I come here regularly. Or at least used to. Mainly to do blankets and comforters. Because my machine at home is small. They must be under new management. Or they just stopped caring. All new but smaller machine. I went to tell them one of their machines was Brocken. Clearly not adding water to the wash. They went back and got an empty quart laundry bottle and dumped it in washer fluid hole. Then told me to come get them when the machine went into rinse so they could do it again for the rinse. That was not the appropriate was to handle the Brocken machine. The load was a comforter and puffy. I did NOT put it into too small a machine -there was plenty of room.. They told me the comforter was too absorbent. But the other comforter and the blankets I had in two other machines didn't have a problem with too little water. My load was NOT clean or well rinsed when it came out. Refused to allow me to rewash load In a different machine without paying for it myself. They clearly didn't care. Also 4 other machines on the row were labeled as Brocken. the new machines are having issues. Or else they need to tell people no absorbent loads or no blankets or comforters allowed. read more

Went here for a job interview, filthy and run down. Manager was extremely unprofessional and made several inappropriate remarks about how "young people ruin their lives by having children" and asked me several inappropriate questions. I would not recommend this place for ANYTHING. read more

Really convenient. We walked in at 9:45pm. A nice gentleman walked over and said we looked like this was our first time here. He explained how to get the wash card using a credit card or cash. The worst laundry mat ever. Most of the machines didn't work, they're old and then when the machine would stop working the owner, would just grab the card( they make you buy to use the machines) and reinsert it for another machine. Thus paying double to dry something, I never got my money back for the machines that stopped working. I'll never use this place again. $25 for one comforter and two pillows! Cheaper to go to dry cleaners! Took three hours due to machines not working! read more

I love doing my laundry here at 3am. Supper large washers and dryers. Good value and they work great! They have a cool laundry card-system so no coins involved, so you just put your cash in the machine, get a laundry card. I love the fact you don't have to carry quarters around. :) read more

Do not know of any other place like it. Real kid friendly with the play/entertainment area, would've like for there to have been perhaps like a small playhouse or ball pit. Something that the kids could have played with that did not require to spend quarters on. But it did have a huge tv with Cartoon Network on so kudos for that. Customer service is good. Machine technology is user friendly. Can't beat doing laundry at 11 o'clock at night lol. Dryers seemed a bit expensive. .54 cents for only 7 minutes. Overall, if you are in need of washing clothes beyond regular washeteria hours this is the place to do it. read more

Didn't expect this place to be a laundry facility that still made you purchse a card and load it with money like at my apartment complex. And loads are a bit more expensive than the usual $1.30 I'm used to paying. But the washer and dryers are larger, come in different sizesvif you read the labels posted around and even have a cycle called quick wash /quick dry. Literally 35 minutes for an entire load to be done. (Its not one machine even though I made it sound that way lol you still have to manually transfer. Lol the washer and dryer time on each of them was just 15-19 minutes long) Had enough time to get breakfast before work, I was so hype. read more

Came here to do some laundry after my dryer at home broke down. It was my first time at a laundromat and it went relatively well. I washed and dried 3 loads of laundry for about $25. That was including a purchase of some detergent. Alittle more expensive then I was hoping. The employees were nice and showed me how to use the machines. Being on the road for so long ive had to deal with some pretty shit*y laudromats.. this one isnt half bad! The machines work well, staff if present should you need any assistance. Dont bring your quarters, they have an automated system for charging your credit card, or to take your cash for the machines to run. This place is amazing! There are probably 100 machines, all brand new. You can do loads up to 40 lbs. Hardwood floors, a flat panel TV, dry cleaner, game room, Marvel arcade game, and open 24 hours. It's laundry heaven, and it is all run by card. No coins. Also it is customer appreciation week, so for every 20 bucks you put on the laundry card, you get a bonus 10 bucks. And free WiFi! read more

Perfect. The place is clean and it's very cheap! We couldn't find a simple and cheap laundromat around our apartment, the one at our apartment complex is horrible and expensive! I've come here several times (unfortunately) and this will be the last. I have always been disappointed in this place since day 1. They charge WAY TOO MUCH for the quality wash you get and the machines they have for us Customers to use. We had to move our clothes 3 times because the washers were not working! One the door wouldn't lock, the second it charged my card $8+ and it wouldn't even start (the lady working today was zero help and I didn't even get my money back!) and the 3rd the door didn't lock AND it wouldn't start. It took $30 to wash 3 baskets and just so you know, they don't allow you to put less than $10 on your card! So no matter what, you'll almost always have money left over on your card because they give you no choice. There's another 24 hour laundry place in Pasadena that I will drive to that's brand new and they charge less than this place, they have GOOD FREE WiFi, they have an app that you can fill $5 if you need to and if you put $20 they give you $5 like a bonus and you won't even use the full $20 because their machines hold A LOT and they charge less than this place. These people who own this place don't care about their customers and it shows. They don't take care of their machines, THE and they expect you to clean out the lint trays because they're too lazy to do it themselves. Ridiculous. The other place has their people constantly walking around, checking the floors, machines, asking if everything's ok, if you need help, they greet you and everything. This place is a complete rip off. Their dryers take WAY TOO LONG to dry your things even when you barely have anything in them. The other place, it takes one time to dry your things and you can fill it up with your entire wash and it'll dry it completely! This place you have to cycle it 2 to 3 times just to get the same amount to dry. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I have told my entire family and my friends who used to come here to go to the other place I found in Pasadena. It's a ways but it's completely worth the drive because of how much you save. Here, to do 3 baskets it's $30+, the new place I found, it's $15-$20 to do 3 baskets and they have top of the line machines and still it's cheaper to do it there. No one I know will come to this palace again. Complete rip off. I just took my clothes out the dryer, which I've had to dry over and over and over again and they're still not dry and I HAVE BLEACH STAINS ON SOME OF MY CLOTHES!!!! I have spent a total of $40 now washing and drying my clothes here just to have some of my clothes come out with bleach stains!!! read more

Was truly a pleasant experience. You don't need coins or even cash. You buy a special card which works on all the machines and even a vending machine for laundry supplies. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Even the "elevator music" is neat. My only complaint is the lack of seating. I've figured out now which machines to use though so I can see when my clothes are done. I will be back. read more

Not too many laundromat son the galleria area, this by far is a great selection. Very clean, safe, comfortable to relax in and they offer free wifi and room to occupy children. Price wise is pretty expensive compared to your typical laundromat and not a huge fan of needing a laundry card because I have misplaced mine once or twice (extra fee) read more

This family owned laundry facility is super clean very large connected to another dry cleaning facility.The staff are very friendly and the pricing is excellent. I dropped off my laundry for the wash and fold service at 10:30 a.m. and was able to pick it up on the same day at 4:30 p.m. My clothes were folded nice and neat hung up for me and smelled excellent. They even got stains out of my clothes. Definitely gotta give the spot to try if you need it. read more

We just moved to Houston and are staying in a hotel so we had quite a bit of laundry to do. We found this place on Yelp and went down there on a Saturday afternoon, it wasn't too busy. The staff was very friendly and explained how to use the machines. It seemed clean enough and safe enough. They have 3 different sized washers to choose from. I'm not familiar with the normal cost of laundromats but we washed and dried a medium load and a small load, bought laundry soap and dryer sheets and a Pepsi for under $20. It's very nice to be able to load your card with a credit card or cash too and not have to worry about quarters. read more

This is a bit of a drive for me, but a friend recommended it and on days I need to get all of the laundry done it's an awesome place to go. Their card system is fantastic too. It's always clean, and I'm able to get in and out of there with 10-12 loads in less than 2 hours including folding. It can get a little crowded sometimes, but it's a popular laundromat. This laundry mat may have lots of washers /dryers both big and small but I will never come here again. Yes there are chairs to sit in, and fans provide a gentle breeze the entire time. There are video games, a massage chair, and a kid's glassed-in play area, but I prefer being treated like an equal over any of those accoutrements. There is no signage saying you have to press an UNLABLED button for three seconds to start the load so I was having trouble getting my machine to work. I finally went to a staff member and asked for assistance. When he looked at the activity on my card it showed $9.00 was taken from my card but it was attached to the machine next to me. Fine, I made a mistake, but I would expect the attendant to credit me back the money or just start a machine for me so I can wash my clothes. But no, he argued with me, and told me he could not start the machine. I was dumbfounded. I told him he should relay to the owner that there should be a start key employees can use for cases like this. Finally, voila! Out he pulls the magic card and lectures me about how he will do it this one time but next time I should ask an attendant first and if I ever come in there again and mess up with my card he wouldn't help me. He then took my card and wrote down the number in a book of other violators! It was like a Seinfeld episode. I was humiliated, like I was a child receiving someone's father's lecture, and I am 44 years old with three children of my own! I was respectful to this man the entire time and still he felt the need to hold power over me. I wonder if he would have done the same thing to a man? This man doesn't deserve a job at this laundry mat and I don't trust owners who would employ him. As a side note, the man he was training was extremely nice and he seemed concerned about the situation. I want to give this place more stars because it has a lot of nice machines and is open 24 hrs but I can't after the treatment I received. I haven't visited a laundry mat since my 20's but I haven't had a chance to get a new washer/dryer for our new home and I have to wash my child's nap map for school tomorrow. I'm obviously a novice at this, but why not then notice that and show me how to use this wonder facility? Still in shock and luckily I had 33 minutes to sit and write. I feel sorry for the poor person who gets machine number 8 next because because it already holds a big cup of detergent. The unsuspecting will add another cup. The trainee valiantly brought up concern about this, but the manager/attendant/control-freak brushed it off. read more

I tried this place based on the great reviews here. It's definitely a place I haven't seen before; they use reloadable cash cards to manage their high tech machines! They also worked well and dried in a timely manner. Charlie assisted me working the machines and was really nice. The place is clean, a ton of machines, spacious, and has areas for children. Definitely recommended! read more
