What a pleasant surprise to find Sweet Racks and Smokin' Butts BBQ! We stopped in on a Sunday afternoon, probably around 2pm or so, the inside was bigger than I was expecting, plenty of seating, not cramped...and great background music :-). We were both in the mood for brisket - my wife opted for the loaded mashed potatoes with brisket and I got the 2 meat meal and went with chopped brisket for both meats (a total of 1/2 lb), I decided on the mac and cheese and the smoked beans. We decided to dine in, our food came out pretty quick - maybe 10 minutes tops. Holy cow - WOW - it was amazing - the brisket was fantastic, the mac & cheese was delicious...I wasn't expecting much from the beans, they're usually an afterthought. Not these - they were the most unique smoked beans I've had - a surprise sweetness (just enough to throw me off) - and a bit of heat, just the right amount for me - Not too hot where it detracts from the flavor, but enough to say "I'm not your average baked beans with some smoky flavor." The "only" thing I wish is they had was adult beverages - a cold beer would have been icing on the cake....although, there is a brewery literally a stone's throw away. I should've asked if the brewery allows you to bring over food - or now that it's getting nice out, some outdoor seating between the two would have been great...hint hint :-) One piece of advice, when we got there, the ribs had already sold out - must be really popular, as someone had come in where we were there wanting to get ribs and decided to wait and come back just for the ribs. So, you probably need to get there earlier if you're expecting ribs. Knowing that, we'll have to go earlier next time and give them a shot. At any rate, the food and service was awesome, we'll definitely be back! Keep up the great work!

The online ordering wasn't working the night we were there, so I sent Nate outside to order for us. They give you a beeper so you know when to go back outside to pick up your food - helpful for the snowy November night! The menu consists of smash burgers, an Impossible burger, fries, pretzel bites, and chicken nuggets. I got a double Original Lost Art, and Nate got the Frankenstein, which is a double burger with one beef patty and a ground kielbasa patty. We also got a side of fries to share. Our food was done pretty quickly and the burgers were big! I liked that they wrap them up a bit so it's easier to eat. Mine was pretty messy and the buns did end up sliding all over, so be sure to get some extra napkins. The patties were thin, seasoned well, and super tasty. I absolutely loved the fries. They were super hot and fresh, with lots of salt. The star for me was the Frankenstein burger, though. The addition of the ground kielbasa patty is just next-level. If you like sausage, you have to try this. Super delicious and I hope to see Lost Art Burger around town more often, otherwise I'll be back to Lost Art Brewhouse for more tasty food soon.

I ordered the southern comfort bowl and choose brisket as my meat but I believe you can get 2 different types of meat if you want. It looks kinda small coming out of the truck but it was super filling! It was literally so tasty, the brisket was cooked perfectly, the Mac and cheese layer was delicious and I really am not a fan of creamy coleslaw or baked beans but these both pulled the whole bowl together. I would DEFINITELY order this again!! It was really fast to come out of the truck after I ordered and I thought the prices were extremely cheap and shocking for a food truck considering this was some of the best food truck food I've had in a while. I hope to order more from their menu in the future!

After taking the time, I really regret having not gone sooner. They have several flavors of sorbet & gelato, fruity or chocolatey. Anything from Strawberry Hibiscus to classic chocolate. The lady who runs the stop is very friendly and can also give samples from their cups! She explained that their gelato is hand made, and even the blueberries in it were fresh and hand-picked (She even warned me that there there is a chance a bit of stem might be stuck to a blueberry, but mine was perfect as the way it was). I tried the Blueberry-Lemon Green-tea Gelato. The lemon gelato was pleasantly sweet, creamy, and refreshing. The delicate touch of green-tea added depth and harmony between the sweet and tart lemon and flavorful blueberries. The flavors seem very strategically balanced while using a blend of the unique mixed with the familiar. In summary, it was delicious. The prices were also incredibly fair, and each order is about the size of 1 cup (although I think it's a better deal if you get 2 cups), but especially when out at a hot summer's day event, a small cup of gelato is the perfect accompaniment to go with a meal from a foodtruck. In addition, when I tried tipping the lady - she refused and returned my money with a short expression of their business's creed to their customers! Even though it was a small gelato place from a truck, I was truly impressed by everything this little business embodied from their commitment to fresh ingredients, the friendly service, and even the undying dedication to the craft. I highly recommend giving the Rollin' Gelato a try if you ever see it come your way.

My favorite is the coffee bourbon, one of their seasonal flavors (they carry several seasonal flavors and three year-round staples -- lemon, pistachio and chocolate).
