After 4 months, shop owner made excuses about the why's. Now, I'm reaching out to another shop to get my bike fix because this shop wasted 4 months without touching my bike. 2 Guyes has a super knowledgeable and down to earth duo that do great work with reasonable pricing on work they do. They also provide complimentary cleanings and checks even when you don't spend money that day. They make time for little things, and if they usually talk to you whole they work to teach you proper basic maintenance on your new parts to ensure longevity. I have used 2 Guyes Garage 5 times since 2018, and spend more than $1800 dollars with them since 2018. On my last visit, I was advised to replace my battery, which I approved. I paid $110 for a Yuasa High Performance Battery in May of 2020. Even though I kept the battery on a tender, and frequently started the motorcycle, the battery tested bad in March of 2021. I brought it back to the shop, and spoke to Kyle, who said that he did not have one in stock, but would happily ship one to my home, since I live about a half hour away. I agreed that this would be a good solution. He kept the bad battery. Weeks, and months have gone by. I have called. I have emailed. I have been promised that the battery would be shipped, yet here it is July, and I STILL HAVE NO BATTERY. I have been very patient, and understanding with the delays they have had in the past getting parts for me. However, this is battery, it should be an easy solution. I have asked for my money back since they don't seem to be able to perform, still no response Since I am being ignored by Kyle, I feel like I need post this review. I'm also going to share my experience with the BBB and the Arizona Attorney General. I've paid for a battery in good faith, and have not been provided with the product or a refund. read more

I had my bike taken to this garage after the dealership did a sub par job looking into an issue I was experiencing. Kyle and Adam are skilled and fair mechanics and business owners. I was impressed with the attention to detail I received from them. I had charging issues on my road star and when I picked it up (the day after I took it in) it was running great, the clock was set, and, Adam had even wiped it down. I highly recommend this garage for any motorcycle wrenching you need. They are very fair priced as well. I expected to pay (and would have) out the butt at the dealership. Thank God for 2 Guyes Garage. Let me start with a little background on my experience with motorcycle shops.... I haven't a clue when it comes to motorcycles or repairs. I just know that I love to ride. I will always choose 2 wheels over 4 any day. That being said people can see me coming from a mile away. I have paid $500 for a new battery in the past. I was recently quoted over $1200 for some electrical work that Kyle at 2 Guyes did for less than $100. I had taken my bike in for shift linkage, tires, brakes and a new set of handlebars. I paid almost a grand for all of this work. When I left that shop it rode well enough but the work was shoddy. One day with Kyle and Adam and she is tight as all hell. No longer sounds like the tire is about to fall off. Kyle and Adam are honest and trustworthy. I have a tendency to buy someone else's problems and these guys are taking my latest ride step by step and getting her to where she could be. They answer the phone and try to accommodate my insane schedule which is no easy feat. I am amazed at their pricing and they cut me a break everywhere they can. In the past I have been overcharged, lied to, and work that I have paid for hasn't been done. That is not a concern here. If you want a great shop with honest, hardworking guys then I highly recommend giving these guys your business. Just read the reviews before mine they are worth it. coming from a mechanical family, I'm very picky about those who touch my stuff, but these guys have my business. met them through two friends who recommended them, and I'll continue to recommend them. These 2 have been working on my Bandit since I got the bike 20,000 miles ago, and it won't see another mechanic. set up an appointment or call for emergencies they can always try to fit you in. I've had Kyle pick up my bike 3 times now. last stop in, Adam was nice enough to pull an H2R off the lift to stop and work on my bike, couldn't thank them enough. These guyes are good! read more

Let me first say I've dealt with my fair share of mechanics, some better than others. I was at my wits end with my current shop (125 hr) assuming you get what you pay for I had no problem with the rate however on this specific situation I was wrong. I felt like time and time again I was always paying more than quoted and at 125 hour it can add up over time. I was venting to my buddy how I felt my current shop did a good job but always felt like I was getting squeezed a little extra each time. Well he recommend 2 Guyes Garage and I can't thank my buddy enough! Kyle (owner) and Adam ( technician) were so friendly and professional I said to myself this is unbelievable I can finally say I've found my shop and at 75 dollars an hour I couldn't be more happy. They were super knowledgable and fixed an issue I was told would cost me 900 dollars and they got it done for 475! If you want and honest,friendly and knowledgeable shop that you can trust do yourself and your bike a favor and give them a call! Your bike and bank account will thank you!!! A proverbial 'Diamond in the Rough'. Take this review seriously, it comes sincerely from a fellow rider: 2 Guyes Garage came recommended by word of mouth, from a fellow Ducati owner. I should have listened; don't waste your time going to anyone else for your Ducati work, and anything else you could think of.... I saw everything from a Buell, to ATV's; they do it all! The labor rate is appropriate and reasonable for the high-quality service work they perform. They really go above and beyond. That's the short version. Here's my personal experience, and my glowing review of 2 Guyes Garage: Despite having been recommended to go to 2 Guyes Garage, I tried the Ducati 'dealer' shop, and they had to have an actual 'committee meeting' just to decide if they would even work on my 1996 Ducati 900SS CR - despite knowing it was being towed in to them. I was insulted and disgusted by the negative corporate influence on the service writers, and the elitist attitude of their mechanic; so much so that I curtailed the service and just asked for a new battery and new rubber. I immediately called up Kyle at 2 Guyes Garage, and WOW! I Literally received some of 'the' best customer service I have ever had from a motorcycle related business in my 23 years of riding. Bringing my bike to him to finish the incomplete repair, I arrived to a proper garage. There were no 'false airs' being put on by the staff, no sign of money wasted on fancy-pants furniture that would only make my service costs artificially higher. Instead I found two real mechanics that not only know what the hell they are doing; one amazing Master Ducati Mechanic, and his extremely talented and knowledgeable 'Mechanics Apprentice' Adam... like freakin' Batman and Robbin! (and that's meant as a high compliment). It was the way it should be: perfect, free from all the corporate B.S., and in the end the word of mouth recommendation, was proved out by the work they did for my bike. 2 Guyes Garage won themselves a life long Ducati customer, after showing me I don't need to take my bike anywhere else. It is clear, that within what is humanly possible, Kyle and Adam put their customers first! They care if your bike is safe, that you are pleased with their work, and that you leave completely satisfied. If something isn't they way you want, and you're not some unreasonable schmuck that thinks his Dollar Bills are gold plated and his ride is some type of god's chariot, it is abundantly clear from my own interaction with them, that they will bend over backwards to fix it and do whatever they can to earn your business. These are the guys you want to ride with, to go hang out at an In-N-Out Burger with and share bike stories while just admiring your bikes, they are two outstanding guys that I had the pleasure of meeting and doing business with, and they come HIGHLY recommended from me to you. read more
