Get the Tuna tartare!! Amazing!!! They have patio and indoor seating. Reservations are recommended on the weekends. Great date night place!

The food was good, as usual, but the waiter in the reason for this 5-Star review. We were ordering our appetizers and wondering about a main course as we're normally a bit full before the main course arrives. The waiter said the focaccia bread was a pretty generous portion and suggested we make up our mind after we finished our appetizers. Good call. Our appetizers were delicious, but we still couldn't finish either one. The waiter, John P., was right there when needed, but didn't hover or interrupt our meal unnecessarily. Perfect!

Let's talk gluten-free, 'cause I'm gluten intolerant, and they have GF fried chicken! If I had known that, you know what I would have ordered. Next time ... And there will be a next time, because we really enjoyed our visit to the One 5. And, it's close to a relative's house, so we can easily go by when visiting. Service was attentive, without being overly present. The building is new, so it's in excellent shape, and, as you can see by the photo, decor is comfortable and stylish. Do visit the One 5; tell them I sent you.

Good food, good service. Second time here and had to try other dishes. Got dessert and should be on the way. Got the pound cake which I heard was good. Once your there say hello to the hostess, she's so nice, friendly, and caring!

My husband and I have been trying to get to this place for a few months now and I made reservations for tonight and thankfully we were able to get in! The restaurant was pretty packed! The first thing I noticed when we entered was that there was live music. A solo artist with his guitar. Live music is great but it also means that it may be difficult to hear when talking so the second thing I noticed was that the atmosphere was very loud! My husband also noticed and mentioned that to me. BUT that's the only negative thing I have to say about our visit. The food was tasty!! I ordered the blackened salmon which came with a cauliflower puree and sweet potatoes. My husband ordered the roasted chicken which came with a Lima bean succotash. I enjoyed my food and I snuck a taste of my husbands succotash which was good!! The establishment is small but fitting. It has a bar, a room that can host a private party and outdoor dining. The staff was helpful and friendly as we were seated by a hostess with a big smile. At the end of the day, I would come back. I have dietary restrictions and the menu accommodated. They also have a lunch, dinner and drink menu with a good selection. I don't think it's very kid friendly because of the space and size...but that's just my two cents. Definitely check them out!!

Came here with some friends while visiting Greenville, SC. We were drawn in by their lunch menu options. However, by the time we got there they had already switched to their dinner menu even though it was only 3:00PM. We still decided to dine and it was a pleasant experience. The restaurant looked very clean and fancy. We got the charbroiled oysters to start and they were delicious! Thy were juicy and flavourful and you could really taste the bacon in the compound butter that it comes with. For my entree I got a Duck Leg Confit, which came with a crispy polenta cake and collard greens. I will say that the sides for this dish didn't really compliment the fuck too much. The collard greens were too tangy and they clashed with the flavour of the polenta and duck. The duck was crispy and tasted good. I was also a big fan of their sweet tea. The portions vary depending on your dish, as my friend got a pasta dish that looked like it could have fed two people. My dish was filling though. The staff is very nice and looked very sharp and professional. Our drinks were refilled often and they told us about the specials that were not on the menu. This place is a tiny bit on the pricier side thought just fyi.

This place is great for a date night. They have a small menu but everything we had was delicious. We started off with the blue cheese chips - they were amazing, and it was a very large amount of them. For two we were not able to finish these. I got the burrata salad - with the most delicious tomatoes i've ever had. The salmon and vegetables were also full of flavor and tasty. The duck confit was okay according to my husband he didn't enjoy the sauce but everything else was delicious . Overall would definitely go back !

Mocktail

Nice new addition to the Eastside of GVL! Really enjoyed the focaccia bread with spreads appetizer - so good. I tried a mocktail the bartender created that was very good and not too sweet. The burger was very good and flavorful, as well. The fries weren't anything exciting but they were French fries so they did the job. The oysters were good - not the best I've had in the area but the flavor was good especially with the jus to pour over them. The service was a bit lacking on my visit and drink refills were pretty slow but it may have just been an off night, which happens!! The overall vibe and ambience was casual and contemporary but still had an upscale feel. Definitely enjoyed overall and would return to try lunch options!

What are the prices like?

Moderate. I think we paid $50-60 for lunch. As a treat the flavors and taste are worth it!

The burgers were fresh and tasted very well. The sides we had were squash and Mac & cheese. Both were very good. They had an amazing sweet tea. Gotta try that! I liked the Almost Heaven burger which is a burger with bacon and egg. We definitely will try it again when passing through! I may try the chicken sandwich or wrap next time though, just to mix it up a little.

I booked a table on the patio as I read that the restaurant was super pet friendly. And it was perfect! I was able to enjoy a glass of lebanese rose off of the extensive drink menu and my lunch was the lamb sandwich with truffle fries and a side of the brussel sprouts appetizer. Both were plentiful and absolutely delicious. The tzatziki was so yum I got more to dip my fries in (it came with chipotle ketchup that was also delicious.) The only downside was the parking. All of the lots were $10, but I was able to find free street parking after riding around for a bit. Overall worth a little hassle for a delicious experience!

I know you're thinking, "there's no way that tasted good" but it did! My sis has lots of food sensitivities that cause her auto-immune eczema to break out so we avoid all those allergens. My sister LOVED this cake! I wanted a special cake for her 30th since she hasn't eaten cake in 5 years! Christine from Baking Sweet Scents was up to the challenge and spent time with me listing ingredients so we were completely sure it was safe. I really appreciated the time and effort. Christine also deals with some allergens so she understands the difficulties. I selected the chocolate almond flour cake, double layered, semi-naked, with stevia instead of sugar, and macarons on top to be nestled into the specific flowers I wanted, gladiolus for August birthday month. The cost for this custom cake with all the specific ingredients was so reasonable. I will be ordering another smaller one for my grandmother's 80th who also avoids sugar and gluten. I see this trend becoming popular, thanks Christine!
