Free chah was a nice touch (and honestly better than most paid ones elsewhere), and the samosas? Crisp, flavorful, no regrets. We liked it enough that we made a point to stop again on our way back. Picked up a bunch of Indian biscuits for the road-- you can see the selection in the photo. If you're passing through and craving good Indian food, this is definitely worth the quick detour.

Safe and clean. Many other restaurants. Received order from worker later with a smile. Lunchtime!! Order split. Tandoori Chicken was tender, seasoned & DELICIOUS! Samosa was Great! Even better dipped in samosa sauces included adding a nice spice! Rice was fresh & taffy! Garlic Naan was seasoned perfectly and DELICIOUS! More leftovers! Mother said the workers did a Really GREAT job making a GREAT lunch!! Good service & GREAT lunches with LOTS & lots of leftovers! Highly recommended!

Furthermore, they were cooked very nicely and were inexpensive too. Avatar, the host, greeted us very warmly both days. Sharing stories of his home in Punjab, and serving the food promptly - he made sure we had a good experience. The restaurant itself, directly off the highway, is filled with posters of decorated Punjabi trucks and had ample, clean seating space . No customers-- just two old pals sitting and enjoying each other's company. We must've interrupted them bc they looked at us confused, but we also looked at them confused one of them finally said, "yes?" Then I asked, "do you guys sell food here?" Bc what do you mean "yes?" Is this not a restaurant? anyway, he responded that they do serve food and told us we could sit anywhere we'd like. When we got to the table and sat, one of the guys brought us the menu and scurried to the back. They did not look happy that we were choosing to dine in. My bf and I just looked at each other as we sat and agreed we should just leave. We never left a restaurant so fast. Lol it was such an odd interaction. They brought me some pieces of naan, too. I was thinking the pakora, which were nice and crispy, would be good with some chutneys. About 15 minutes later, they brought out another 5 dishes, which all seemed vegetarian. 10 minutes after that, some chutneys came out. All in all, I'll be back to get down with some delicious Indian food, but not for the ambiance. The people there were very nice, and the language barrier was a slight issue, but not enough to get between me and the delicious food.
