Always something new on draft and usually a food truck at some point during the day. Nice beers and nice indoor atmosphere. Love that this location is dog friendly as well

Always a favorite spot of ours. Great selection of delicious beers. They do an IPA right. Our dog even loves it here and is always welcome.

Awesome first time at 2 tones. Anthony was our bartender -- it was great to talk to him about his brews and learn about their brewery. There was a feeling of community in this brewery and everything we tried was awesome. We'll definitely be coming through again. Crumble Vanilla Ale - Delicious, like licking the frosting off a cookie. It would potentially get too sweet in large amounts but the size i had was perfect. 2 Tones IPA - Solid IPA, easy drinking. Taco Pump - Thick full-bodied oat IPA. WAIT till Mom Finds Out - 1000% tastes like a bomb pop as the menu indicates. Sweet but not overpowering -- there's enough tartness behind it. Stud Chocolate Coconut Milk Stout - Delicious, perfect with the cold rainy weather today.

Great brews. There's something for everyone.

Fantastic selection of beers here. Small tap room with limited seating due to Covid. Service is good and friendly. I appreciate the load music and the two TVs at the bar to watch the game. No food here but they have guest food trucks that come by. I haven't been in this area in a while and was surprised at the urban development in the area. I had a good view of the brewers in the back room and they looked like the type of guys you want making your beer. I'm looking forward to coming back to try the rest of the draft list.

This is another great brewery. It has only recently opened a taproom. 2 Tones has been brewing for a few years. It took awhile to get a good space available. The inside is a modern look without being flashy. I am impressed by the number of beers. For only being open as long as they have, they carry quite a lot. They did brew for a few years before opening a taproom. It was kind of hard finding their beers. There were a few bars that had them. Not many. They have some IPAs, some lagers, and some fruity wheats. Beers are usually about $5 to $6 a pint. The Uncle Joe's is a red ale, and there's a lemon wheat. Just know it's pretty small inside the building. It's not good for a large group. There's mostly seating at the bar along with a few tables.

So glad we stopped here on our mini road trip! If you're in the area and haven't gone you should! First off they have a good variety of beers so most should find something to satisfy the taste buds. For me it was their Crumble Vanilla Ale and their Knights Watch Porter. My hubs were the Blood Orange About A Month and flagship IPA. It's great that they do tasters so you can try things out! Then find what you like and get a half pour, full pour or take it home! Secondly, the staff is super friendly. We walked in and we're services immediately and they gave our pup a treat. Which goes to my third point in a moment. For service you do walk up to the bar but there is a dedicated spot to order so you're not missed. Thirdly, they are dog friendly inside and out!!! Which we always give huge thumbs up. Finally food... They have food trucks on certain days or you can bring in food. It's fine with us since it allows us to bring the dog without issue. Thanks Two Tones for a good time! Cheers!

    Amazing beers!

I love 2 tones! Their beers are amazing and the place is amazing. This is my new fav brewery in Columbus. My only less than 5 star response is I have been here and felt very uncomfortable with lack of covid precautions. Will keep an eye on it and keep updating review. Love this place tho!

2 Tones owners are brilliant for opening this establishment in Whitehall. There is nothing like this around here. Since I work in town I am so excited to have a place to go after work with friends. Tried a flight today and can't wait to see all the great things the guys do next! The beer is great! I can see this place really taking off.

Really enjoyed my trip to 2 tones, they had lots of beers to choose from and flights available. No matter what type of beer you drink I'm sure you'll find something you enjoy, they have a great variety. The bartender was friendly and helpful in describing the beers to us, and there was a food truck on site.

Great brewery! Love the beer selection and they have an amazing food truck! I personally live downtown so it was of course a little far for me and not to many other breweries around it but I will definitely be back!

It was a great place to meet friends and have a brew. They have live music at times.

Nice place. They had 12 of their own beers on draft. Plenty of seating but we did leave before trivia started. Owner operated and they great. Quick service. Nice to support a small local business. Plenty of parking plus additional lot next door. Food truck there they said most days Thursday through Sunday. Beer is great. Many options from ales to stouts. Worth a stop to see for yourself.

    Lauren T.

One of the best breweries on the Columbus Ale Trail! We were welcomed on a super hot weekend with friendly staff that went above and beyond what I've ever experienced at a local brewery. Period. I highly recommend the vanilla ale - it tastes like a cookie and it was delicious! Beers are $5-6 and there are a lot of neat options. If you're here with a group, there's some nice space to sit and relax and play board games. There isn't an outdoor area (at least that I noticed). I can't wait to come back.

We decided to just sit at the bar, bartender was so kind and gave us as much time as we needed. We were going back and forth on what we wanted because we were so hungry and couldn't decide....finally we did though!! We got the crab rangoon dip for an app......and yum! I didn't know exactly what to expect, but it was pretty good. The dip goes a loooooong way because it came with so many crispy wonton "chips", but we had to ask for more - she was so happy to get us them!! Funny enough...all 3 of us decided to try the Chicken Schnitzel Caesar.... AND WOW!! one of my top caesar salads I have ever had!! The schnitzel was done perfectly and when paired with the squeezed the lemon, capers, & the actual salad - the perfect bite!!!! The capers really took the dish to the next level in my opinion...its seriously was so good!!! We loved the atmosphere so much we actually stayed longer than expected and decided to get the skillet cookie for dessert which was a brown butter chocolate chip cookie with pretzels and potato chips with salted caramel gelato and caramel drizzle on top!!! - the pretzels kinda through us off a little bit being baked IN the dish, but it was still a pretty decent cookie skillet!!! I wish I lived in CBUS to come get this salad again, but maybe this will be my inspiration for the next salad I try to recreate again!! if you are in the CBUS area, I recommend giving this place a visit - I can only imagine how cute the patio is in the summer/warmer seasons!!!! Salud/Cheers!!!

I have mixed feelings about Eastside Brewing (and if 3.5 stars were possible, I'd award that…read morescore). First, they've got an excellent outdoor area -- plenty of seating, shade and sun, great vibe out there. I appreciated the selection and variety of beers available, as well as the quality: for instance, they had a great oatmeal stout on draft that was not too heavy, and a pear cider that was not too sweet; both highly drinkable and enjoyable. I recommend getting a flight and trying a few things. The food experience was a mixed bag: there's a great variety of options, from burgers, to wings, to Mediterranean rice and chicken platters. (Note: they are very strict about no substitutions for anything on the menu, but there's a lot to choose from to satisfy most tastes). Perhaps because of this great variety, it takes a long time for the food to come out. We ordered at the counter and it was over a half an hour for the food to appear. The mushroom Swiss burger was quite tasty (I do wish lettuce and tomato and other toppings were options for the burgers, though, as I always wish for a little bit of cold crispiness with it), and we opted for the dirty Fries, which had a House sauce and scallion mix on top, which were also good. The honey lemon pepper wings were very well cooked, nice and crispy; however, the sauce really just tasted like heavy melted butter with a tiny touch of sweetness-- no lemon, or pepper to be found. For brewery food and experience, it was very satisfying, and I would come back again. One other note, though: the place is 21 and up after 7 PM, and they are extremely vigilant (even aggressive?) about it. I did not have children with me, but there were a couple very well behaved groups with kids around us, and the families were told around seven, but they needed to start packing up and leaving. There's also a ton of signs about it. I appreciate an adult only space, but 7:00 seemed a little early and it brought a kind of negative feeling when groups of patrons who were being pleasant / quiet/ respectful were asked to leave. (Also, there was a family with older teens who are clearly not 21 who are not asked to leave-- if you're going to say 21 and up, it feels odd to just target folks with a baby, or a 10-year-old...). Just something to consider as you decide on if / when you visit and with whom.

My husband got the Korean BBQ Scotch Egg (so different but very tasty), BBQ glazed meatloaf with garlic mashed potatoes, lemon chilli green beans (he normally doesn't like his vegetables, but he said these were so fresh and tasty), and Espresso Martini Pot De Crème. I had the Italian Wedding Soup (very good but did not have the meatballs), Pasta Bolognese (pasta was cooked perfectly and drained properly, so it did not water down the sauce!), and Apple Pie Mousse. I also got one of their mocktails called Brambleberry Tea. I could have easily drunk a couple of those! I forgot mention that they pour some nicely chilled water from a bottle that they leave on the table when you sit down. That is a nice touch for us since that is our choice of beverage when we eat.
