Cute place and great service. I added a pic of their menu as I was looking through reviews and noticed they don't have some of that stuff anymore. had the trio since I couldn't decide what u wanted! The lasagna was really really good! The spaghetti was great as well although I had to add a little salt to It but was great and the meatball was really good. The salad was yummy as well. Quaint little restaurant with a lot of history.. the service was quick and the food was delicious. My wife and I shared an order of Gnocchi Tots. To be honest they were too starchy but the pink sauce that was served with them was great. I had the Murphy pasta which was the house special, very delicious. We have been wanting to go here for a while. Arrived early for dinner on a thursday and had the place to ourselves.Wife ordered a glass of Chardonnay and a glass of red wine was brought out and quickly corrected.Since it was our first time we wanted to explore the menu. Started out with 2 appetizers . I thought the burnt pork belly would be more bacon like but was pure cubes of fat, a littlle weird but tasted OK. Cheesy bread was nothing special. Wife ordered the trio. She said the lasagna was exceptional, canolli OK and spaghetti bland. I got the Murphy which had shrimp sausage and peppers on top of spaghetti. The sausage was very flavorful, shrimp were shrimp and peppers fine but all were scarce . The bed of spaghetti which was about 90% of the meal was bland , much worse than storebought sauce and was barely touched. The wait person was friendly and excellent, The manager checked on us and I told her about the spaghetti and she said they do not use alot of spice on their spaghetti? What The? My husband and I stumbled upon this place while traveling, and it turned out to be one of the best dining experiences we've had in a long time. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the history in the air. Antique items are displayed throughout, and as you enjoy authentic Italian recipes passed down for generations, you're surrounded by photos of those very generations who built this restaurant's legacy. It's a place that feels both warm and welcoming, like stepping into someone's home. I ordered the Trio, which included lasagna that was absolutely phenomenal--rich, flavorful, and clearly made using the family's secret recipe. My husband went for a pizza, made in-house with the freshest ingredients. Everything came out piping hot, and the flavors were out of this world. The service was excellent, and the manager was kind enough to give us a tour of the property. We were blown away by how beautiful it is, especially the outdoor stage--this would be an amazing wedding venue! And whatever you do, don't leave without trying their bread pudding. Trust me. Nice little Italian place. Not rushed but very quick since not many there. Red sauce was a bit salty for my taste but had good flavor.

Just 2 miles off the Interstate 20, this was a great place to stop for lunch. Real Italian food. They were able to accommodate for gluten free!! The chicken piccata was good and the Murphy was amazing. Dessert was yummy. We loved all the antiques and hearing about the history of the original family. The two ladies working today were so knowledgeable. Great service and fun conversation. Definitely will stop here again. read more

I took my great grandmother here for her 90th birthday and gave this place a shot. The decore was very nice and relaxing kinda like being in a fancy home. Not many people were there so it was nice to pick where we sat and the waitress was very kind and attentive. The bread she brought out tasted really nice and looked good as well. We ordered chicken Alfredo and Chicken Parmigiana. The chicken Alfredo tasted good and chicken tasted the same as the chicken in the parmigiana. The parmigiana was great nice spegetti with tasty chicken. For a small town Italian place it was really good. This is a nice little stop if you are passing through. They had some other amazing options on the menu so I'll be back to try those. read more

You would never know it was there, unless you were searching for an Italian restaurant in the middle of nowhere. Our son told us about it , so we took the excursion off of I 20 and enjoyed a fantastic dinner. I would highly recommend it. It's a very quaint restaurant with an old Texas fell. Plus the food is very reasonably priced and tasty. It's a BYOB so feel free to bring your own wine they have the glasses and opener. read more

Authentic Italian food, made fresh and great service. Well worth the drive from Fort Worth. It's hard to find gems like this restaurant.

Maybe we came on an off night. We had a party of 8 and when we arrived there were only 2 tables with patrons and they had their food served. The restaurant is very quant and the waitress was great but, the food was cold, overpriced and do not provide bread as you would expect at an Italian Restaurant. You would think if we were the only table occupied when our food was served it would at least be warm. Out of our party of 8 only 1 said there food was good. All agreed we will probably not return. read more
