Now i just found out that in the very print they had set me up for 36 month contract to pay 300.00 in instalments of 8.56 and that Tcc will pay the 8.56 each month till phones are paid off at the 36 months. so watch the fine print make sure you read and have printed all contracts. Which by the way turned out to be un true. Then after finally picking out a phone, the employee could not get the internet to work in the store to do the purchase. Needless to say I left and went to Walmart....bought the same phone, logged in to my my Verizon app and switched my number and everything on my broken phone to my new phone within 5 minutes. I absolutely love my Verizon service. But this Verizon store is the absolute worst. How is a store that sells internet and wifi not going to have any in there store or another way to make a sale. IQ Fiber Won't Honor Their Repair Statement…read more IQ Fiber ran wires down our street. When the workers asked us to turn on our sprinkler lines to make sure they were running properly, we saw that one line near the line they ran was not working. The supervisor on our site assured me that when we got our sprinkler people to find the leak and repair it, they would cover the cost. We use a private sprinkler company who went above and beyond to finally find the broken pipe right by the box IQ Fiber installed. We sent IQ Fiber multiple pictures showing the broken pipe by their installed box along with an invoice that stated company name and cost of repair. IQ Fiber stated they would not honor the invoice since the private company could not give them some ID number they wanted. This was not a neighbor of friend making the repair, it is a legitimate company but they would not honor their statement to cover the cost. I would never allow them to provide any service to my house. I wonder how many other people have had the same issues with this company. I highly recommend my sprinkler company but would never recommend IQ Fiber since they don't make things right after they cause damage.

Also, why can't I submit review directly on Google website, so it appears there in plain sight??? Intentional because this supposed retailer providing SCAM service is DISHONEST!!! HughesNet refused to come to home to get equipment and even when I reluctantly offered to pay, still refused. Last rep informed me cancellation of internet $370.00 and phone $200.00, total $570.00. And boy did they charge to my checking, day after cycle period ended, only time I was told the TRUTH! But David told me $400.00 cancellation and previous rep on phone with ATTITUDE. The dish I have to hire someone to remove and radio on dish I have to return, plus equipment inside of home I have to return. Pathetic, dishonest retailer and internet service company!!! I pay monthly to DISH extra for viewing the local networks. That is ridiculous because you can stream them if you have those capabilities. DISH kept charging the $14 monthly although customers could not access the local channel line-ups. They charge you for "DISH" protect a fee on the equipment you rent from them anyhow.
