info I would need to have when I get the vehicle running. Their attitude towards me was very welcoming and really showing me of how much they would appreciate my business there and that's something I really don't see every day. Once I get my Chevy running again I will definitely store it there to keep it safe.

Additionally, the unit was conveniently located off the highway and my daughter was able to access it whenever she needed to, by using a code to enter the facility. Night and Day Difference from Other Storage Facilities…read more After dealing with a frustrating experience at Storage King here in Roanoke, I was honestly expecting more of the same, but this place completely changed that. From the start, everything was handled the way it should be. The process was smooth, communication was clear, and I was able to get everything set up without wasting time or jumping through hoops. No confusion, no runaround, just straightforward service. Customer service here is on a completely different level. I was treated with respect, not talked over, and every question I had was answered professionally. That alone made a huge difference compared to what I dealt with elsewhere. David, who helped me, was outstanding. As a fellow military veteran, I really appreciated his professionalism, respect, and the way he carried himself. You can tell he takes pride in helping people and doing things the right way. I also appreciated the transparency. No surprise charges, no pressure to add extras, and everything was explained upfront so I knew exactly what I was agreeing to. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well maintained, which gave me real confidence storing my classic Mustang there. When you're trusting a place with a vehicle like that, security and upkeep matter, and this place checks all the boxes. Overall, this was a night and day difference from Storage King. If you're looking for a storage facility that actually values your time and treats you like a customer should be treated, this is the place to go. Semper Fidelis

No issues with water or pests in the 5+ years I maintained a unit at this location. Good value for the unit size, too.
