I think using pea protein really makes a difference in texture... it is used more overseas than in the US. I had the zucchini and potato arepa. It was very tasty and quite filling!!!! A little too heavy for me for lunch... very hearty option. Our waitress was right there when we needed her, kept our water glasses filled, which is important to me because I drink a lot of water at meals. The Fries! Crazy but here's my take. Everyone is doing fancy pretentious, parm, truffle garlic blah blah blah.... These fries had a unique slender (thin but wide) cut, seasoned lightly. and cooked to perfection. you can tell they take it all very seriously here. from the Chefs all the way to the greeters.
