I went to an independent phone repair, and he said within 5 minutes I had a virus. He cleaned it and phone is working fine. This is compared to the service rep at the Hwy 90 store that told us we would lose our discount if we remained with the cheaper plan and refused to even try to get us on the best plan that worked for us. Poor communication by representative. Second time a representative has misled us at this location regarding our monthly billing amount when signing up for new plan and we found out it is higher than printed on quote and had to call corporate for correction. Representative Jayson could not print out detailed billing quote, explain plan differences, or explain discounts on our plan. No wonder this location churns through so many employees when they're this incompetent.

I spent 4 hours at home and 1 hour at the Verizon store to activate my new phone. It was a BRUTAL day. .. but Teresa ( I believe that's her name ) ... we had the opportunity to get to know each other while waiting for the activation department to do their thing. She handled the situation with extreme professionalism. For the first time ever I really like a Verizon sales representative.

So common sense says i would only pay 50.00 for this phone which i paid upfront. So i agreed they use there little iPad and told me what each screen said and if i agree to trade in the phones sign here. I did. Now i just found out that in the very print they had set me up for 36 month contract to pay 300.00 in instalments of 8.56 and that Tcc will pay the 8.56 each month till phones are paid off at the 36 months. so watch the fine print make sure you read and have printed all contracts. Which by the way turned out to be un true. Then after finally picking out a phone, the employee could not get the internet to work in the store to do the purchase. Needless to say I left and went to Walmart....bought the same phone, logged in to my my Verizon app and switched my number and everything on my broken phone to my new phone within 5 minutes. I absolutely love my Verizon service. But this Verizon store is the absolute worst. How is a store that sells internet and wifi not going to have any in there store or another way to make a sale.
