Basically a creamed spinach with chicken or cheese. But that's a wholly inadequate description of a beautiful dish. Vegetable Biryani is Basmati rice cooked with vegetables and spices. These are typically good dishes to try if you're not used to Indian cuisine. We step up our spices a bit. This seems like an expensive meal until you realize we make at least two more meals out of this deliciousness!! We ended our meal with Gulab Jamun (2 pcs) and Kheer. Gulab Jamun is roughly akin to a donut hole sprinkled with a coarse sugar and topped with a simple syrup. Kheer is cooked rice in milk with sugar. Again, another wholly inadequate description. Folks.
