A couple of weeks ago I got a severe toothache. My dentist was on vacation and I had driven past 24/7 many times so I decided to give it a try. Upon entering I checked in and because the waiting room was nearly full I know I would have to wait. After about 45 minutes I was called into the treatment room where they told quite a few Xrays and the dentist came to greet me. He indicated he could pul the tooth immediately or schedule me for a root canal. I always vote in favor of keeping my teeth so I set an appointment for the root canal a week later. He prescribed me n antibiotic and 6 pain tablets. A week later I went in and they did the root canal, after which I was charged $1700. I was also informed they would need to do a crown for an additional $1300 at another appointment. I scheduled the appointment for a week later. So far nothing really out of line. when I went back for the crown I was told they did not have an appointment for me. It seemed a little disorganized but I accepted it and scheduled a cleaning for the following week. I went in for the cleaning and the dentist checked my teeth and left the room. Another person came in and said I was to be treated for gingivitis and that I had to pay $76 in advance. That appears to me to be a case of bait and switch since I had scheduled a cleaning and now they are telling me I am in for something entirely different. Not to mention the fact that they demanded money up front. I the clerk said he would go get someone of a higher authority and a lady came back in and reiterated I need to pay in advance. I informed her that when I had the root canal no one said anything about advance payment. She reinforced that it was their policy. I then decided that all of my observations up to that point were correct. Customer service is not their priority. Cash flow is their top priority. I decided that I would go back to my regular dentist where at least I know I will get good service and good treatment. Strike 1 was the appointment that I showed up for and no one had it on the books Strike 2 the crown the did not happen Strike 3 the bait and switch. On a positive note they are open weekends and even though they are called 24/7 dental they are not open 24/7. I learned my lesson. You can feel free to experience it for yourself. read more

I had to wait 1.5 hours to be seen for a noon appointment on Sunday 2 weeks ago. I gave up and rescheduled for a week later. When I brought it up to the management staff, nothing was done to address the problem. Update 2/19/26 - I developed pain in that same tooth and went back to the clinic at 7p tonight and they said they could not see me until the next day. They didn't even ask me my name and had no idea I was an existing patient with a complication. I then went tonight to Emergency Dental in Greenwood (2772 N 600 W) at 8pm where they took a Xray of that same tooth and found an abscess and did a root canal on the spot. I will not be returning to 24/7. I am in the surgical field myself and would never accept such a poor quality of service being provided by my staff. The complication is not the problem, it's the lack of taking responsibility for it. read more

I chipped a tooth in a Saturday. I called so many "emergency dental" locations. Most were not open at all. I finally found this place had a 7pm appointment I was not seen till 9:30. The other ppl w appointments were a bit angry. I was honestly just happy I was there. So yeah after about 2.5 hrs I was seen. They gave me the price that had to be paid before they even did the work. False advertising. They are not 24/7, nor are they emergency. They focus on general practice moreso. Their website states they are open until midnight, though their store closes at 8pm and their phones stop ringing at 8:30pm. read more

Dr. Wajdi Alsabia Is absolutely amazing! I would HIGHLY recommend using him and his team to do your dental work. He is extremely fast and effective, but also very nice! His team is also amazing! From the moment I walk in til I leave, from the girls in the front to the dental assistants, they are always so sweet and make me feel welcomed and extremely comfortable! I have been several times and have an appointment in 2 weeks to get more work done! My husband also is a patient of Dr. Alsabia at this office and his private office. Again, we highly recommend him and his team!!! read more

Overall the worst dental experience I have ever had. My first appointment here I spent 7 hours in the chair for only 2 filling, an extraction, and a root canal. They messed the fillings up so after being done with them has to undo and redo them. The root canal took 2 and a half hours by itself bc he couldn't figure my root out and had to call in someone else to help but in the mean time I sat in the chair with needles stuck out of my mouth for 45 minutes. The dentist didn't even think relaying any of this information was important, my wife had to ask the front desk for information. The dentist didn't speak but one word me and that was when he grabbed my by my front teeth to move my head to a better position. If you schedule an appointment, make sure you have mother else planned for the day bc you will be sittting and waiting for hours to even be called back. read more

Be sure to keep your signed treatment plans and understand what you truly owe when going to 24/7 on Shadeland Ave. When I went in to pick up a partial that I PREPAID for, I dealt with a VERY rude employee named Julie. I checked in and Jeremy greeted me and told me that I owed almost $300. I told him that I had prepaid. He went to his computer to verify. Then Julie comes out the side door and very sternly asked me to step in the back with her to discuss. She very rudely shows me a breakdown in which my insurance doesn't cover my partial. I asked about the treatment plan that I signed that showed that my insurance covered the difference she's demanding that I owe. She rudely stated that they didn't have a signed treatment plan on file from me and that she wasn't trying to argue with me! At no point was I trying to argue, just trying to figure out why I owed when the manager Airelle told me that I wouldn't owe anything other than what I had already paid. I left telling her that I would go home and get my signed treatment plan and call back to discuss with Airelle. I wasted my time and gas going to pick this up during my scheduled appointment and dealt with a rude unprofessional person. Only to leave without my partial that I have been waiting on. I called the next day and Jeremey answered the phone and stated that Julie should have said it in a different way and agreed she was very rude. He witnessed the whole thing. I then asked him to look in the system for my signed treatment plan and he stated he didn't see one and stated that "they probably forgot to scan it in". I then get a phone call today from a manager named Kash who stated there must have been a miscommunication and that I didn't owe anything. I told her that there was was NOT a miscommunication, only a rude employee who represents 24/7, along with someone forgetting to scan my SIGNED treatment plan into my chart. My experience there before this has been great. Dr. Alsabia is a beautiful soul that truly cares about his patients and I would recommend him to anyone. Arielle is very professional and sweet as well. I imagine they are unaware that Julie speaks to patients like she does. read more

I'm going to be completely honest with my experience first off I went to get a wisdom tooth extracted they didn't even get the whole tooth out. This was in November last year. didn't like the experience at all. So today I went to the Same Day Dental out south for my other two wisdom teeth this is how I know they didn't get the whole tooth out because they showed me the X- rays. Do not trust these guys in your mouth. He was struggling to get my tooth out for like 10 mins. Where I went today they did bothe in less then 5 mins. read more

I had to have MAJOR surgery performed because of a bridge that was put in 51 years ago! It was a smooth as silk removal. The staff is r excellent and kind. Dr. Alsabia is the best. read more

Incompetent front desk staff. I'm going to keep it short. They didn't even send my prescription to the CVS, then after I got a hold of them they only sent one of two and the woman at the desk forgot to give me my ID back. No apologies. After my extractions they sent the prescription to the wrong CVS after I heard the dentist explicitly tell her the location. The mic on my phone is broken so I had to go back up there and remind them. No apologies neither, just Manson Lamps from the South Side Ditz at the desk. The real workers there are great, but that desk staff definitely had mothers who drank while pregnant. read more

Worse place ever!! Do not go here! They absolutely have the worst care I've ever had! My fill in broke off that they put in, so instead of it actually being a emergency walk in I had to set a appointment just to set there over 3 hours to not even have my tooth fixed instead they set me another appt for a month out for a root canal and then didn't even send the meds over when I called to ask about the meds I was told she can't help me bc that's what the dentist sent over even though I'm in crazy pain and now no meds as we discussed in the office I waited and wasted day in for nothing read more
