I was so bummed that I didn't even want to look at the damage, let alone repair the damage that was caused by the minor accident. Well after almost 2 yrs...I worked up the courage to look for a paintless dent repair (PDR) shop to get the dent fixed, hoping they would also be able to help with the scratches caused by the accident and replace the broken tail light. I spent a good month (off n on) looking for a place on Yelp and reading all the reviews. Then I came across "the dent man of CO" !!! I was immediately wow'd by the before and after pictures posted of their work. The level of customer service I got from these guys (both Adam and Colten) was outstanding and their work is amazing!! I am extremely happy that my baby is back to looking new again. I am Throughly impressed by their work and dedication to make their customers happy! If you need PDR, don't look any further, the dent man of is your guy!!

Thanks Dent Man for wasting my time! I'll take my business elsewhere. Update: Adam offered to make things right and save me some money to compensate for my lost time. After some scheduling delays due to weather, his guy Tyler came out and did a nice job on my dents for a very fair price. Tyler was super nice and professional and I appreciate the follow through on Adam's promises. Thanks guys, will be happy to recommend to others.

I cannot overstate how much you should NOT consider CDM for repair jobs. I came in with a dent in a…read morerear quarter panel. The dent was decent in size, but I knew for a fact that it was a PDR job. I knew this because I'd taken the car in to other body shops for estimates and was shopping around for the best deal. CDM sent an ABSURDLY inflated quote of almost $3,500 including blending the read door, blending the aperture panel, overhauling and/or removing unrelated trim and bumper components, etc. Look, I get it. Repair work isn't cheap and it's not unusual for shops to pad estimates if insurance is paying (it wasn't in this case and I was paying out of pocket). I wrote back giving them an opportunity to provide a revised, honest estimate given that I already knew this was a PDR job. They sent back a laughable revision, only decreasing the price by $500 to a whopping $3,000. Here's the kicker. I had my lease financing company do a pre-return inspection and estimate. This is the entity with the biggest motivation for a like-new repair job. Their estimate for ALL excess wear and tear including the dent and some other dings and scratches was $550 total. Bottom line: CDM tried to overcharge me by $3,000. They're predatory and should avoided at all costs.

Well if you have a black car they're on the judgmental side. I'll get back to that…read more First off, there's nowhere to park. You circle around confused. Where do I put this vehicle? Once you find something, you're probably late for your appointment. Then, you will get greeted by an attractive female who... I can't say, but something's definitely off, guys. My car evidently was an issue for being black. She kept saying "your car is black so I can't see the hail damage" whilst she uses tools right in front of me for being able to see the actual hail damage. Then, after being rude about the color of my car she says that she will not send me a quote in writing, which is what I needed. Listen, if it ain't in writing it never happened, yet as a business she refused. Definite no-go and shady from my personal experience.

Went here to get suspension work done on my Tesla. Overall the vibe was friendly and the mechanic…read morethey had look at my car seemed to be top notch. He was the reason I wanted to get the suspension serviced here as his explanation of what I needed done showed his mastery of his craft. However after taking the car to Tesla to get a 2nd opinion I discovered that this shop (not the tech) was trying to charge me literally a 200% markup on the parts to do the repair. Crazy right!!! The genuine Tesla parts for the repair were $209 and these guys quoted those same parts out to $614 (I sent him the estimate from Tesla with the exact cost of the parts). Unfortunately for me Tesla wouldn't work on the car because of an aftermarket body kit the previous owner had installed. I really liked the mechanic at this shop, so I went back to this shop with the intention to move forward even though their cost was literally 56% more ($1,635 vs $2,555) then Tesla for the same work (because of the price gouging on the parts). Then when I asked about it before my approval to move forward the manager got snarky and said how would you expect us to stay in business if we don't markup the parts. I said and I quote "I get a markup on the parts and your high hourly rate for the labor on the work but not a 200% markup on the parts." The guy gave an excuse about the software they use but was unwilling to budge on the price gouging. I literally said why don't you let me buy the parts directly from Tesla and you can still mark them up 25% and he still said no. I was completely professional throughout the conversation, but obviously would not pay a 200% markup on parts on top of the already top of market labor they charge. After the conversation he texted me back and we agreed to not move forward. I only leave this review to warn others. It's a bad business practice to over charge people like that and so I just wanted to give people my story warning them to watch out and be careful before doing any work here. Update: this slime ball's disclosure of all the information I gave his manager, Steve, in good faith is abhorrent. Everything he mentioned on the car was told to them right up front as I told it to the manager, Steve, in person and this clown is repeating word for word what I told his manager. I was cool with this at first but this guy is a complete scum bag now using my own words and lying about it. Anyways besides being a scum bag, no effort at all was made regarding the parts and this shops 200% markup. I literally told the guy running the shop I would buy the parts myself and let them mark it up 25% and still the answer was a quick no. Everything I said was honest and accurate and don't appreciate this guy claiming transparency when his long shpeel was essentially just a my own words complaining about the car I bought and his shops poor excuse for price gauging. They could have done the job without gauging me on the price given I had the option to buy the parts myself. Not cool at all the response from this guy and his piss poor excuse for attempting to rip me off.
